Charles Freeman is entering his 21st season with the Orlando Magic and was promoted to chief operating officer in July 2015. Freeman’s responsibilities include oversight and management of ticket sales, premium sales, client services, ticket operations, corporate partnership, marketing, arena operations, retail, philanthropy and multicultural insights as well as the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation. Freeman started with the Magic in 1996 as a market research analyst for corporate sponsorship and broadcast sales. He was responsible for all research and strategic planning for the department. In 1997, Freeman was promoted to business manager of sales and was in charge of developing, and implementing new business strategies for the sales division. As business manager, Freeman worked with corporate sponsorship and broadcast sales, retail sales, ticket sales and box office operations for the Orlando Magic, Orlando Solar Bears and Orlando Miracle. In the spring of 1999, as business development manager, Freeman began working with ownership on a variety of strategic projects. In the summer of 2001, he was promoted to director of business development and focused on the growth and expansion of RDV Sports, as well as new business ventures for the DeVos family. In July 2005, Freeman was promoted to vice president of business development and strategy, and then promoted to senior vice president of business development in August 2007, helping oversee the team’s efforts to obtain the necessary approval for the Amway Center. He was responsible for the design, construction, and development of the Amway Center in downtown Orlando. In October 2010, Freeman was promoted to executive vice president of business development. In this role, he oversaw ticket sales, premium sales, client services, ticket operations, arena operations, and retail sales. For all of his efforts, Freeman was selected to the SportsBusiness Journal’s Forty Under 40, a recognition that spotlights the nation’s top young sports executives under the age of 40. He was promoted to executive vice president/chief revenue officer in July 2012. Freeman graduated from Rollins College with a major in economics and minor in business administration. He resides in Maitland, Fla. with his wife, Pam, and two children, Charlie (12) and Addison (10).

Chuck Whittall, the son of a fireman, came from very modest beginnings. As a lifelong resident of Central Florida he developed the heart and mind of an entrepreneur at a very young age. Maria Triscari is the President and CEO of the International Drive Resort Area Chamber of Commerce. The International Drive Resort Area Chamber of Commerce represents the International Drive Resort Area and the myriad of hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, attractions, and major theme parks including SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World and the Orange County Convention Center, the 2nd largest Convention Center in the country. Maria was hired as Executive Director of the Chamber in 1989 when the Chamber was first formed. Maria has lead the Chamber since its inception, over 28 years ago, making her one of the longest running heads of any organization in Central Florida. When Maria started with the Chamber, the Chamber had less than 30 members. She was given a phone and a piece of paper that stated “We invite you to Join”. Now a thriving organization with hundreds of members and an impressive list of accomplishments, Maria has built one of the most active, influential and a highly respected organizations in Central Florida that has made an indelible impact on Central Florida’s tourism industry.

Kieley joined Stewart in 2008 as manager of the Commercial Services office in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2016, he was appointed as Commercial Services Mid-Atlantic & Southeast Regional Sales Director. A real estate and title professional with over 30 years of industry experience, Kieley oversees the sales and marketing of the Florida Commercial Services offices in Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando, among other major metro areas. He previously held positions with First American, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Lawyers Title. Brett Kingstone started his first fiber optic company in his college dormitory at Stanford University at the age of 19. Super Vision (now Revolution Lighting Technologies, NASDAQ: RVLT) was later established in Orlando, Florida where the first of many fiber optic and LED lighting landmarks worldwide were produced for Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Universal Studios and the Walt Disney Company. Mr. Kingstone is a regular lecturer at FBI domain programs on industrial espionage throughout the U.S. and a member of the Orange County Sheriff’s Civilian Review Board. He is also the founder of Max King Realty LLC., a developer of industrial and commercial properties in Orlando, Florida where he continues to serve as President. Anuj Grover has been an active acquirer and developer of real estate for two decades. Mr. Grover began his career in Atlanta, Georgia as a CPA in the Entrepreneurial Services Group of Ernst & Young, and subsequently as a practicing attorney at King & Spalding, a preeminent international law firm. Mr. Grover transitioned into the corporate world in the late 1990’s where he held positions at various venture-backed companies including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President & General Counsel. Mr. Grover’s involvement with these enterprises helped lead to the successful exit of each venture with an aggregate valuation of over $400 million. Mr. Grover subsequently turned his full focus to real estate where he augmented an already existing portfolio by developing and acquiring land and investment properties through the Southeast US valued at over $250 million. Anuj is a member in Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), NAIOP, ICSC, and actively participates in local community development initiatives in South Florida. Mr. Grover holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from the University of Florida.

With more than 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, Yvonne Baker has an extensive background in agency leasing for office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets with experience in development, sales, property management, project management, brokerage operations, commercial real estate lending, commercial credit analysis, training and development and management. As Regional Managing Partner, Ms. Baker is responsible for the direction of both the Orlando and the Jacksonville offices and employees, while also supporting business development efforts across the markets. Prior to Franklin Street, Ms. Baker served as Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield where she oversaw the company’s local agency leasing efforts in addition to expanding the firm’s growth in Central Florida. Previously, she worked for JLL as Vice President – Director of Agency Leasing and Highwoods Properties. Ms. Baker has generated a lease volume of more than $350 million with over 4.5 million square feet of executed leases. She has worked with institutional and regional clients such as Equity Office Properties, Steelbridge Capital, Starwood Capital Group, Invesco Real Estate, Crocker Partners and Parmenter Realty Partners. Active in the community, Ms. Baker has received several recognitions including being named a CoStar Power Broker from 2011 to 2014, Orlando Business Journal’s 2014 Women Who Mean Business and NAIOP’s President Award in 2015. She is an active member of NAIOP, serving as a Board Member and Treasurer, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), where she served as a former President and the UCF Real Estate Council. Ms. Baker is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance and master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida.

As the Market Director for Florida, Doug Irmscher is responsible for the profitability and operations of the firm’s business lines in the state including landlord and tenant representation, property management, project and development services, and investment sales within the office, retail, industrial, hospitality and multi-family markets. JLL employs over 650 people and manages or leases over 28 million s.f. across the six offices in the state which are located in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach and Tampa. Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Doug spent 19 years with Duke Realty Corporation where he was Sr. Vice President for their Central Florida Operations and served on the company’s Management Committee. In that role he was responsible for the overall profitability and operations of the $300M / 5 million s.f. office and industrial portfolio. His responsibilities also included new development, land and building acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, marketing and property management. Doug has developed over 25 Class A office and industrial projects in Florida, valued at over $400 million totaling 3.2 million s.f. and completed over 400 lease transactions. Some notable build to suit transactions include Benjamin Moore, Coca-Cola, CuraScript / Express Scripts, Disney, Iron Mountain and JP Morgan. Doug holds a bachelor degree in finance and real estate from the University of Cincinnati. He currently serves on the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board and is an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is married with three children.​

Since 2015, Lisa Neumayer has emerged as a risk management consultant leader within the Gallagher Real Estate and Construction practice. Working closely with specialty team members throughout Gallagher’s global network, she delivers niche expertise, products and services to real estate developers, contractors and property owners/managers. Her specialty provides experience for large Owner and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP/CCIP) Wrap Ups and Builder’s Risk for construction projects and permanent placement risk management programs involving multiple asset classes ranging in values from $50 million to upwards of $500 million+. In less than 4 years, she has provided the risk financing and security for major real estate developments totaling over $1 billion in values, placing nearly $5 million of premium into the global insurance marketplace. Quickly building a reputation in the market as a creative thinker and problem solver, she has worked with a number of clients to tackle their supply chain trade credit risk domestically and abroad and provided alternative risk solutions for unique exposures worldwide.
