  Susanna Rock is the CIO and Co-Founder of Gravity Co-Living. Susanna started her career in the real estate private equity space in Milan, Italy. Until 2019 she had been advising Crescendo Real Estate Partners, a diversified real estate private equity firm, with a focus on real estate financing and structuring and principal investing. Before founding Gravity, Susanna was working for GAM, a Swiss asset management group where she executed and managed UK and European real estate debt investments across a broad set of asset classes with a strong focus on alternative asset classes and asset-backed operating businesses. Susanna holds a Master of Science Honours degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School in London and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University of Milan. A passionate traveller, a real foodie and music lover, Susanna has lived in Milan - Italy, New York - US and London - UK

As Senior Development Manager at Get Living, she spearheads the new Lewisham neighbourhood project – an initiative that is set to deliver over 600 homes, alongside vibrant commercial spaces and engaging public areas. It marks Get Living’s third neighbourhood in London, following the success of East Village in Stratford and Elephant Central in Elephant and Castle. Prior to Get Living, Helena was an Associate Director at Grainger PLC, where she led several projects from acquisition to completion, including The Mint in Guildford, Fortune Docks in Canning Town, Brook Place in Sheffield. Her career also included time at HTJ Project Management as a Director, where she provided her expertise to various consultancy firms across London. In addition, Helana is a proud Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has earned an MSc in International Housing and Social Change from the London School of Economics.
