An expert in sales, marketing and strategic growth, Cantor was most recently Business Unit Manager at Berkshire Hathaway responsible for the relaunch of the GINSU knife brand and the day-to-day and long-term division operations for the American Angler brand. Under his leadership, the GINSU relaunch led to significant sales growth year-over-year and shelf space in national retailers including Wal-Mart, Home Goods and Big Lots.   Mr. Goodwin has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience. The last 12 years of which were as a senior professional within the real estate merchant bank of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where operating partners under his oversight developed roughly $2 billion of office, industrial and retail projects and bought, managed and sold roughly $15 billion of properties. This afforded Mr. Goodwin the opportunity to build high-quality relationships with many key parties and organizations in the major real estate markets in the United States. Prior to Goldman, Sachs & Co., Mr. Goodwin held various investment and asset management positions with NYSE traded real estate investment trusts Crescent Real Estate Equities in Fort Worth, Texas and CarrAmerica Realty Corporation and its predecessors in Washington, DC.   Steve Wolf handles a large number of audit and review engagements and is also involved with providing tax compliance and strategic planning for clients of the firm. Outside of work, Steve is very involved in community service, as a board member and volunteer for multiple organizations.   Kerry co-heads real estate and development and oversees day- to-day operations for Tradepoint. In 2014, he was part of the Redwood Capital investment team that acquired the 3,300- acre Bethlehem Steel facility. Since joining the Tradepoint executive team in 2015, he has been involved in over 8 million square feet of industrial development. Kerry brings expertise in underwriting investment opportunities and assisting with portfolio management. Prior to joining the team at Tradepoint Atlantic, Kerry was at Redwood Capital Investments. He previously worked in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays Capital, where he advised clients on merger and acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises. Kerry also worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Financial Restructuring Group. There he acted as an advisor to debtors, creditors and committees in out- of-court recapitalizations, sales processes and plans of reorganization. Kerry received a B.B.A degree with a dual major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant.   As a market president for United Bank, Steve is responsible for the management and operation of all bank offices in the Suburban Maryland area, including client relationships and new business development. Prior to this role, Steve was a commercial lender with United for 13 years, working with international, national and local real estate developers who focus on multifamily development, retail, office, residential homebuilding and industrial properties. He also serves on the board for the Catholic Charities Golf Classic and is involved in the corporate work study program with Don Bosco Cristo Rey high school, which allows students to apply classroom learning to the workplace.
