  Tim Harris

  Overseeing Los Angeles Lakers business-related endeavors and marketing efforts for 16 years, Tim Harris brings more than 26 years of combined experience to the organization, currently serving in a multifaceted role as Chief Operating Officer/SVP, Business Operations/Chief Marketing Officer. Responsible for the Lakers’ day-to- day business operations, Harris oversees the team’s broadcast, sponsorship, ticketing, community relations, game entertainment and digital media departments. Furthermore, Harris works closely with team President Jeanie Buss, helping maintain relationships with broadcast and corporate partners while having a hand in all Lakers marketing efforts. Adding to his extensive scope of responsibilities, Harris serves as a Lakers Alternate Governor, and he represents the club at team president meetings. Beginning his career working for Dr. Jerry Buss in 1990, Harris was tasked with promoting and marketing the team’s arena at the time, The Great Western Forum. By 1995, after much success in his role, Harris would become Vice President of Marketing for the building. Following the sale of the Forum in 1997, Harris was responsible for managing the Lakers transition out of Inglewood to the state-of- the-art STAPLES Center as well as the new team training facility. At the conclusion of the club’s move, Harris was brought on board to focus his efforts strictly on the Lakers, originally serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. A standout soccer player at UCLA, Harris played four seasons as goalkeeper (1980-83), earning second team All-American honors in 1983 and finishing his career ranked third on the school’s career victories list. He was later named to the UCLA Athletic Department Hall of Fame as one of the school’s 25 all-time greatest athletes. Harris, who graduated from UCLA with a degree in sociology, went on to play five years professionally (1984-89), including three for the Dr. Buss- owned Los Angeles Lazers of the Major Indoor Soccer League. He was also a member of the United States Men’s National Soccer Team in 1985. An Inglewood native, Harris currently resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife Choel and their three children: Jude (11), Dane (9) and Gage (5).

  Luc Robitaille

  Luc Robitaille – a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, the highest scoring left wing in NHL history and the all-time Kings leader in goals scored -- is in his ninth season as Kings President, Business Operations. He played 19 seasons in the NHL – including 14 with the Kings – and won a Stanley Cup in 2002. Since retiring as a player and assuming his front office position, Robitaille has had a tremendous impact on the Kings Business Operations department, especially in the areas of Sponsorship Sales and Renewal, Fan and Customer Relations, Game Entertainment, Media Relations and Broadcasting as revenue has doubled and the Kings have won their first two Stanley Cups in franchise history. Since 2007-08, the Kings have increased their number of sellouts at STAPLES Center each full season, and the team concluded the 2016-17 regular season with a club record sellout streak of 202 straight games. Under Robitaille the Kings were named the Sports Team of the Year at the Sports Business Journal’s Sports Business Awards event in 2015. Robitaille serves as an Alternate Governor with the Kings. He has been a driving force behind unique events including the 2010 NHL Entry Draft at STAPLES Center and the Kings will host the 2017 NHL All-Star Game at STAPLES Center. In 2014 the Kings hosted the Anaheim Ducks in a regular-season outdoor NHL game at Dodger Stadium in front of 54,099 fans and the Kings also played outdoor hockey again in 2015 in front of 70,205 fans at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. In addition to being the highest scoring left wing in NHL history, a mark he set in a Kings uniform with his 1,370 th point in 2004, Robitaille holds the NHL record for left wingers for most goals (668). He is also 12 th in overall NHL goal scoring with 668 goals, 21 st in overall NHL scoring with 1,394 points and he is the only left wing in NHL history to record eight consecutive 40-goal seasons (all with the Kings). With the Kings, Robitaille ranks second all-time in games played (1,077), second in points (1,154) and fourth in assists (597). In 2006, Robitaille set the Kings all-time record for goals when his 551 st goal as a King surpassed Marcel Dionne. In 1,077 total regular season games as a King, Robitaille had 557 goals. Robitaille, 50 (2/17/66), was selected by the Kings in the ninth round (171 st overall) of the 1984 NHL Entry Draft. As a rookie, the Montreal native became the first (and only) King to win the Calder Memorial Trophy and he was named to the NHL’s All-Rookie Team. Later he helped lead the Kings to the club’s first trip to the Stanley Cup Final in 1993 and that season Robitaille set NHL records for the most goals (63) by a left wing and for the most points (125) by a left wing. Robitaille would go on to reach other milestones in a Kings uniform, including his 500 the career goal in 1999 and his 1,000 th game as a King in 2004. When Robitaille had his jersey retired by the Kings, he became just the fifth player to be so honored. In 2009, Robitaille – an eight-time All-Star (all with the Kings) – was selected for the Hockey Hall of Fame. In 2014 he was named a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame Selection Committee. Robitaille has also immersed himself into the Southern California community. He is on the Board of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Ronald McDonald House, and he and his wife Stacia are the co-founders of a non-profit organization, Echoes of Hope. Founded in 2007. Luc and Stacia have two sons, Steven and Jesse. They reside in Santa Monica.

