  Mr. Spencer is the Chairman & CEO of Arden Group, established in 1989 as a fully integrated real estate company focusing on acquiring, developing and managing high quality real estate assets. The company has purchased and developed more than $3.7B of real estate including office buildings, hotels and high-rise mixed-use residential. Arden’s asset management group has managed more than $7.0B in assets. Arden Group in 2012 established Arden Fund Management, its real estate equity and debt fund management business and has been name by Preqin as the #1 globally Most Consistent Closed End Private Real Estate Fund Manager for both 2017 and 2018. In addition to leading Arden, Craig has participated in several non-real estate ventures including the acquisition and subsequent sale of Admiralty Bank to Royal Bank of Canada in February 2003. He was also a founding board member of Anchor Commercial Bank based in Palm Beach, Florida. Craig was Founder/Co-Owner with Jon Bon Jovi of the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football Team. In its five-year history, Craig helped build it into the most successful team in the league and the 2008 World Champions. Craig and Jon also established and are the Co-Chairmen of the JBJ Soul Charitable Foundation, which has provided 500 housing units along with educational programs to homeless men and women. The Foundation opened Soul Kitchens in Red Bank, NJ in 2011 and Toms River, NJ in 2016 with over 60,000 meals served to date. Craig is a licensed attorney who specialized in real estate, banking and bankruptcy law. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  A corporate finance specialist with 17 years of experience, Bennett Lomax is the President and CEO of The Lomax Companies LP, a private investment firm focused on venture capital and private equity. Bennett is the Chairman and CEO of Prime Image, an enterprise technology company that specializes in AI, e-commerce, and automation. Bennett is also a Partner in Lomax Real Estate Partners, a real estate development firm where he leads all corporate finance activities. Bennett serves as the Chairman of the Board of WURD Radio, Pennsylvania’s only Black owned talk radio station. Lastly, Bennett serves as lead director on the board of Beltraith Capital, LLC an institutional asset management firm with $2 billion under management. Mr. Lomax is a member of the Board of Directors for the Museum of the American Revolution, serving as its Finance Committee Chair and Treasurer.   Jason Hernandez

  Jason leads the originations platform in the Americas for Nuveen Real Estate and is focused on further expanding the firm’s third-party real estate debt business. Prior to joining the business in 2018, Jason was a managing director at ACORE Capital where he led a team responsible for the sourcing and execution of structured finance investments, including mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity. As one of the initial employees of ACORE, he helped grow the firm from a start-up, to one of the largest private lenders in the United States, with $9 billion AUM in just under three years. Jason has also held a number of roles at GE Capital Real Estate. Most recently he was a senior director in the strategic capital group focused on whole loan origination with institutional clients. Jason graduated with a B.S. from Illinois State University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. He is a graduate of the GE Capital Financial Management Programme with roles including finance, underwriting and M&A and is a member of Commercial Real Estate Finance Council.

  With more than 25 years in public accounting, George devotes most of his time serving clients in the Real Estate Industry. These include developers, commercial and residential operators, hotels, property and asset managers, home builders, private equity funds, and individual investors. In 2009, he took on the lead role of the legacy LarsonAllen firm’s Real Estate practice and has brought that experience forward focusing on further developing the firm’s capabilities in advisory, assurance, and tax services available to clients in the real estate and hospitality space. He comes to Enhanced Capital after several years of experience sourcing various types of financing for renewable energy developers. Previously, he held positions in the equity capital markets industry serving in wealth management, institutional sales, and merger and acquisition advisory capacities. He started his career in finance at the First National Bank of Boston. Peters holds a B.A. in History from Boston College, an M.B.A. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management, and a Certificate in Political Philosophy from Christ Church, Oxford.
