  Philippe Visser is President of Related Office Development where he leads the company's expansive commercial office development efforts nationally. Mr. Visser joined Related in 2013 and led the successful execution of 30 Hudson Yards, a 2.6 million-square-foot, 1,296-foot-tall office tower and the future home to KKR, Wells Fargo, Time Warner Inc., DNB Bank and Related's corporate offices. Prior to joining Related, Philippe served as Director, World Trade Center Redevelopment for the Port Authority of NY & NJ leading the $15 billion, 14 million-square-foot World Trade Center redevelopment. Mr. Visser was previously responsible for the acquisition and development of New York City projects for Tishman Speyer, worked in acquisitions at Vornado Realty Trust and ran the day-to-day development of commercial office and mixed-use projects for Forest City Ratner. Mr. Visser graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa member and Truman Scholar. He has an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a Master's of Science in Regional and Urban Planning from the London School of Economics, which he attended as a Thouron Fellow. Mr. Visser has previously chaired the YMCA's 2016 and 2017 capital campaigns and is a member of the Business Advisory Committee of the New York Aquarium and UJA Brooklyn Advisory Committee and is a Trustee of Kane Street Synagogue.

  Mr. Durels is responsible for all of our real estate activities, including leasing, property redevelopment, management and construction. Mr. Durels joined our predecessor in 1990 where he served in similar capacities, also supervised property acquisitions, and was involved in acquisitions and structured equity investments of over $1.1 billion. Prior to joining our predecessor, from February 1984 to April 1990, he served as Assistant Vice President at Helmsley Spear, Inc., where Mr. Durels was responsible for construction and engineering for its portfolio of office, hotel, residential and retail properties. Mr. Durels is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Urban Land Institute and the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association, for which he served as Treasurer in 2003, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut.   Lisa Bevacqua joined CBRE in 2024 and is Executive Managing Director, Investor Portfolio Management. In her role, Lisa is responsible for the strategic partnership and account, Brookfield Properties Operated by CBRE, leading a team of over 1,100 real estate professionals across Brookfield’s 70 million square foot North America office portfolio. Prior to joining CBRE, Lisa Bevacqua was the Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Management at Silverstein Properties (SP), where she oversaw a $10 billion portfolio of office, multifamily, and life science properties. At SP, Lisa was responsible for overseeing execution of the investment strategy for all properties in the portfolio and managing investor relationships. She served on the company’s investment committee, management team, and diversity and inclusion committee. Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Lisa worked in acquisitions and asset management at Citi Property Investors (CPI), a real estate opportunity fund with over $600 million of assets under management. At CPI, Lisa was responsible for underwriting and conducting due diligence on $1.8 billion of real estate transactions. In addition, Lisa oversaw a portfolio of office, condo and land assets. Prior to CPI, Lisa was a leasing broker at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, with a focus on the downtown Boston office market. Lisa began her career as a consultant at Accenture, where she worked on assignments aimed at identifying and implementing process and operational improvements at financial services companies. Lisa earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Boston College.   Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters.   Vincent Altieri

  Vincent Altieri is an audit partner with more than 20 years of experience. He serves clients in a broad array of industries, most notably in the real estate and real estate-related sectors. He also provides or has provided tax and accounting services to retail enterprises, night-club and restaurant management, not-for-profit organizations, foundations, wholesalers, insurance brokers, and professional service firms. He is highly skilled in all phases of audit and other attest engagements, including planning, program execution, and client relations and also prepares GAAP and income-tax basis financial statements and required disclosures for audits, reviews, and compilations. Vincent also has experience overseeing construction management and monthly requisition processes, including preparation, updating, and maintenance of monthly budgets, interfacing with vendors on various issues, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to lenders to expedite funding. Vincent prepares domestic multistate corporation and partnership tax returns and income tax returns for tax-exempt organizations. He is extremely knowledgeable in analyzing partnership agreements, commercial and capital leases, financing agreements, insurance, and loan covenants.
