  Maggie Burke serves as Senior Vice President on Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate Team, specializing in advising commercial property owners and operators across the U.S. on capital markets and debt strategies. She provides clients with creative solutions to support their individual business plans through several capital source executions, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, life companies, CMBS, debt funds, and banks. Burke’s extensive commercial real estate finance experience encompasses originating, structuring, and successfully closing loans across a wide spectrum of asset types – from multifamily, office and retail, to self-storage and industrial. Throughout her career, Burke has facilitated clients in securing an impressive $6 billion in debt finance transactions. Burke joined Capital One from Berkadia in 2021 to grow its national platform and continue delivering highly tailored financing solutions, working alongside her partners Jonathan Pratt and Rossana Bouchaya. The team has originated more than $2 billion in these capital product types within just two years. Notably, they recently closed a 24- property portfolio with Fannie Mae totaling $477 million. Burke is a sought-after industry expert, contributing as a media commentator, panelist, and moderator for The Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Annual Conference, its Senior Bank Executive Roundtables, Freddie Mac's Customer Conference, and news outlets like Real Estate Forum and Bisnow. In recognition of her influence in commercial real estate, Burke was by honored with Connect CRE's Women in Real Estate Award for 2023. In 2022, she was named on Globest.com's prestigious Rainmakers in Finance, Debt & Equity annual list. Burke remains deeply committed to industry development and advocacy.   Leroy Moore is a seasoned real estate development professional who has spearheaded some of the more complex and celebrated mixed-income/mixed-use sustainable residential master planned developments across the U.S. He has directly orchestrated the development of over 7,300 units of housing across the U.S. His most recent successes in his role as Senior Vice-President/COO at the Tampa Housing Authority include the redevelopment of severely distressed public housing communities in the region. Encore Tampa is a nationally recognized best practice in master planned urban redevelopment, where Moore led the transformation of a 28-acre downtown site into a 12-city block 1800+ unit sustainable mixed-income/mixed-use jewel that is touted today as Tampa’s coolest, most economically and ethnically diverse neighborhood. West River is a 17-phase master planned community transforming West Tampa into a walkable community of choice for thousands of families and local businesses. Along with his real estate development responsibilities he oversees all aspects of the Authority's long range capital planning, assisted housing programs, asset management, facilities maintenance, contracting, public safety, client programs and services, public relations and communications, as well as strategic business planning and corporate vision management. Prior to joining the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa in 1998, Moore operated his own consulting firm providing national training and professional organizational management and analysis to Public and Indian Housing Authorities throughout the United States. He has held Director level positions at a number of housing authorities including Memphis (TN), Peoria (IL), Oakland (CA), and Atlanta (GA). From 1994-1996, Leroy Moore was contracted through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to serve the Court-appointed Receiver for the District of Columbia Housing Authority in Washington D.C., which at the time was the Nation’s most troubled housing authority. Moore is a ULI Daniel Rose Fellow, a Global Governing Trustee of ULI, and serves on numerous local and National Boards including Florida Housing Coalition, Tampa’s Downtown Partnership, Habitat for Humanity Hillsborough, HuddleTouch Ministries, among others. He is recognized as an expert in redevelopment of distressed real estate assets and creating healthy sustainable communities, affordable housing strategies, and is regularly called on to speak at local and national conferences and industry meetings. Leroy is an avid photographer and gardener. He, his wife, Remi, and son Ayomide John, reside north of Tampa, Florida. The family is active in their Church and local ministries, and love to travel, having a special desire to travel more throughout the continent of Africa.

  Ryan Smyth serves as a Senior Director of Acquisitions for Stoneweg. Mr. Smyth leads and oversees the St. Petersburg, Florida based Investment Team’s activities in relation to acquisition and capitalization of multifamily assets across Stoneweg vehicles.   Damon Kolb

  Damon Kolb serves as Senior Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek Residential in North Florida. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the development process, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, financing and disposition of Mill Creek communities. Most recently, he was involved with the development and pre-Certificate of Occupancy sale of Modera Tampa, now known as Ave Tampa Riverwalk, and the site acquisition and development of Modera St. Petersburg, a 383-unit, 20-story high-rise currently under construction on the west side of Tropicana Field in downtown St. Petersburg. Damon has prior development experience with the Timbers Companies, a boutique luxury resort developer, and also worked for The Richman Group of Companies on numerous affordable and mixed income communities, including several communities in the Tampa Bay region. Damon started his career with Palm Beach County Planning & Zoning as a County Planner. Damon has been directly involved in the development process of nearly 40 multifamily communities throughout Florida. Damon resides in Orlando with his wife and two children.

  Frank Guerra is a Founder and Principal of Altis Cardinal as well as Altis, LLC. Prior to that, Frank was Principal and President of Neo Development and Neo Holdings.   Mr. Kornberg is a seasoned real estate professional with over $2 billion of single asset and portfolio transaction experience.   As an Associate Principal, Pablo Choclin brings over 23 years of experience in developing multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and community facility projects.
