Patrick S. Donahue serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Donahue Schriber Realty Group. Mr. Donahue joined the company in 1979 and has been engaged in nearly all of the 32 million square feet of retail space in which the company has been involved. He has worked in every aspect of the business, including leasing, asset management, development and corporate strategy. Mr. Donahue has been instrumental in fostering key relationships and opportunities that paved the way through the company's early days in regional mall development and management and parlaying the knowledge and disciplines obtained into becoming a recognized leader in the operation and development of neighborhood, community and power shopping centers. Mr. Donahue previously served as Executive Vice President Operations and took on the role of President after the sudden death of his brother, Dan Donahue, in 2002. He added the CEO role when Tom Schriber stepped back from his day-to-day duties in 2005. Mr. Donahue assumed the role of Chairman of the Board upon Tom Schriber's retirement in 2010. A 1978 graduate of California State University Fullerton, Mr. Donahue currently serves as a Trustee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a frequent industry-wide speaker. He is actively involved with KidWorks and its Dan Donahue Center in Santa Ana, CA as well as Guardian Scholars at Cal State University Fullerton in Fullerton, CA and the California Showcase. Mr. Donahue has three adult children and resides in Laguna Beach with his wife, Paula.

Julie Taylor works exclusively to serve the needs of retail real estate property owners, investors, and retailers. Ms. Taylor is highly active in the Downtown San Francisco trade area leasing flagship properties and representing luxury and urban retailers. She has leased almost 800,000 square feet totaling 70 transactions with an aggregate lease value of over $750 Million in the Union Square market. Her area of expertise spans the regional retail markets of the Bay Area and urban retail in San Francisco. Ms. Taylor also leases the 100,000 square foot Salesforce Transit Center in Downtown San Francisco. She is known for her creative leasing strategies and her ability to communicate effectively with retailers. Ms. Taylor has had extensive experience representing chain stores expanding throughout Northern California.

As President and CEO, Colton has maintained the company’s focus on mixed-use and town center developments with an emphasis on urban in-fill and master-planned communities. The firms’ major projects under development include the award-winning 235-acre master-planned community of Civita in San Diego’s Mission Valley, the 465-acre El Corazon mixed-use community and SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside, the 850,000-square- foot Watermark mixed-use project in San Diego’s Scripps Ranch as well as several others throughout San Diego County, Riverside County, and Los Angeles. Matthew B. Berger joined New Plan Excel, a predecessor of Brixmor, in October of 2006 and held the role of Senior Leasing Agent until July of 2010. From July 2010 to October of 2014 he served as Vice President Leasing, West and from October 2014 to October of 2016 he served as Senior Vice President, Leasing for the West Region. In October of 2016 Matthew was named as President of the West Region for Brixmor Property Group. In this capacity Matthew oversees all aspects of leasing, property management, collections, construction, and legal for Brixmor’s West Coast portfolio which covers 113 properties and more than 18.6 million square feet in 8 states. Previously Matthew ran his own investment banking firm based out of Boulder, Colorado and was a broker with both Sperry VanNess and Landmark Commercial Realty. Mr. Berger received a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from The University of Southern California.

