  Kevin joined BTI in 2015 and led the development of The Grove Resort and Water Park, a highly amenitized 878 unit condominium hotel and resort in Orlando, FL. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, he leads the integration of BTI’s real estate development efforts throughout Florida. Kevin, a Florida state licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, has 30 years of experience in all aspects of acquisition, diligence, entitlement, development, and construction. Prior to joining BTI, he led both public and private companies in community development, homebuilding, resort and fractional ownership, as well as mixed use development.

  With more than 30 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and community planning, Bobby has an extensive history of regional and national projects with a focus on creating home. He has experience with all phases of community development from initial land acquisition and zoning through construction closeout and owner occupation requirements. This includes planning, real property, engineering, and building department coordination, as well as experience with planning commissions, boards of appeals, city councils, and county commissioners. His focus is on developing residential and mixed-use projects in partnership with clients and community that successfully create “home” for residents, and connect and enhance the neighborhood, all while being functionally and financially viable.   Reinerio P. Faife is a University of Florida and Harvard trained architect and real estate developer with a business minded “master-builder” mentality, that has also proven to be a very talented and a strategic visionary capable of foreseeing the market demand factors required to properly structure, prioritize and streamline the decision-making process required to visualize and execute the completion of sustainable; thus, highly profitable real estate investment deals that have led to long-term sustainable communities. He has an excellent track record hiring and coordinating large and diverse professional teams required to gain the trust, support and acceptance from neighborhood communities and the many local officials with jurisdiction over a range of different types of development or investment proposals. He has a keen ability to get projects done on time and within each project’s specific investment criteria. His persistently patient approach has gained him the experience required to supervise the acquisition, design, entitlement, permitting, financing, construction and delivery of significant projects within highly constrained real estate submarkets, representing multiple complex degrees of development difficulty.   Tony Fineman

  Mr. Fineman has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. At ACORE, Mr. Fineman is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and closing commercial real estate financing opportunities, and for managing originations for the Eastern Region. Prior to joining ACORE, Mr. Fineman was an Executive Vice President with Brickman and a principal at Hillcrest Finance, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and closing equity and debt investment opportunities, and financing new and existing equity investments. Prior to Brickman, Mr. Fineman held various positions in commercial real estate finance including a senior role with Wachovia Bank, where he managed, structured and closed more than $25 billion of complex commercial real estate finance transactions often involving multiple lenders and tranches of debt, and a role as a banker with Nomura Securities in the mid to late 1990s. In addition to his finance experience, Mr. Fineman has also spent a significant amount of time on the equity side of the commercial real estate business where he was involved in the development, ownership, management and operation of commercial real estate, including in senior roles with Centres Inc. and Terranova Corporation, and in his time with Brickman. Mr. Fineman began his career in commercial real estate as an attorney representing institutional and private clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and land use. After college and prior to law school, Mr. Fineman spent several years at IBM Corporation as a marketing representative. Mr. Fineman received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from the University of Florida. Mr. Fineman serves on the board of enCourage Kids Foundation. Mr. Fineman is married to Lori and they have two children, Mia and Rocky.

  Liz Koteles

  Liz Koteles, located in FCP’s Atlanta, GA office, leads the firm’s commercial efforts in the Southeast. She focuses on sourcing, structuring and executing commercial investments and developments throughout several current and expansion markets. Prior to joining FCP, Ms. Koteles was a top producer at JLL, where she represented a variety of ownership groups for their leasing needs across Atlanta. Prior to JLL, Ms. Koteles was a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Novelis, Inc., an $11 billion aluminum manufacturer. Ms. Koteles began her career in investment banking with VRA Partners focusing on M&A and private placement advisory services. Ms. Koteles graduated magna cum laude from Washington & Lee University with degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. Ms. Koteles is an active member of NAIOP and ULI.

  Rachael Yenque

  Rachael Yenque joined First American Title’s National Commercial Services Orlando office in 2006.
