  Prior to joining SWENSON in 2013, Case managed his own construction company, Swenson Development & Construction (SDC) for over two decades in the Bay Area. Throughout his career, Case has successfully managed the construction of all building types including residential, commercial, educational, financial and multiple public works projects. As president of SWENSON, Case is responsible for the operations as well as project development and construction, real estate development, property management and accounting. He provides executive support throughout the life cycle of each project from contract negotiations, pre-construction planning and design with clients and project team to construction feasibility, monitoring cost and schedule through the final stage of project completion. He graduated from the University of Colorado and is an active member of various community organizations such as the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, First Tee of San Jose and serves as chairman of the Metro A Trust. In 2017 Case proudly established the Swenson Foundation which supports underserved and at-risk youth in Santa Clara Valley. For over one hundred years, the Swenson family has been a dynamic partner in developing California. Case continues this four generation legacy as the SWENSON story grows backed by decades of resources and sound business practices.

  Ani co-manages RPP and is specifically responsible for acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to Rubicon Point Partners, Ani served in the Obama administration responsible for the $200 billion TALF program and restarting the securitization market during the height of the recent financial crisis. Previously she was with Rockwood Capital, in the capacity of acquisitions, asset management, and establishing a $400 million separate account on behalf of a state pension fund. Her career began at Goldman, Sachs & Co.Ani is a graduate of StanforUniversity and Harvard Business School.

  Patricia Ernstrom

  Patricia Ernstrom is in her third season with the 49ers as the team’s vice president of special events and executive director of the Bay Area Host Committee. In her role, she serves as the 49ers primary liaison with the numerous event organizers the 49ers work with to bring events to Levi’s Stadium, including most recently leading the effort for the overwhelmingly successful 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship in the Bay Area. Ernstrom’s duties with the Bay Area Host Committee also include leading the efforts towards the Bay Area being selected as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. In June 2018, FIFA awarded the opportunity to host the event to the United Bid of Canada, Mexico and the United States. At the time of the selection, the Bay Area and Levi’s® Stadium were among 23 hosting candidates among the three countries, a list that will be narrowed in the coming years. Before Ernstrom joined the 49ers, she worked at the San Jose Sports Authority for nearly 20 years.. As executive director, Ernstrom oversaw all aspects of the Sports Authority’s operations, including organizational goals, strategic planning, and partnership development as well as the year-round and annual programs operated by the Sports Authority, including the San Jose Sports Hall of Fame and the REACH Youth Scholarship Program. As part of her efforts at the Sports Authority, Ernstrom served as the organization’s point of contact for Levi’s Stadium and Forty Niners Stadium Management Company representatives throughout the history of the building. She played a pivotal role in Super Bowl 50, WrestleMania 31, the NHL Stadium Series, the Copa America Centenario, as well as bringing the Gold Cup Final and 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship Game to Levi’s Stadium. Prior to joining the Sports Authority, Ernstrom spent seven years in Bay Area television first in promotions and marketing and later as the producer for local programming at the CBS affiliate in San Francisco. Ernstrom has been honored as a “Women of Influence” Award Winner by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, has been named to the San Jose Mercury News’ “Bay Area Sports’ Power Players” list and was recently inducted into the Sports Events and Tourism Association Hall of Fame.

  Nearly two decades into a career designing buildings and places that draw people together, Michael has a knack for rallying client stakeholders to achieve innovative solutions through a collaborative design process. It starts with the innate ability to listen and interpret a variety of voices in the room. This consensus-building utilizes design thinking to provide solutions to challenges, creating places that perform, inspire and leave a legacy. A native of Northern California, Michael leads our firm’s United States west coast presence, applying his skills in urban design, architecture and planning to a portfolio of projects that literally spans the globe. Starting close to home, his ongoing involvement in the L.A. LIVE mixed-use development has brought new perspective to an iconic destination. As design director of Populous’ convention center practice, he’s delivered award-winning work in the heart of America (San Antonio’s $325-million convention center expansion and renovation), the desert landscape of the Middle East (Qatar National Convention Centre) and one of the busiest public spaces in all of Australia (ICC Sydney). Each is notable for its integration of complex facility planning into the urban environment to improve the customer and destination experience. Whether it’s re-planning entire sections of downtowns or designing a 60-acre precinct from scratch, Michael’s work goes well beyond the city block. At the same time, he’s passionate about small-scale urban development. From boutique venues that seat 200 people to facilities that welcome 2 million guests each year, Michael applies the same design thinking principles. Innovative public assembly projects start with strong relationships – between spaces and stakeholders – and result in making each city a better version of itself.

