Jeffrey Kok serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Aerwave. Kok is responsible for the overall operations of Aerwave, with a particular emphasis on product, project implementation, and network operations at scale. Prior to Aerwave, he served as the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Information Officer at Mill Creek Residential. In his role, he was responsible for overseeing Innovation, Building Technology, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Environmental, Social and Governance(ESG) with the goal of transforming how Mill Creek leveraged technology as a competitive advantage in order to increase the value of Mill Creek’s communities and improve the overall resident experience.

Matt Tracy is the Managing Director of Innovation and Technology at RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the firm’s business transformation strategy including information security, BI and analytics, PropTech, application integrations and development, business process reengineering, networking, and end user support.   In addition, he is tasked with innovating and implementing RangeWater’s overall technology infrastructure and architecture to maintain the company’s position at the forefront of the industry.   Matt joined RangeWater in 2022 with over 20 years of systems experience. He has led multiple organizations in business continuity, tech modernization and cybersecurity. Most recently, Matt served as VP of Business Transformation and Technology for a full-service real estate developer and owner/operator with $3B in assets.   Matt successfully completed the Berkley Chief Technology Officer program, CISM, Lean Six Sigma, PMP and ITIL Foundation v3 Training. He also holds a ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Matt resides in Northern Colorado with his wife.

Mariam Rogers is currently the Director of Multifamily Sales for Brivo. She began her career in pharmaceutical sales and service before transitioning into the hospitality space. During her tenure at RxAmerica, Mariam led national support and sales teams, who specialized in the assistance of rebates, qualification and adjudication of all medication and prescription claims between the insurance providers and end users. While managing the properties of Mr. John Huntsman Senior, Mariam oversaw all aspects of the properties, including housekeeping, security, lease-up, sales, ground crews, maintenance, concierge services, and customized programs. Prior to joining Brivo, Mariam served as Director of Sales for Hyatt and Vivint Smart Properties, where she sold into national MDUs, enhancing their offerings with smart products increasing their values in both rentals and conversion.
