  As founder of Studio One Eleven, Alan Pullman, AIA, leads design teams on mixed-use, urban infill and adaptive reuse projects. With over 20 years of experience in architecture and urban design, he has led project teams on a number of award-winning developments and is committed enhancing communities through incremental urbanism – the development of modest projects that emphasize placemaking. Pullman is a registered architect in California and an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute, where he serves on the Inner-City Council. He is also a board member for the Long Beach Conservation Corps and a partner in East Village Partners, a community focused infill developer. Pullman received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.

  30 year veteran in the Construction and Development business, Don Carp is CWP's most recent addition. In 2006, Don worked with Steve Fifield and Kevin Farrell as the Principal in Charge for the builder of Fifield’s Allure Waikiki, a 300 unit Luxury Condo in Hawaii and is currently overseeing mixed use and residential programs as well as new construction and adaptive reuse projects in Los Angeles. Prior to joining CWP, Don was Vice President at The Pankow Companies, a leading Design Build firm in California and Hawaii where he managed two successful business units and business development. Prior to that, Don was with Castle & Cooke, a large national residential and commercial developer. Some of his most significant projects included The Allure Waikiki, Beachwalk , Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, The Manele Bay Hotel and multiple residential projects.

  Rohan a'Beckett

  Mr a`Beckett is part of the development team of One Beverly Hills, The Wanda Group’s new luxury condo and hotel project in Beverly Hills. Mr a`Beckett joined Wanda at the start of 2013, helping establish the Group’s first international office in New York City. Rohan initially lead the acquisition of the 9900 Wilshire site as part of the NY based investment team, and following the transaction returned to Los Angeles as the Deputy General Manager for the development. Prior to joining Wanda, Rohan spent 7 years based in Shanghai from 2003, successfully completing numerous large-scale developments and investments in and around Shanghai on behalf of Australian institutional developer Goodman. After moving to Los Angeles in 2010, Mr a`Beckett was part of JLL’s downtown LA office, primarily advising in-bound Chinese investment activity throughout Greater Los Angeles. A native of Melbourne, Australia, Rohan speaks, reads and writes fluent Mandarin.

  Michael Wise

  Michael E. Wise oversees administration, legal tasks, property management and capitalization of both debt and equity. His responsibilities also include reporting and accounting oversight of J.H. Snyder real estate holdings, as well as investor communication, correspondence and meetings. Mr. Wise began his real estate career with the J.H. Snyder Company 35 years ago. In 1978, he left The Company to form his own real estate company, developing and managing commercial and residential projects as a principal and founder of L&S Property Management and The Regency Group. The companies built and managed numerous retail centers, office buildings, industrial properties and over 12,000 apartment units in Southern California. In 1988, armed with this additional expertise, Mr. Wise rejoined the J.H. Snyder Company. He has since used his entrepreneurial experience to build a strong management team that has guided the company through its pursuit of office, retail and mixed-use development growth. Mr. Wise's projects include the structuring and capitalizing of more than $1.5 billion of debt and equity for Snyder projects, including the $115-million construction loan for Water Garden II. He has further enhanced Snyder growth with creative acquisition structures designed to minimize land cost and maximize profits. Mr. Wise is an Advisory Board Member and former President of the Boys & Girls Club of Venice. He also has served on the Board of The National Conference for Community and Justice, and the Midnight Mission. Community service awards include Spirit of Life from the City of Hope and Champion of Youth from the Boys & Girls Club of Venice. Mr. Wise graduated from the John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.

  Steve K. Wasserman is the principal in the firm, Wasserman Law Group.   Sonnet currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA), a national real estate advisory firm specializing in Development Management, Project Management, Investor Representation and Program Management services. She has spent the bulk of her 30-plus year career as an architect, developer, business strategist and planner working for both national and international firms. As general manager, Sonnet oversees projects across multiple sectors, including high-rise and multifamily residential, entertainment, healthcare, educational, and commercial. Prior to joining PMA, Sonnet was Vice President, Design and Construction at NBC Universal, where she was responsible for developing and leading design, construction and related capital planning services for NBCUniversal and DreamWork’s West Coast Studio Operations. In this role, she managed the planning and execution of construction projects at the iconic 400 + acre Universal Lot in Studio City. She was honored in 2016 and 2017 by Bisnow as one of “Los Angeles’ Power Women.” In the past year, Sonnet has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as part of their Women’s Leadership Series, the 2020 class of Thriving in Their 40s, and as a Women of Influence in Construction and Design.   Tyson Strutzenberg joined Trinity Capital Advisors in 2019 and leads the development and asset management efforts for Trinity’s life science platform. In this role, he is responsible for project design, construction, leasing, and finance. Prior to joining Trinity Capital Advisors, Tyson was COO and SVP of Asset Management at Rising Realty Partners, a vertically integrated developer and investor in Los Angeles. While at Rising, Tyson oversaw the company’s portfolio, executing business plans for 20 properties totaling over five million square feet (over $1.3 billion in value). Previously, he was a Managing Director in the commercial group at Kennedy Wilson in Beverly Hills for five years.
