Bank of America Plaza, located in Midtown near the booming Tech Square corridor, is the tallest building in the southeast at 55 stories. The 1.3 MM square foot building is across from the North Avenue Marta Station, boasts a 91 walk score and amenities on-site include the brand-new Marketplace 600 Food Hall, Conference Facilities, Starbucks, Zagster Bike Share and 17,000 SF RPM Fitness Center. The building is home to a diverse Tenant mix including Troutman Sanders, Bank of America, Hunton Andrews Kurth, Anthem, Flexport, Riskalyze & Revel Systems.
