  Chris Tourtellotte

  Chris Tourtellotte serves as a Managing Director of LaTerra. Chris is responsible for overseeing the Development group, sourcing and closing new acquisitions, sourcing debt and equity for LaTerra’s projects, and growing LaTerra’s apartment and mixed use development platform, which currently includes over 3,000 apartment units either under construction or in the pipeline. Prior to joining LaTerra, Mr. Tourtellotte spent 7 years at Prudential Global Investment Management (PGIM), a global real estate private equity investment fund manager with over $50 billion of gross assets under management. Most recently at PGIM, Mr. Tourtellotte held the position of Director, overseeing all development activity west of the Mississippi River with over 20 development deals at a total cost basis greater than $1 billion. Prior to Mr. Tourtellotte’s role overseeing West Coast development, he spent 5 years on the West Coast acquisitions team where he worked on closing over $1 billion in acquisitions across all property types (multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hotels) and all layers of the capital stack (senior debt, subordinate debt, preferred equity and equity). Chris co-founded SnowGlobe Music Festival, which was ultimately acquired by MTV. SnowGlobe is a world-renowned annual music festival (featuring the largest musical acts in the world) drawing over 50,000 attendees over the three day event. Mr. Tourtellotte was responsible for raising the capital, and structuring and negotiating the investment documents prior to the inaugural 2011 festival. Mr. Tourtellotte was selected for Real Estate forum’s 50 under 40 list. Mr. Tourtellotte holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Cum Laude) with a double concentration (Finance & Accounting) and a minor in Real Property Development from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.

  Larry Bond

  Lawrence S. Bond (Larry) is co-founder and chairman of Bond Companies and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor of business administration degree in real estate and finance. Mr. Bond has been a speaker at such prestigious universities as UCLA, USC and the University of Wisconsin, as well as at numerous real estate conferences including Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders and International Council of Shopping Centers. He has appeared or been featured in dozens of newspapers and real estate magazines discussing his viewpoint on complex real estate transactions. Mr. Bond is a member of Urban Land Institute, Urban Mixed-Use Development Council, International Council of Shopping Centers and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. In addition, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Southern California, the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, Young Presidents Organization – Malibu Chapter, World Presidents Organization – Angeleno Chapter and is a past board member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he is the Chief Executive Officer of The Biggest Loser Resorts, a role that he undertook in 2011. Utilizing his years of experience in the field of hospitality and various operating businesses, Larry and his partners teamed up with one of the most storied television networks in NBC to help grow one of their top television shows, the Biggest Loser into a physical resort where people could achieve the same outcomes that the contestants on the show were able to achieve. The Biggest Loser Resorts have instituted utilizing the best practices of medicine, behavioral psychology and nutrition into a wellness curriculum that is financially accessible for a broad audience, including corporations seeking to stem the tide of escalating health care costs. As the Chief Executive Officer, Bond is not only responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the resort company, but also helping people on their journey to better health. He was a co-founder of the Giffoni Hollywood Children's Film Festival along with his wife, Jennifer, Jon Voight, Steven Paul and Will Smith. He also is a Trustee for Alternative Living for the Aging, a non-profit organization assisting seniors living below the poverty line, and was the 2003 recipient of its Annual Achievement Award. He was also honored as the 2006 Platinum Dove Award winner by the Covenant House of California, a non-profit that helps homeless kids obtain basic human needs. Larry also sits on the Executive Council of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, Region One since 2002.

Adrian also fosters and grows CEI's network of lenders, equity partners, and brokers. In Los Angeles, Adrian is focused on the acquisition of land for development, multi-family value-add, retail/office for repositioning; and equity co-investment with local sponsors. Nationally, Adrian is responsible for identifying and qualifying sponsors who require co-investment capital.

  In his role at Lion Real Estate Group, Jeff sources transactions and manages the firm’s investment portfolio alongside co-founder and partner Mory Barak. Jeff plays a significant role in raising investment capital with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Lion has over 450 investment partners that encompass over $705 million of equity investments and commitments since inception. Jeff brings 25 years of real estate experience to Lion having previously worked at top brokerage firms CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield representing tenants, investors, and landlords in commercial real estate transactions. Most recently Jeff served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of EPMI and Bayside Communities, which owns 3,097 units and manages an additional 3,500 units on the West Coast. Jeff is a board member of the Folsom Institute and a graduate of Southern Methodist University.

  Neville Rhone

  Neville Rhone is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Capital Partners. Along with Quincy Allen, he is responsible for overall firm strategy, investments, asset management, financing and dispositions. Neville is also primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s Texas opportunities. Neville is a 25-year veteran of real estate development, finance and investing with over $6 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc Capital Partners, Neville was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (“Canyon”). At Canyon, Neville led Texas/Southeast acquisitions and invested in over $1 billion of real estate. Prior to joining Canyon, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley focused on real estate investing. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Neville was a senior development executive with Tishman Realty Corporation, a leading mixed-use developer and operator located in New York City. Neville is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a trustee of the Marlborough School and board member of the Economic Resources Corporation. Neville graduated from Cornell University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering (Civil Engineering) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Neville is also an avid triathlete and marathoner.

  Carle Pierose is a Partner at Industry Partners. Inspired while cutting his teeth in the ad world at TBWA\Chiat\Day with such brands as Apple and Harman/Kardon, he has been an early champion of the movement towards creative work environments. Carle joined Industry in 2012 to open the firm’s downtown office and has been at the forefront of the city center’s revitalization while continuing to represent distinctive properties throughout the city. He has completed over $2 billion in transactions in his 14+ year career and enjoyed working with some of the brightest innovators in fashion, entertainment, media and design.