  Suzanne Fuentes

  Suzanne Fuentes has served as Mayor of the City of El Segundo, Calif., since April 2014. She was originally elected to a four-year term on the City Council in April 2010 and was re-elected in April 2014. El Segundo is a small coastline community in southwestern Los Angeles County that is renowned for maintaining a quaint, small town atmosphere as well as a thriving business environment that caters to some of the region's most prestigious corporations. Suzanne is a lifelong resident of El Segundo and still lives on the street where she grew up. As a City Council member, she is focused on financial stability, economic development, emergency preparedness, preserving El Segundo’s unique character and retaining Los Angeles Air Force Base. She represents the City Council on the South Bay Cities Council of Governments, the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corp. and the Los Angeles Jobs Defense Council. Suzanne also serves on the El Segundo City/School Affairs Subcommittee, Reach Out Against Drugs (ROAD) and Park Vista Senior Housing Board.

  John Ollen

  Mr. Ollen oversees all leasing responsibilities for Tishman Speyer’s Southern California properties. He joined the company in 2001 and was charged with leasing MGM Plaza in Santa Monica. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Ollen was with Insignia/ESG, where he ran the Agency Group for Los Angeles. Over the course of his career, he has completed over 14 million square feet of transactions for some of the highest profile buildings in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Ollen is an executive member of the Los Angeles Real Estate Association and was named “Top Landlord Office Representative” by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 1994.   Sejal Sonani, AIA is a Principal and Managing Director at HLW, a leading architecture and design firm. Since joining HLW in 2012, Sejal has been instrumental in transforming the firm’s Los Angeles studio into a holistic practice with a strengthened focus on architecture. In the last five years alone, Sejal has overseen more than 1.5 million square feet of office projects in the area, while championing the firm’s adaptive reuse, repositioning, master planning, and ground-up construction expertise along the west coast from Silicon Beach to Silicon Valley. Currently, her team is designing over 500,000 square feet of transit-oriented redevelopment along LA’s Expo Line, aimed at creating vibrant, walkable, and prosperous communities anchored by sustainable mobility.   Arthur Kozinski has 33 years of valuable experience in the construction industry at Hathaway Dinwiddie. His leadership, devotion and hard work at HDCCo have been paramount to the successful delivery of sophisticated and challenging projects including the USC Village, CAA building at 2000 Avenue of the Stars, California Plaza 2A and the iconic Getty Center. In addition to those projects, Arthur has been involved in the construction of major projects in El Segundo, Playa Vista and the surrounding neighborhoods, which have become a preferred location for technology, media and entertainment companies.   As Vice President of Pamela Burton & Company, an internationally recognized landscape architecture firm based in Santa Monica, Stephanie Psomas manages the firm’s project development, human resources and marketing departments.   David oversees all phases of SSV’s real estate activities and plays an active role in the firm’s investment, development decisions as well as the day to day operations of projects. David has over 20 years of direct experience sourcing, structuring, entitling, developing, managing, leasing and disposing of commercial real estate. Prior to founding SSV, David worked for Hines Interests for 8 years. He was a key member of the team that completed numerous, successful projects throughout Southern California including the renovation of 10100 Santa Monica in Century City, the re-leasing of Wilshire Rodeo Plaza in Beverly Hills, the renovation of 600 and 626 Wilshire in Downtown, the re-leasing of Manhattan Towers in Manhattan Beach, the successful development and repositioning of Lantana Media Campus in Santa Monica and 2211 Michelson in Irvine. In total, these projects total over 2 million square feet and $400 million in value.   Ryan has been with Hackman Capital Partners since 2012 and is responsible for acquisition, development, leasing and asset management for Western US assets. Ryan has overseen numerous marquee projects while at the company, including the development and leasing of The Culver Studios, The Culver Steps and the Beats Campus; and has negotiated lease transactions with Apple, Amazon, Macys and other Fortune 500 tenants. He has acquired and managed company-sponsored investments with over $1B of market value. Prior to joining Hackman Capital, Ryan worked for ten years in acquisitions and asset management for The Archon Group, a fully-owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. During his tenure at The Archon Group, he worked on the growth and management of its portfolio in the Western region of the United States. Following his time at The Archon Group, Ryan was Senior Vice President of SCI Properties and was responsible for the sourcing and acquisition of nearly $2B of product. Ryan most recently served as Director of Asset Management at TriCal Commercial Investments, where he was responsible for leasing and asset management of the company’s portfolio throughout the Western United States.   Dina Lozofsky

