  Leonidas Addimando (“Leo” for short) is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Alterra Property Group, LLC (“Alterra”). In addition to experience with a diverse range of real estate product types, Leo has also invested in over 15 states, built over 1,000 residential units, structured complex tax credit transactions, and overseen all aspects of numerous real estate development projects. Previously, Leo was an early employee of Orbitz.com, serving the company for three years in numerous business and corporate development capacities. Leo’s largest accomplishment while at Orbitz was spearheading the development and implementation of both a travel insurance re-sale business, and a hotel business, that together served as key profitability drivers which helped Orbitz to complete a successful IPO in 2003. Before working at Orbitz, Leo worked as an Associate for the Boston Consulting Group in various management consulting capacities, and across numerous industry groups. Prior to that, he was the co-founder of both a media start-up and an internet start-up. Leo has an MBA from the Harvard Business School (“HBS”) and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Leo is a Board Member of the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Building Industry Association, and the Old City District. Leo is a native of Center City Philadelphia and currently resides there with his wife (Brigitte Castaing Addimando, HBS ’05) and three children (Nico, Marcus & Sophie). In his spare time, Leo enjoys spending time with his family, golf, running, attending live sporting events and travel.

  Matthew Pestronk is co-founder of Post Brothers, a real estate investment, development and management company with singular and unique expertise in urban real estate development. Matthew serves as President of the company, engaged in the sponsorship of Class-A multifamily, mixed-use and retail development projects comprised of over 7,000 units that are operating, under development or disposed plus, over 400,000 sf of commercial space, with a total capitalized cost in excess of $2.5 billion. Matthew shares strategic leadership of the company with his brother, Michael, and is engaged in asset management, financing, and project and capital formation. Matthew has worked in real estate capital transactions for his entire 20+-year career and was previously a real estate financing executive in New York City prior to forming Post Brothers.   Mr. Spencer is the Chairman & CEO of Arden Group, established in 1989 as a fully integrated real estate company focusing on acquiring, developing and managing high quality real estate assets. The company has purchased and developed more than $3.7B of real estate including office buildings, hotels and high-rise mixed-use residential. Arden’s asset management group has managed more than $7.0B in assets. Arden Group in 2012 established Arden Fund Management, its real estate equity and debt fund management business and has been name by Preqin as the #1 globally Most Consistent Closed End Private Real Estate Fund Manager for both 2017 and 2018. In addition to leading Arden, Craig has participated in several non-real estate ventures including the acquisition and subsequent sale of Admiralty Bank to Royal Bank of Canada in February 2003. He was also a founding board member of Anchor Commercial Bank based in Palm Beach, Florida. Craig was Founder/Co-Owner with Jon Bon Jovi of the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football Team. In its five-year history, Craig helped build it into the most successful team in the league and the 2008 World Champions. Craig and Jon also established and are the Co-Chairmen of the JBJ Soul Charitable Foundation, which has provided 500 housing units along with educational programs to homeless men and women. The Foundation opened Soul Kitchens in Red Bank, NJ in 2011 and Toms River, NJ in 2016 with over 60,000 meals served to date. Craig is a licensed attorney who specialized in real estate, banking and bankruptcy law. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  Brad Molotsky

  Brad A. Molotsky practices in the area of real estate law. He serves as a lead for the Duane Morris Project Development/P3 group and as co-head of the firm's Opportunity Zones group. Mr. Molotsky’s primary practice is focused in the areas of opportunity zone fund creation and fund deployment, financing, public private partnership (PPP or P-3), real estate joint ventures (including mixed-use, life sciences and multi-family development), commercial leasing (including a focus in cannabis leasing), and acquisitions and divestitures. He also has deep experience in environmental, social, governance, public company issues such as enterprise risk, internal audit, compensation, as well as energy efficiency, sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining Duane Morris and for nearly 20 years, Brad served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Brandywine Realty Trust. At Brandywine, Mr. Molotsky was responsible for all legal operations of the company, including acquisitions and divestitures, financings, joint ventures, board matters, insurance procurement, litigation oversight, SEC filing oversight and the legal aspects of capital raising. During his tenure, the company grew from 40 buildings to approximately 300 buildings, totaling 28 million square feet. In 2020, Mr. Molotsky was named a national influencer in the Opportunity Zone space by OZ Magazine and won The Philadelphia Inquirer Influencers of Law Award for Real Estate. He was also named by The Philadelphia Inquirer as an Influencer of Real Estate for Real Estate Legal Excellence in 2019. He was also named in TheLegal Intelligencer's list of Pennsylvania Trailblazers for 2019. Mr. Molotsky was named one of Philadelphia Business Journal's 2018 "Best of the Bar: Top Lawyers in Philadelphia. He was also named General Counsel of the year by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2014 and NJBIZ in 2013 and was awarded the Martin Luther King Community Service award in 2014, the Township Sustainability Leader Award in 2016 and the Roger Davis Community Service Award in 2017.

  Maria Sourbeer has made a career out of bridging the gap between her capabilities as an architect/developer and her responsibilities as a community member.   Michael Tester has over twenty years of experience in the building industry including architectural design, cost estimating, procurement, and project management for some of the largest projects in the Philadelphia area. He has overseen the construction of over 5,000 apartment units, 500,000 SF of office space, and large-scale demolition and site work developments in Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and Florida. Mike started Tester Construction Group in 2017 to capitalize on the evolution and growth of the Philadelphia commercial mixed use construction market in Philadelphia. He has lead TCG in becoming one of the largest General Contractor’s in the City; completing over $100M of construction volume by their 5th full year in business. Mike credits the growth of his company to the fantastic team that works alongside him. Prior to starting Tester Construction Group, Mike served as a Senior Estimator and Project Manager for Hunter Roberts Construction Group in New York City and Philadelphia. During this time, he estimated, purchased, and managed some of the largest projects in Philadelphia at Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. After working at Hunter Roberts, Mike became the Vice President of Operations for MLP PA Builders. At MLP, Mike was responsible for the entire construction operation for the company including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Massachusetts. At any given time, he managed over $500 million of construction volume.   Neil Orechiwsky is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Capital Markets for WSFS Bank where he is responsible for the Interest Rate Hedging, Foreign Exchange, and Trade Finance lines of business for the organization. Before joining WSFS, Neil founded and led the Capital Markets divisions for Bryn Mawr Trust, First Niagara Bank, and Susquehanna Bank. Neil also previously led consulting and trading teams for the Financial Institutions Group at the advisory firm Chatham Financial where he was a key consultant to more than 75 bank management teams around the country as well as the FDIC during the 2008-2009 financial crisis. Before entering the private sector, Neil was an Airborne-qualified, active-duty officer in the U.S. Army. He served two combat tours in Iraq with the 3rd Infantry Division in 2003 and 2006 and was twice awarded the Bronze Star. Mr. Orechiwsky is a graduate of Villanova University where he majored in Political Science and currently resides with his family in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania where he is actively involved in CrossFit, coaching youth sports, and chasing his two German shepherds.