  Gary Dillabough is the co-founder & CEO of Urban Community, a real estate development company with a strong focus on Downtown San Jose. Gary has spent two decades bringing people together and challenging the status quo at the intersection of real estate, technology and sustainability. With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, Dillabough gained an expertise in smart, energy-efficient buildings while serving as managing partner at venture capital firms Navitas Capital and The Westly Group. Previously, Dillabough spent nearly a decade at eBay as Vice President of Sustainability.   Chris Freise is Managing Partner & Co-Founder at REDCO Development. Prior to launching REDCO, Chris served as Managing Partner of Lift Partners, an operating platform that invested $300M+ dollars during its 4-year history on behalf of institutional investors Westbrook Partners, PCCP, Morgan Stanley and a confidential Ivy League endowment with a $50M discretionary fund. While at Lift, Chris lead all acquisition, development and construction efforts. Prior to that he served as a Transactions Director at LBA Realty working on a 11 million square foot portfolio in Northern California including acquisitions, development, leasing and dispositions. LBA Realty is a $6 billion fund advisor focused primarily on office and industrial value-add investments along the West Coast. Chris learned ground-up development working as Development Manager at Vulcan Real Estate in Seattle and worked on 3 million square feet of ground up development in Vulcan’s South Lake Union project including Amazon’s Corporate Headquarters and several high rise residential projects. He began his career working at RREEF as an analyst. Chris holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and sits on the SF NAIOP Chapter Programs & Membership Committees and the Downtown San Jose PBID board. When not hanging with his daughter Finley and wife Marie, Chris is an active water enthusiast including surfing/kitesurfing and 49ers/Oakland A's fan.

  As Director of KPF's San Francisco office, Angela leads KPF’s on-the-ground project coordination on the west coast, meeting regularly with clients to provide seamless communication and a streamlined approach to project management. With more than 20 years of architecture experience, Angela has led a variety of projects in terms of both type and scale, ranging from singular residential, office, retail and institutional buildings to large-scale, mixed-program, multi-building complexes. Over the course of her career, Angela has developed particular expertise working in California and along the west coast of the United States. Through her deep and diverse experience, she has developed a design sensibility that is highly program-driven and culturally-based. Her interest in multidisciplinary collaboration to create synthesized architectural projects is key to her approach. Angela is a deep believer in the integration of architecture, structure, sustainability, and planning for a human-scaled environment, and these guiding principles are behind her design and management of numerous award-winning and prominent projects, such as Platform 16 and South Almaden Boulevard in San Jose and 5M Soma, 415 Natoma and 10 South Van Ness in San Francisco. Angela’s work consistently provides clients with highly aspirational designs while meeting their objectives on time and on budget.   After high school my uncle and I started Lara-Bozzuto mobile home service, we installed and serviced mobile homes throughout Santa Clara county. When I was 20 I became a Farmers agent, it was 1978, we went on to be one of the top 1% of Farmers agents in the US. In 1999 Bozzuto & Associates Insurance Services was founded with two of my new partners, Jennifer Anderson and Linda Ellis, a commercial insurance brokerage aimed at assisting businesses with their risk management and insurance program. We grew the business to be one of the largest independently owned brokerages in Silicon Valley, our emphasis was construction. As business consultants for our customers, the goal is to help clients mitigate risk and control costs by providing complete insurance solutions including workers compensation, employee benefits, general liability, and bonding. In 2017 the Bozzuto companies joined Acrisure the 9th largest insurance brokerage in the US.
