  Delmar Nehrenberg

  Delmar L. Nehrenberg was appointed Senior Vice President, Los Angeles of Kilroy Realty Corporation in June 2018. Delmar joined Kilroy after over 20 years as a partner with Allen Matkins. He is a national expert on complex commercial and residential development, construction, disposition, acquisition and leasing projects. He has been the lead attorney on over $10 billion of major development projects and has drafted and negotiated numerous development leases of 250,000 square feet or more. Among recent honors, Delmar was named as one of the "Top 30 Real Estate Attorneys" by the Daily Journal in 2012, selected for inclusion as a Southern California Super Lawyer in 2012, a "Rising Star" in the Los Angeles Magazine Super Lawyer section for both 2007 and 2008 and is noted as the head of the Firm's construction practice in the Chambers and Partners rankings.   Clare De Briere is a native Angeleno and has spent her career creating special places for the citizens and visitors of Los Angeles. Clare joined The Ratkovich Company as a summer intern in 1991 after graduating from UCLA and worked her way through property management, leasing, construction, financing and development management while earning her graduate degree at USC's prestigious Lusk Center for Real Estate. In her career with the company she has overseen the acquisition, entitlement, planning, development and/or disposition of millions of square feet from The Wiltern Theatre, 5900 Wilshire, 800 Wilshire, The Alhambra, The Hercules Campus in Playa Vista and, most recently, The Bloc in downtown Los Angeles. Clare retired from the Company after 26 years, the last decade of which she spent as its Chief Operating Office and Executive Vice President.   Ireland’s loss was Southern California’s gain. The co-founder of our company is the garrulous Irishman John Parker. On the surface, he is an easy-going gentleman. On the job, he is all business. John Parker co-founded Parker Brown, Inc. in 1994 with Scott Brown. The two set the “get the job done” tone for the company’s construction operations and corporate management. Leaving Ireland for the U.S. in 1989, John owned and operated John Parker Building Ltd., a residential remodeling firm. After relocating his family to Los Angeles, John was the construction manager at a Los Angeles area commercial construction company until the inception of Parker Brown, Inc. in 1994. John and Scott are personally involved in every project that Parker Brown, Inc. is awarded. They provide oversight from the job site or from the corporate office, and, in a lot of cases, from both. John is deeply involved in the communities he serves. He is the past president of the Canoga Park/West Hills Chamber of Commerce, former president of the Canoga Park Improvement Association, a past member of the Oversight Committee on the Bond Program of Pierce College, and executive vice president of the Women’s Odyssey, a residential drug and alcohol recovery program.   Dan Klein is Vice President, Asset Management and Development at Rising Realty Partners. He assists in maximizing the value and performance of the company's assets through construction management, leasing, and development analysis. Dan previously worked for Marshall and Stevens Capital, where he identified financial and strategic buyers through due diligence collection and review. Prior to Marshall and Stevens, he was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 3rd round of the 2010 Major League Baseball draft. He played professionally through 2014 when a shoulder injury forced him to medically retire.
