  Brittany Winn joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Los Angeles office in 2019 as a director where she focuses on agency leasing, working alongside executive managing director Mike Condon, Jr. Prior to C&W, Ms. Winn served as an associate director at Newmark Knight Frank where she specialized in office tenant representation for a wide range of well-known entertainment and professional service firms. Ms. Winn’s real estate advisory services provide comprehensive strategies that cover the planning and negotiation of various renewals, restructures, relocations, consolidations, dispositions and purchases. Ms. Winn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in entrepreneurial management from California State University, San Bernardino.

  Mr. Bar-Zemer was born and raised in Jerusalem. He attended the Music Academy of Jerusalem and continues to be a lover and patron of the arts in Los Angeles. He lives in one of his own developments in the Arts District with his wife and two daughters, who grew up in the neighborhood. As a avid supporter of Downtown and the LA River communities, Bar-Zemer sits on the Board of Friends of the Los Angeles River (FOLAR) and ICA LA (formally the Santa Monica Museum of Art). He is also involved in the social entrepreneurship co-working concept Impact Hub LA, and the Institute of Field Research. Civics include: LARABA, ADCCLA, Arts District BID, Historic Cultural Neighborhood Council, HCNC-LARABA Land Use Committee, Design Advisory Committee for the Sixth Street Viaduct Replacement Project, Technical Advisory Committee for the In-Channel Bike Path, and the Preservation Zoning Advisory Committee (ZAC) for re:code LA.

  Vince Manzenberger

  Vince serves as co-head of Greystar’s Los Angeles office, overseeing a $1.5 billion real estate portfolio, including AMP Lofts in the Arts District. Vince is responsible for mixed-use, transit-oriented multifamily development projects across Los Angeles and Ventura County. Previously, he worked as portfolio manager for Greystar’s multi-investor club ventures in Charleston, SC. Prior to joining Greystar, Vince led acquisition and development efforts for a family office in Germany. Vince holds an MBA in Real Estate from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto. Vince is currently a mentor for real estate technology accelerator Moderne Ventures.

  McKenna Gaskill

  McKenna Gaskill is a member of Cushman and Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in the Downtown Los Angeles office. As a part of Team Condon, her primary focus is on agency leasing and business development. Ms. Gaskill most recently served as a Senior Leasing Manger at WeWork where she was responsible for lead generation and leasing for six Class A buildings in DTLA and the Arts District. Her time at WeWork shaped her expertise in flexible workspace strategy and tenant experience. McKenna graduated from UCLA with a BS in Communications and a double minor in Global Studies and Digital Media.

  Sebastian is a Partner and Creative Director at RIOS, overseeing large-scale mixed-use projects with a focus on interdisciplinary design seamlessly integrating architecture, landscape, and urban design to maximize value across a diverse range of projects, from office conversions to large-scale urban regeneration. His placemaking strategies emphasize uncovering and highlighting key details to create engaging, cohesive environments that resonate with diverse communities. His work is defined by a commitment to transforming spaces into vibrant, sustainable environments that drive economic growth and community revitalization. Recent projects led by Sebastian include The 1901 Project, a $7 billion transformative development at the United Center on Chicago’s West Side, ROW DTLA, where RIOS transformed a historic industrial complex in Downtown Los Angeles into a vibrant urban district, and the ongoing creation of the West End Mixed-Use District in Cincinnati, surrounding the TQL Stadium.

  Gregg Hall

  As Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development, Gregg Hall is responsible for acquisition and development activity in Los Angeles County. In this capacity, he is involved in deal sourcing and feasibility analysis, debt origination, contract negotiation and asset management. Gregg has been involved in the origination and financing of over $1.75 billion of SteelWave transactions totaling over 5.2 million square feet, including development and entitlement projects. Gregg has 12 years of real estate experience, all with SteelWave. Prior to joining SteelWave, Gregg spent eight years in a variety of investment management and consulting roles, including raising capital for venture backed start-ups, as well as institutional fund placement for numerous general partnerships.

  Tom Wulf

  Tom is responsible for Southern California commercial property development, particularly urban infill and mixed-use development. He is overseeing development of Ivy Station, a mixed-use property at the Culver City EXPO station and recently completed the Garey Building, a residential/retail property in the downtown LA Arts District. Past projects include the 1.8 million square foot Exchange mixed-use development in Hawthorne and over 350,000 square feet of commercial space in Calabasas and Santa Monica. He is a member of ULI, ICSC, US Green Building Council, and serves as a Board Member of the California Business Properties Association. He is past President of the Executive Board of the Southern California chapter of NAIOP and a current member of the corporate Board of Directors. Tom is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.   Mitch Hudson

  Mitch Hudson is the Chief Operations Officer at Del Amo Construction. For more than 30 years, he has worked as the “technical builder of the group,” while in his role as COO and the company’s safety officer. He works closely with the on-site teams to ensure that Del Amo Construction and its subcontractors are following the company’s safety policies as well as all Cal/OSHA rules and regulations. Mitch works to ensure company-wide safety while providing the best building experience ever from start to finish for everyone involved. In his more than 40 years of working in the construction industry, Mitch has taken on various roles including laborer, carpenter, chief estimator and project manager. His deep experience brings an array of knowledge that he applies as the Chief Operations Officer, working closely with clients and internal Del Amo Construction teams. In his free time, Mitch enjoys skiing, water skiing, running and working on home improvement projects. He also spent 20 years as a youth sports coach for baseball, softball and football.

  Karin Liljegren

  Karin Liljegren has dedicated her career to revitalization and the power of adaptive reuse to enrich a community. In 1999, she worked on the very first projects under Los Angeles’s Adaptive Reuse Ordinance, which launched her nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities of adaptive reuse. Karin is a thought leader in the community and is active with city and county officials in crafting policies that ease the challenges of working on existing buildings. Her impact created the return of historic downtown Los Angeles as a livable, walkable neighborhood. Karin founded Omgivning in 2009. The firm uncovers potential in underutilized buildings and spaces transforming them into hotels, multifamily housing, offices, restaurants, and bars. Omgivning has grown and expanded having touched more than 500 buildings in Downtown Los Angeles and greater Southern California. In 2014, the firm received a Presidential Honoree award for an Emerging Practice from the AIA Los Angeles. Karin is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA) and a frequent contributor and speaker on architecture, design, and adaptive reuse. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Redevelopment and Reuse Council and a member of the AIA Los Angeles Historic Resources Committee.
