Events Raw Space

The Switchyard (500 & 540 S. Santa Fe Ave.) is a 157,247 RSF, two-building campus that sits on a 5 acre site, centrally located within LA’s Arts District. Both buildings feature great interior heights (14’-24’), boast large, efficient floor plates (25,000 – 40,000 RSF) and offer potential users a 3/1,000 SF parking ratio. The 500 S. Santa Fe building also includes a 7,000 SF penthouse with a private rooftop deck overlooking all of Arts District and Downtown LA. SteelWave recently acquired both assets and plans to enhance building exteriors, improve existing on-site amenities by way of new landscaping and a vast park connecting the buildings, upgrade restrooms, new signage and undertake further site-work to foster a campus-like feel.

Parking information: Park in the outdoor lot at 540 Sante Fe Ave. If this lot is full, you can access the parking garage on the left hand side of the outdoor parking lot. DO NOT PARK TANDEM. If the indoor garage is full as well, drive through the garage exit to enter the 500 Sante Fe Ave outdoor parking lot.
