  Rich directs the development, leasing, and management of Keystone’s portfolio with a forward-thinking insight that brings concepts to execution. At Keystone, he’s credited with over 20 million square feet of lease transactions and five million square feet of development, collectively valued in the billions of dollars. His career-defining transaction (so far) is signing Amerisourcebergen to their new headquarters, catalyzing the development of SORA West in Conshohocken. Prior to Keystone, Rich held leadership roles at Stoltz Management Company, Prentiss Properties Trust, and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Rich holds an MBA from Temple University and is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania.

  Tom, a results-driven leader with over 30 years’ experience, directs the leasing and development of Keystone’s New Jersey and Pennsylvania assets. Prior to Keystone, he held leadership roles at Liberty Property Trust, JLL, and Trammel Crow Company. Tom has seen it all in this ever-changing industry. His unique perspective and deep understanding of industry trends informs his innovative approach to real estate, perhaps best exemplified by repositioning 30 Knightsbridge—a former data center and Fortune 500 HQ—into Middlesex Science Center to accommodate the growing life sciences sector in New Jersey. A proud Villanova graduate, Tom holds an MBA from NYU and the prestigious CCIM designation, and is a CPA and LEED Accredited Professional.

  Esther is well known for her experience in developing and leasing some of the premier office buildings in the Philadelphia region, with a 30-year reputation for matching clients with the right space in Center City and Conshohocken properties and building long-term client relationships.   Tony is a native of Gloucester County, New Jersey and grew up on a 300+ acre fifth-generation family farm. He co-founded Velocity with Zach shortly after graduating from Drexel University, where he earned dual degrees in finance & economics. Tony currently lives in Montgomery County, PA, and enjoys spending his summers in Sea Isle City, NJ. Prior to Velocity, Tony worked on the investment team of Susquehanna Growth Equity – where he invested in software entrepreneurs across North America, UK & Europe.

  Stacy Martin is the Vice President of Commercial Sales & Leasing of Hankin Group, a Chester County based award-winning developer of large scale mixed use communities. Hankin Group is a multi-faceted real estate organization with in-house construction, architecture and design, engineering, leasing and property management teams. As Director of Commercial Sales & Leasing of a large real estate development company, Stacy relies heavily upon her 25+ years of commercial real estate experience, primarily representing owners, developers and tenants, as they develop and implement their real estate strategies. At Hankin, her responsibilities include securing new tenant leases, maintaining existing tenant relationships, marketing, pre-leasing new development projects, budgeting, mentoring, and marketing/industry analytics. Prior to joining Hankin, Stacy worked as Vice President of Leasing for O’Neill Properties, Director of Leasing for Korman Commercial Properties, and as a commercial real estate broker for CBRE, Inc., an international brokerage firm. Stacy serves on the Executive Board of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry as Vice-Chair of Membership. She also serves on the board of i2n, a division of the Chester County Economic Development Council, and the Advisory Board of the Downingtown Area School District’s STEM Academy. She’s a member of the CII Council, CCIM, PRLA, ICSC, and PA Life Sciences.

  With more than 25 years in public accounting, George devotes most of his time serving clients in the Real Estate Industry. These include developers, commercial and residential operators, hotels, property and asset managers, home builders, private equity funds, and individual investors. In 2009, he took on the lead role of the legacy LarsonAllen firm’s Real Estate practice and has brought that experience forward focusing on further developing the firm’s capabilities in advisory, assurance, and tax services available to clients in the real estate and hospitality space. He also is a lead resource in the firm helping clients in real estate workout transactions.   Michael Markman

  As President, Michael Markman oversees acquisitions, leasing, financing and development for BET Investments, a real estate management and development company that owns, manages, develops and leases shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes throughout the United States. Mr. Markman was formerly general counsel of a publicly traded New York Stock Exchange real estate investment trust (REIT) with over $500 million in assets where he managed all legal matters. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Temple University School of Law and is member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He is a Commissioner in Abington Township, Pennsylvania, past chairman Abington Township Planning Commission, a member of the Board of Directors of the John A. Robbins Company and on the Board of Trustees at Ursinus College. Mr. Markman is a frequent speaker on industry topics and serves on the boards of various charitable groups.

  Mr. Korman is Co-CEO of Korman Communities, Inc. The Company is one of the largest owners and managers of multi-family properties in the region with a portfolio of 24 properties, and total market capitalization in excess of $2 Billion. The Company operates throughout major markets in the United States, and is based outside of Philadelphia, PA. The Company was the innovator of short-term furnished apartments in the United States over 50 years ago, and Mr. Korman is a member of the fourth generation to lead this company. The Company operates three brands, including its ARK and AVE properties which feature full service multifamily operations at prime, infill locations. The Company introduced its AKA brand in 2004, an upscale, urban high-rise concept with properties located in New York City, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, D.C., Beverly Hills, CA, and London. Mr. Korman has lead the acquisition, development and financing program of all new properties by the Company, including the entrance into new markets such as New York City, Beverly Hills and London. This growth has allowed Korman Communities to establish relationships with some of the largest and most respected financial and lending institutions in the country. Mr. Korman oversees all new business development, including debt and equity relationships, throughout the Company. Mr. Korman serves on the Board of Trustees of The Philadelphia Police Foundation, Germantown Academy and the Duke University Library Advisory Board. He is also a member of the JFRE Executive Committee, President’s Leadership Council at Jefferson, Zell/Laurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Korman received his B.A from Duke University in 1987, and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.

  Dave Brown

  Dave Brown oversees the Philadelphia market for CBG Building Company, one of the largest and most respected national multifamily builders. Mr. Brown started his career with CBG in the DC/MD/VA area. He opened the CBG Philadelphia office in 2017. Since then he has been responsible for over $250M worth of multifamily construction in the suburbs. These projects include The Smith King of Prussia, J Creekside at Exton, and 130 Monument in Bala Cynwyd. Mr Brown grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and is an alumni of Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. Mr Brown received his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.

  Drew Romanic

  Drew heads The Martin Architectural Group's commercial division, managing a spectrum of retail and mixed-use commissions from grocery anchored strip fit-outs to overall master planning and design of regional lifestyle centers. Drew maintains a hands-on approach with his projects – from design and construction documents through construction administration. His duties specifically entail client representation during construction and leasing efforts. In addition to the composition of Lease Outline Drawings, Tenant Manuals, and tenant fit-out permit and construction documents, he can provide tenant coordination between fit-out and shell documentation as well.