  As the Executive Director of Biocom’s Los Angeles office, Dina brings a 20-year career working in and around science and technology in Southern California. Before joining Biocom, Dina was the Associate Director for Licensing and Business Development at UC Santa Barbara’s Office of Technology and Industry Alliances. While at UC Santa Barbara, Dina designed, launched and led a program to mentor and support startup companies formed around UCSB technology. A key outcome of this program was to raise awareness and visibility of the high quality startups being spun out of UCSB. Dina is also a member of the board of the LA Venture Association (LAVA), the LA Bioscience Hub, and the City of Los Angeles Workforce Development Board. Dina has deep experience in intellectual property (IP) management and in leveraging IP to structure strategic alliances for both companies and universities. She worked in the technology transfer offices of both UCLA and USC prior to working with UCSB, facilitating university collaboration with industry and fostering startup formation and licensing. In addition to working in academia, Dina brings industry experience to our members. She was Vice President, Corporate Development for Solarmer Energy, a next generation solar startup spun out of UCLA, leading the company’s efforts in strategic relationships, business development, intellectual property, legal affairs, and marketing. She previously worked at BTG International as Associate Vice President in their acquisitions group, responsible for sourcing technologies from California inventive sources for commercialization. BTG’s mission was to develop and commercialize innovative technologies developed at universities, national labs, and corporations.   As Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development, Gregg Hall is responsible for acquisition and development activity in Los Angeles County. In this capacity, he is involved in deal sourcing and feasibility analysis, debt origination, contract negotiation and asset management. Gregg has been involved in the origination and financing of over $1.75 billion of SteelWave transactions totaling over 5.2 million square feet, including development and entitlement projects. Gregg has 12 years of real estate experience, all with SteelWave. Prior to joining SteelWave, Gregg spent eight years in a variety of investment management and consulting roles, including raising capital for venture backed start-ups, as well as institutional fund placement for numerous general partnerships.

  Kent Handleman oversees all leasing activity for LPC West Los Angeles. With over 28 years of transactional experience encompassing over 10 million square feet of space, he manages a portfolio with 4+ million square feet of office projects, and represents ownerships that include LPC West partnerships, associated capital partners, and third-party owners throughout the South Bay, Playa Vista, Culver City, Santa Monica, downtown Los Angeles, Tri-Cities, and the San Fernando Valley. Prior to joining LPC West, Kent led leasing efforts for Thomas Properties Group in Southern California. This included City National Plaza, a 2.6-million square foot premier office complex in downtown Los Angeles, where he successfully leased approximately 2 million square feet as the project was repositioned in the market. Prior to this, Kent worked at CBRE where he represented tenants and landlords in the leasing, disposition and/or marketing of commercial office property. Kent’s tenure in the industry began in real estate acquisitions and financial analysis for a pension fund advisor. After completing his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business, he joined MetLife Real Estate Investments and, in addition to hotel and multi-family projects, he oversaw leasing and asset management for a 3.5-million square foot office building portfolio, with 2.5 million square feet in downtown Los Angeles. In his capacity as an asset manager, Kent also directed property management, and was responsible for business/investment decisions regarding these office, hotel, and multi-family projects as owner’s representative.

  Brett Drogmund was born and raised in Southern California and graduated with a B.A. in Communications from University of California, Santa Barbara. Brett started his career with Walt Disney Feature Animation, where he helped create such classic films as Fantasia 2000, Lilo and Stich and Toy Story 2 before leaving to start his first companies.   ComedyTrafficSchool.com: California’s first online traffic school, which has had over 1,000,000 customers and is expanding nationwide.   Skyscraper Productions: A full service Production company, who’s clients include, NASCAR, NFL and DirectTV.  His current documentary Swim To Africa, won Best Documentary at both the Los Angeles and Madrid International film festivals in 2016.   Brett formed Propeller Properties when he started developing office space in El Segundo in 2010. He has successfully completed multiple commercial projects in El Segundo, including 128 Center St and 612 Franklin Ave, with the most recent being “The Idea Factory”, located at 123 Lomita St, which was named as one of the “Four Developments Shaping the future of El Segundo” by Biznow in 2017.
