  Anthony E. Malkin is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. He joined its predecessor entities in 1989. Mr. Malkin has been a leader in existing building energy efficiency retrofits through coordinating the team of Clinton Climate Initiative, Johnson Controls, JLL, and Rocky Mountain Institute in a groundbreaking project at the Empire State Building (www.esbsustainability.com).   During his 17+ year career as a commercial real estate broker MONA chief executive officer and founder Brandon L. Singer has negotiated lease transactions with an aggregate value totaling well over $3 billion. In September of 2020, Singer launched MONA, a forward-thinking retail brokerage firm that guides tenants and landlords through the increasingly disrupted retail and commercial real estate landscape. As Executive Vice President of Development at RXR, she leads development activities across multiple asset classes within the company’s ground-up portfolio.   Marc Kotler is Senior Vice President of the New Development Group at FirstService Residential New York, a division that specializes in developer consulting and management of new and young properties.   A registered architect and active member of the American Institute of Architects, Elisabeth Martin, FAIA, has four decades of experience working on projects of a wide array of building types and scales. She holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and serves our profession as a Practice Leader at H2M architects + engineers and as an adjunct professor in Architecture and Interior Design. In recognition of her advocacy for design excellence in public buildings and the stewardship she has brought to projects in the public realm, she was awarded the AIANY Public Architect Award in 2002 and elevated to the AIA College of Fellows in 2017.   Justin Levitt is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and head of the Northeast region for U.S. Debt. Based in New York City, Justin leads a team that is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products in the core, core plus and agency spaces. His team works with clients based in the Northeast and finances assets across the U.S. Justin also serves as a regional portfolio manager for the Northeastern U.S. markets for PGIM Real Estate’s core strategies where he has credit authority. Prior to joining Sage, he served as Vice President at P&L Investments, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and asset management firm, and was founder and CEO of UrbanGradRealty, a boutique residential brokerage company that focused on the recent college graduate submarket. Currently, he serves his city and community as the Chairman of the Board of the Meatpacking Business Improvement District (BID), a board member of the Downtown Alliance, and a member of the advisory board for the Center of Real Estate and Urban Analysis at George Washington University.   Zach a hospitality professional with 15 years’ experience working across hotels, restaurants, CRE, and tech. He began his career managing Bemelman’s Bar at The Carlyle Hotel before joining Convene, a premium meetings and events provider, in 2015. There, Zach facilitated several key commercial real estate partnerships including Condé Nast and The Durst Organization. In 2022 Zach joined Arch Amenity Group to lead the opening of The Playground at the Seagram building, a state-of-the art workplace amenity project with RFR Holding.   Mr. Korren came to Lee & Associates from Avison Young, a global full service commercial real estate services firm. His primary responsibilities included new business development; transaction management / lease negotiations; training and mentoring of office brokers; and promotion of the company in the marketplace. Todd has been involved in the real estate and construction industries for over 30 years and is known for his hands-on client involvement and long-term relationships. He has negotiated over 1,790 leases ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 265,000 square feet representing 9.1 million square feet; participated in over 45 acquisitions and dispositions valued at over $2.9 billion; and supervised over 485 interior construction and new development projects. Todd has served as leasing agent for 46 Manhattan buildings—primarily NYC Class B, multi-tenant office buildings—ranging in size from 100,000 sf to over 1,200,000 sf, totaling over 15 million sf; and nationally, 54 buildings totaling over 17.8 million sf. Todd is an active member of numerous organizations including Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York; the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY, including as Chair of the Building Agents Committee) and the Architectural Review Board of Roslyn Estates. In 2009, REBNY named Todd as its Young Real Estate Man of the Year.