Overseeing Los Angeles Lakers business-related endeavors and marketing efforts for 16 years, Tim Harris brings more than 26 years of combined experience to the organization, currently serving in a multifaceted role as Chief Operating Officer/SVP, Business Operations/Chief Marketing Officer. Responsible for the Lakers’ day-to- day business operations, Harris oversees the team’s broadcast, sponsorship, ticketing, community relations, game entertainment and digital media departments. Furthermore, Harris works closely with team President Jeanie Buss, helping maintain relationships with broadcast and corporate partners while having a hand in all Lakers marketing efforts. Adding to his extensive scope of responsibilities, Harris serves as a Lakers Alternate Governor, and he represents the club at team president meetings. Beginning his career working for Dr. Jerry Buss in 1990, Harris was tasked with promoting and marketing the team’s arena at the time, The Great Western Forum. By 1995, after much success in his role, Harris would become Vice President of Marketing for the building. Following the sale of the Forum in 1997, Harris was responsible for managing the Lakers transition out of Inglewood to the state-of- the-art STAPLES Center as well as the new team training facility. At the conclusion of the club’s move, Harris was brought on board to focus his efforts strictly on the Lakers, originally serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. A standout soccer player at UCLA, Harris played four seasons as goalkeeper (1980-83), earning second team All-American honors in 1983 and finishing his career ranked third on the school’s career victories list. He was later named to the UCLA Athletic Department Hall of Fame as one of the school’s 25 all-time greatest athletes. Harris, who graduated from UCLA with a degree in sociology, went on to play five years professionally (1984-89), including three for the Dr. Buss- owned Los Angeles Lazers of the Major Indoor Soccer League. He was also a member of the United States Men’s National Soccer Team in 1985. An Inglewood native, Harris currently resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife Choel and their three children: Jude (11), Dane (9) and Gage (5).

Mario Alioto, a member of the Giants front office since 1983, is responsible for all revenue and marketing areas of the organization. This includes all ticket sales functions, sponsorship and media sales, promotions, special events, ballpark entertainment, branding and advertising, creative services, publications and the Giants Dugout Store retail operation. He also oversees the relationship with the team's food concessionaire Bon Appetit, and the organization's TV and radio partners (NBC Sports Bay Area, NBC Bay Area, KNBR 680 AM and En Español KXZM 93.7 FM). Since AT&T Park opened in 2000, Alioto has been responsible for overseeing a record breaking sales strategy that has consistently placed the Giants as one of the top sponsorship generating teams in all of Major League Baseball. Over the past six seasons, Alioto has led the effort that has attracted more than 3.3 million fans through the turnstiles each year, and is a key member of the leadership team that is responsible for making the ballpark experience at AT&T Park one of the best in professional sports. Alioto served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing during the final years at Candlestick Park. He oversaw a promotional lineup in 1999 that included the first ever bobblehead promotion, which has since become one of the most popular premium items in professional sports. Alioto also played an integral role in developing the Charter Seat program and Winner's Circle sponsorship program as the Giants prepared to build AT&T Park. Alioto is a board member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, the San Francisco Giants Community Fund and the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame. The St. Mary's graduate lived out every youngster's dream by starting with the organization as a batboy in 1973 and later served as visiting clubhouse manager prior to moving to the front office in 1983. Alioto and his wife Kelly live in the East Bay and have four children.

Mr. Wagman is a Managing Partner at GPI Companies, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment manager and development company. GPI’s current projects across Southern California have a capitalized value of over $1.3B. GPI’s three principals have collectively acquired, operated and developed properties worth more than $6B covering more than 20M sf. Mr. Wagman is a long-time leader in the real estate industry. Prior to co-founding GPI, he served as President and CEO of The Hahn Company and its successor, TrizecHahn Centers. Both were a part of Trizec Properties, a $5B publicly traded REIT. In this capacity, Mr. Wagman headed one of the largest shopping center companies in the United States with 43 regional malls and 1,700 employees. During his tenure, the company developed several precedent-setting projects, including Park Meadows in Denver; Paseo Colorado in Pasadena; West End City Center in Budapest, Hungary; and expansions of Horton Plaza in San Diego and Prudential Center in Boston. In addition, Mr. Wagman served as Vice Chairman of CityView, a leading real estate investment firm focused on urban residential and mixed-use properties through multiple institutional funds; and was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Hycel Properties Company in St. Louis where he developed and owned the Saint Louis Galleria, one of the premier retail properties in the U.S. Mr. Wagman began his career as an attorney at the international law firm Bryan Cave, LLP. Mr. Wagman has been closely involved with ICSC for over 25 years, serving as both a Trustee and Vice President, and with ULI. He is the founding Chair of ICSC’s Mixed-Use Committee and twice chaired its highly successful Mixed-Use Conference and served as Chair of ULI’s Place Making Conference, Chair of ULI’s Entertainment Retail Conference, Chair of the ICSC Spring Convention in Las Vegas, and Chair of ICSC’s Entertainment Conference. Mr. Wagman is a graduate of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a founder and Past Chair of YPOG-LA. Throughout his career, he has served on numerous civic, corporate, charitable, and university boards. Mr. Wagman holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mary Rottler is the Executive Vice President of Leasing and Operations of Seritage. Prior to joining Seritage, Ms. Rottler served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., (NYSE: WMT). In this capacity she was responsible for overseeing all facets of new store development in the eastern half of the United States and delivered approximately 350 new stores per year. Prior to that time she was the Vice President for Realty Supplier Management and Compliance. She joined Wal-Mart in 2001.

