  Phillip Dunning is the Partner for the Southern Nevada office with Panattoni Development Company. He brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been with Panattoni since 2021. Prior to being a Partner, Phillip served as a Senior Development Manger for the Southern Nevada office. As a Local Partner he is responsible for identifying opportunities for development, underwriting the investment, achieving entitlements, managing the design and construction, leasing and disposition of assets. Phillip started his development career working as a third party broker in Las Vegas and nationally. During his brokerage tenure he assisted in the development of a national fast food brand in Las Vegas which included ground up entitlements, construction and remodel of existing space. Prior to joining Panattoni, Phillip moved to a full time development role with a local firm, developing restaurants and multifamily projects. Phillip earned his CCIM designation in 2011, he is a NAIOP of Southern Nevada Board Member and current Treasurer. He is active in the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter as a past member of the board of directors and past president. Phillip is a member of the NAIOP Government Affairs and golf committee.

  Larry Monkarsh is a third-generation contractor and developer who learned the business from the ground up. His love for construction started with boyhood weekends spent on various jobsites with his Father. As a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, Larry worked full time as a superintendent for his family’s company EJM Development, with offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. In 1995, Monkarsh moved to Las Vegas, and in 1996 opened L M Construction Company as a way to keep construction costs down on local EJM Projects. Initially focusing on building industrial complexes for EJM, L M soon built a great reputation throughout Southern Nevada for high quality, affordable construction, built on time and on budget. L M Construction Company LLC is a General Contractor specializing in Commercial and Industrial construction. Larry concentrates on concrete tilt-up construction with related tenant improvements, including retail, office, warehouse, restaurants, and highly intensive industrial uses. L M expanded its services to include comprehensive Design-Build projects, taking them from beginning to completion. In 2002, L M Construction Company added a new division, self-performing metal stud and drywall, FRP, acoustic ceiling tile, exterior cladding as well as interior and exterior paint. LM has extensive experience in Tenant Improvement retail projects. In 2003, Larry became an authorized Butler Builder, offering Pre-Engineered building systems and components. L M Construction Company completed the award-winning Arlen Ness Motorcycle Facility, a 24,000 square foot, $2 Million Design- Build dealership featuring Butler Pre-Engineered wall and roof systems. Since 1996, L M Construction Company has built more than 12 million square feet of commercial and industrial centers, including Arrowhead Commerce Center, Jemco Polaris, Nevada State Industrial Park, Arroyo Phase I, II and III Business Center, Koll Valley Phase IV, Port 15 Eleven, Utah and Northeast Crossing Commerce Center, just to name a few. L M Construction has offered its expertise on projects ranging in size from $50,000 tenant improvement(s) to $60Million distribution centers. In 2006, L M Construction Company expanded its operations to include licensing in Arizona, Utah and Idaho. The company is fully licensed as a General Contractor and is currently in the Design-Build bidding process for several new projects. In 2015 Larry and his three partners identified a growing need for industrial space in the Las Vegas Valley, creating Brass Cap Development. Together they have designed, developed, and sold over two million square feet of industrial space in Nevada and Idaho. Larry is also active in the community, participates in the mentoring program at the UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies and participates in SBI program with Clark County Schools and sponsors internships. As well as being active in a wide variety of charities. He is a member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and office Properties (NAIOP) and is a corporate sponsor of the Southern Nevada Chapter SIOR.

  As Regional Director of Business Development for ORO Builders, Inc., Rob is focused on expanding the company’s commercial and industrial construction expertise into the Reno, Las Vegas, and Phoenix markets. Rob brings over 40 years of construction knowledge in Nevada to his position, including extensive experience in preconstruction, design-build, commercial tilt-up, retail centers, tenant improvements, roof structures, and solar projects. Rob is a member of NAIOP’s Southern Nevada chapter and holds a California general contractor license and real estate licenses in California and Nevada. Rob has over 30 years of experience, including eight years as VP and District Manager at Commerce Construction, where he led preconstruction design-build projects for commercial warehouses, tenant improvements, retail complexes, and a 151-room hotel. At Panelized Solar, he managed and estimated over $65 million in solar projects. As VP of Southwest Sales and Estimating at Panelized Structures, Rob oversaw $180 million in industrial roof projects. He holds California General Contractor and real estate licenses in California and Nevada, along with OSHA certifications (30-hour, 10-hour, and solar installer).   Brett Robillard is a seasoned architect with over 30 years of experience in the design industry, known for his leadership on numerous award-winning projects. Brett’s commitment to creating positive change is evident in his work across communities of all sizes. He has contributed to a wide range of market sectors, including entertainment, hospitality, commercial office, sports, and residential projects in both the U.S. and Asia. Notable projects include The Zappos Theatre at Planet Hollywood, Soldier Field in Chicago, and the RTC Mobility Center in Las Vegas. He is involved from conceptual design through construction, championing the continuity and integrity of design solutions with a collaborative approach. Brett has successfully led teams on both small- and large-scale projects, consistently delivering high-quality, client-focused results. A passionate advocate for architecture that fully engages the senses, Brett is an enthusiastic leader who believes deeply in the power of design to enrich communities and shape the built environment in meaningful ways. Throughout his career, Brett has taught at various universities and mentored many young architects. He has also dedicated time to supporting local charities. A registered architect in Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, and Florida, Brett’s multi-regional practice reflects both his versatility and his dedication to the profession.
