  Mark Shearer

  Mark Shearer is Senior Managing Director for Rockefeller Group. Mr. Shearer, a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, is based in Rockefeller Group’s Morristown, NJ office and leads all New Jersey and Pennsylvania development operations for the company. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2018, Mr. Shearer worked for Prologis, where he was Senior Vice President, Market Officer for New York/New Jersey. While at Prologis, he oversaw more than 34 million square feet of industrial properties and developed 1.8 million square feet of build-to-suit and speculative industrial space. Prior to his work in the New York/New Jersey region, Mr. Shearer held the same position at Prologis in the Mid-Atlantic region, managing a 15-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Maryland, North and South Carolina, and Virginia. Before Prologis, Mr. Shearer worked for AMB Property Corporation as Vice President, operating an 8-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia and for NAI/KLNB Management as Vice President, where he managed an 18-million-square-foot portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets for institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals. He has also worked for Mid-Atlantic-based companies Manekin LLC, Corporate Office Properties Trust and KLNB Management Services. Mr. Shearer is a NAIOP New Jersey Chapter Trustee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Md.

  Gwen O’Shea is the President & CEO of the Community Development Corporation of Long Island. She oversees the 51-year-old regional non-profit with three non-profit affiliates and numerous for-profit subsidiaries, over $31 million in assets, an annual budget of $35 million and a staff of 87. CDCLI strives to strengthen homes, communities and individuals. CDCLI serves over 20,000 individuals annually through a variety of business lines: Rental Assistance, Resident Services, The Home Ownership Center, Home Improvement and Optimization and Real Estate Development. CDCLI’s Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) provides critical capital to under financed communities; supporting multi-family developments, homeowners and individuals. Currently, over $10 million is deployed in loan funds. CDCLI is a co-venture partner in fifteen multifamily tax credit complexes representing over 2000 apartments, with an additional 278 in pre-development. CDCLI has developed 235 single family affordable for sale subdivisions and currently managed 47 single-family scattered site rental properties. As a chartered member of NeighborWorks®(a congressionally chartered nonprofit organization that supports community development), CDCLI is recognized as an “exemplary organization,” meeting a high standard of fiscal integrity and service performance to assist local residents in achieving their dreams. Prior to joining CDCLI in March 2017, Gwen served as the President & CEO of HWCLI for 10 years. She was the first female executive of the umbrella organization that advocates for the rights of those most vulnerable and at-risk. From 2006-2012, Gwen was an Adjunct Professor at LIU for the Graduate Programs of Social Work & Health Care & Public Administration. Gwen serves as a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York’s Housing Advisory Council, is an Executive Member of the New York State Neighborworks Alliance and is a Board Member of the Long Island Federally Qualified Health Centers.   Michael Webb

  Michael Webb is a real estate lawyer representing clients in a broad array of commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, financings, economic development, and contract and lease negotiations. In his real estate finance transactional practice, Michael represents lenders and borrowers in financings and commercial transactions using real estate as collateral, and counsels commercial banks, non-bank financing companies, and other financial groups entering into financing arrangements. Michael handles mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures, and taxable and tax-exempt financing arrangements, advising banks, corporate borrowers, business and property owners, not-for-profit organizations, and general corporate clients in both straightforward and complex property transactions. In his economic development practice, Michael works with business owners, real estate developers, and other clients to obtain economic and tax incentives from local industrial development agencies and economic development corporations. Michael’s practice encompasses all stages of the deal cycle – including structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate and finance transactions, as well as diligence review of commercial leases, commercial real estate titles, and surveys.   Steven Bianco is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s Audit and Attest Practice with more than 10 years of professional experience in public accounting. Steve provides accounting, auditing, and tax services to real estate owners, operators, investors, and developers, as well as re al estate investment trusts (REITs), that are involved in a broad mix of properties, including commercial, residential, retail, and properties under development. He also advises hotels and other hospitality organizations. Steve has extensive experience with preparing and reviewing generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), income tax basis, and special purpose financial statements, reviewing partnership and corporate tax returns, and performing real estate tax certiorari and operating expense escalation audits. In addition, he develops tax projections for potential sales and purchases, including like-kind exchanges, as well as determining the tax implications of various types of debt restructurings. Steve’s experience also includes analyzing new construction developments and reviewing client operations and internal controls to isolate areas of risk and recommending ways to strengthen internal controls. Steve also reviews and analyzes financing agreements, loan covenants, leases, and partnership agreements, including complex distributions waterfalls.

At DTZ Rockwood, Mr. DeLillo led the firm’s multifamily group and was responsible for successfully executing in excess of $6.5 billion of multifamily joint-venture equity, financing, investment sales and advisory assignments and $1.5 billion of residential land transactions. Preceding his accomplished career at DTZ Rockwood, Mr. DeLillo worked at Prudential Asset Management Group, in both its private fixed income and real estate investment divisions.