Hannah Gordon is entering her eighth season with the 49ers and first as chief administrative officer and general counsel. In her role, Gordon oversees Legal, Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, Risk Management, Community Relations, the 49ers Foundation, 49ers EDU, 49ers PREP, Fan Engagement, and the 49ers Museum. Gordon advises on all legal issues involving both the football team and Levi’s® Stadium, including events such as Super Bowl 50, Wrestlemania 31, Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour, the Copa America Centenario, and the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship. In 2017, the 49ers were named the ESPN Sports Humanitarian Team of the Year and NFL Pop Warner Little Scholars Team of the Year and have been honored by local organizations such as Family and Children Services of Silicon Valley and CityTeam for their work in the community. In addition to overseeing all community impact efforts, Gordon helped form the legal structure for The Golden Heart Fund, an independent non-profit established by 49ers alumni Ronnie Lott, Ron Ferrari, Harris Barton, and Brent Jones that aides alumni in need. Gordon is active in league-wide matters and hears appeals as a member of the panel that administers the NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan and the NFL Severance Pay Plan. Denyelle Bruno is the President and CEO of Tender Greens, a fine-casual restaurant concept founded in 2006. With 28 locations, the most recent opening in New York and Boston, the company plans to expand across the eastern seaboard and beyond. Before joining Tender Greens, Denyelle was the President of Retail at Drybar and prior to that she held leadership positions at Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Macy’s and was one of a seven-member team tasked to create a retail experience for Apple Computer. As Founder & Managing Partner, Scott is responsible for JS Western’s long-term corporate strategy, equity and debt relationships. Mr. Tiano founded JS Western in 2013 to acquire core plus and value add investments on behalf of his private and family-office clients. Prior to JS Western he was a partner as LS Realty Group / LS Capital where he acquired over $100 million of retail shopping centers and distressed debt throughout the western US.. While at LS, he was also instrumental in sourcing and maintaining a variety of equity relationships ranging from HNW individuals and family offices. As Chief Real Estate and Development Counsel for Life Time, Kari leads the legal strategy for all of Life Time’s real estate and development. Prior to joining Life Time, she was a Senior Real Estate Director and Senior Real Estate Attorney at Buffalo Wild Wings for 5 years where she was instrumental in managing the international rollout of over 300 restaurants. Kevin E. Kelley, AIA, is the co-founder and principal of Shook Kelley, a strategy and design firm founded in 1992 with offices in Charlotte and Los Angeles. Shook Kelley studies how consumers behave within physical environments and designs spaces to attract, influence and shape specific consumer behavior. The firm's client list includes well-known place-based brands such as Kapalua, Hawaii; Makati, Philippines and the South End district of Charlotte, NC, as well as retail brands such as Harley-Davidson, Whole Foods, Bank of America, The J.M. Smucker Company, Gelson’s and more. Kevin was trained and licensed as an architect and has taught at the University of North Carolina and Harvard University. Joel K. Mayer is currently Managing Director, Head of Retail for Rockwood Capital, based in its Los Angeles office.  In his role, he leads all of Rockwood’s retail real estate strategy, acquisitions and existing investments throughout the country. Prior to joining Rockwood, he served as a Director at BlackRock Realty.  Mr. Mayer’s responsibilities included sourcing new acquisitions, identifying and working with joint venture partners on new retail investments.  Before joining BlackRock, Mr. Mayer was Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development for California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. ("CPK") for four years.  In this role he was responsible for managing the national expansion of CPK and its existing real estate throughout the country.  