Now Liz juggles work and 2 very active little girls, coaching soccer, and the constant shuffle!   Mike leads Nexamp’s organic development in New York and New Jersey. Mike’s team is responsible for site organization, permitting, and internal coordination with Nexamp’s design and engineering teams – brining construction ready community solar and C/I projects to a growing pipeline of Nexamp assets. Mike began his career as a high school biology teacher in NYC before moving into the clean energy space in 2011 with Next Step Living, a Boston based energy efficiency and residential solar sales company. Mike worked as an energy auditor, outreach/lead generation manager, and was GM of the Connecticut office in 2014. Mike holds a B.S in biology from Colgate University and M.S. in energy management from the New York Institute of Technology. If you don’t find Mike presenting before a planning board or meeting with landowners, you might find him enjoying time with his family at youth hockey games or skiing.

  Neil joined RC Andersen in 2008 as a Project Manager and currently holds the role of President. Neil has played an integral part in RC Andersen’s growth and has helped develop some of RC Andersen’s most deeply rooted client relationships. Through his tenure at RC Andersen, Neil has managed some of RC Andersen’s marquee projects and has been responsible to fill nearly every role within the organization, from that of Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, Vice President, and now President. Neil is familiar with the day-in day-out management of work, as well as the organizational processes and policies. Prior to his time at RC Andersen, Neil held roles in the fields of construction, design, and research dating back to 2002. Neil holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Rutgers University School of Engineering. It is in this well rounded background within the industry that Neil has developed an ability to approach problems from a variety of angles and experiences. Outside of work, Neil enjoys time with his wife and two daughters, skiing, hiking, and hockey.

His achievements include maintaining a portfolio occupancy level of more than 97% during his tenure.   Chris J. Murphy is a partner at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in commercial real estate and development. A partner in the firm, Chris leads the Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment, and Tax Credits and Incentives practice groups. As the leader of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning and Redevelopment practice, Chris has been involved in transformational development projects throughout New Jersey, and regularly represents some of the largest institutional developers in connection with obtaining approvals for industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and commercial projects before local, county, and state boards and agencies.   Mr. Lewis is Chairman and founder of Wharton Industrial, a fully integrated investor and developer of last mile, urban infill and larger distribution facilities located along the Eastern Seaboard, Florida and the Southeast United States. Wharton Industrial is a platform company of New York-based real estate investment firm, Wharton Equity Partners, which Mr. Lewis founded in 1987. In forming Wharton Industrial in 2017, Mr. Lewis sought to capitalize on the secular change in industrial real estate brought on by the emergence of e-commerce. Since that time, Wharton Industrial has acquired and developed over 4.5 million SF of warehouses.   Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements.   Marc is a director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. Marc specializes in industrial investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut and has been involved in more than $3.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Before working at HFF, Marc worked at WCGM as a Real Estate Associate. His primary focus was consulting for banks and institutions in the valuation of commercial real estate.
