2200 Bowline Avenue is the recently delivered creative office building on the bank of the Cumberland River in Nashville's burgeoning River North neighborhood. River North is a dynamic mixed-use district poised to become a vibrant urban destination. This transformative development also features two residential buildings, The Oxbow and The Wayward, over 71,500 square feet of retail space, and a soon-to-be-delivered 4-acre public waterfront park. The district boasts a strategic location adjacent to Oracle's new 8,500-employee campus and close to East Nashville, Germantown, and Topgolf, offering unparalleled access to Downtown Nashville, major interstates, and scenic greenways. Future retailers at the project will include Shake Shack, Hoppin’, Salt Line, Thai Samauri, Body Rok, Sweet Truth Dental, River House Nail Salon, Pure Green, and Clean Your Dirty Face. As the first project to deliver in East Nashville's transformative revitalization, River North will seamlessly integrate with Oracle’s campus, significant infrastructure improvements including new roads and a pedestrian bridge to Germantown, the new Tennessee Titans stadium, and the broader redevelopment of the East Bank area.

Closest parking location is a garage located directly across the street, entrance off of Waterside Drive; pedestrian exit will be across the street from the entrance to the event space.

 

Second closest location is surface parking across the street (to the east) from Oxbow, at Marine Drive and Waterside Drive. Enter off of Marine Drive.