At CPK, Mr. Mayer oversaw site selection, lease negotiation, development and construction of all new units and renovations of numerous other restaurants nationwide during his tenure. Prior to joining CPK in 2003, Mr. Mayer was Senior Vice President of Madison Marquette where he directed leasing and portfolio management of Madison Marquette’s properties in the Western United States.  He joined Madison Marquette in 1998 in conjunction with Madison Marquette's acquisition of Farallon Retail Services.  He had been a partner at Farallon since 1993 and opened their Southern California office. Jim is the National Head of Retail Investments and Retail Capital Markets for Lincoln Property Company, and co-founder of the retail investment firm, Paragon Commercial Group, Lincoln’s west coast retail investment partner. Jim began his career as a real estate and finance attorney with Latham & Watkins LLP where he represented developers, equity investors and lenders in capital structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and entitlements throughout the United States. Jim co-founded Paragon in 2009 to capitalize on retail real estate investment opportunities resulting from the GFC market dislocation. Since that time, Jim has been honored by the Urban Land Institute as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” land use and real estate professionals in the United States, by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 5 retail real estate professionals in Los Angeles, and twice recognized by the Los Angeles Times as a Commercial Real Estate Visionary. John Klein is the founder and Managing Partner for Accelerator Advisors, where he consults in the strategic planning process for lifestyle consumer brands on new market and real estate strategic planning, and then identifies, secures and develops retail locations for accelerated growth across multiple markets. From his 16 years leading real estate expansion and growth strategy for Equinox and SoulCycle, Klein has mastered the art and science behind the site-selection and deal-making processes with a unique ability to combine anecdotal, empirical and emotional data to make highly profitable real estate decisions in markets across the U.S and Canada. His unique vision for long-term rollout strategies that extend beyond just the physical location and into the ethos of the brand helped Equinox scale from a regional fitness chain to an internationally renowned brand with locations in all major U.S. markets, Canada and Great Britain. Klein also created and implemented the national growth plan for SoulCycle, which consisted of just six studios in New York City when it was acquired by Equinox in 2011. Mr. Horsting’s career spans the transition of analog to digital in audio, broadcast, conferencing, multimedia and live production. Walter started a live concert company at age 19 and engineered 3,000 live events in a ten-year period. Fulfilling clients’ needs for solutions, he developed automated public hearing rooms for the State of California and then supplied the multimedia technology for Tower Records international growth of 29-stores. In 2005, his relationship with Stadium builder Turner International invited him to tender for the Multimedia Systems Works contract for the Dubai Mall, UAE. Walter assembled an international team of AV designers, automation, control, electrical, & lighting vendors, established a Dubai Office and lead marketing events during the construction of the Mall which opened in 2009. Notable features include 650 sq. meters of digital signage, a broadcast studio, motorized self-lifting fashion catwalk, and acoustic & audio solutions. All of this in the 1200+ store, 12,000,000 sq. ft. of the highly reflective environment of marble and glass. John Schmid, Studio Director for the Restaurant and Retail Design Studio, is an indispensable mentor and member of the MBH Architects leadership team. His work in retail architecture began with 14 years at Gap, Inc., where he acquired a wealth of knowledge about the client-side of the architectural relationship. Shauna L. Mattis is a Senior Vice President at JLL and has over 19 years of experience in retail commercial brokerage. Through her portfolio of properties, she has successfully completed leases with many of the active retail chain tenants in the industry. Allen Hubsch has a diverse real estate practice, with several areas of specialization.
