  Mr. Redd is our Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director for the Austin and Metro DC regions with responsibility for the leasing and marketing, asset management, evaluation of building and land acquisitions and dispositions, third party services and property management of a diversified portfolio consisting of urban and suburban high-rise and mid-rise properties. He joined Brandywine in 1999 as Vice President of our Richmond operations. Formerly, Mr. Redd was a partner from 1988 until 1999 with Childress Klein Properties, a privately-held real estate firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. From 1985 until 1988, he was with the Trammell Crow Company. In Austin, Mr. Redd serves on the Board of Directors of the Hill Country Conservancy, the Opportunity Austin Economic Development Council, and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and ULI Austin. He is also a member of the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Real Estate Circle of Excellence, Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), and Richmond Real Estate Group. Mr. Redd earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, and a B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College.

  Seth Johnston

  Seth has been with Lincoln Property Company in Austin since 2013. As Senior Vice President, Seth is responsible for assuming a market leadership role in sourcing and executing office and retail development opportunities in Austin and surrounding markets. In addition to development, Seth is also responsible for the leasing and marketing efforts for Lincoln’s Austin office portfolio, which involves lease negotiations and asset valuations for both LPC and third-party clients. Some of the clients Seth has served during his time with Lincoln have been Goldman Sachs, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, Greenfield Partners, Lionstone Group, and the Teachers Retirement System of Illinois. Before joining Lincoln, Seth worked for four years as a broker and leasing agent for McAllister and Associates in Austin. Prior to that, Seth played professional baseball in the San Diego Padres organization from 2005-2009. Seth attended the University of Texas and received a BA in Corporate Communications in 2005. While at Texas, Seth was a two-time NCAA national champion for the men’s baseball team, where he earned 1st team All-America honors and was voted Team Captain by his teammates in 2005. In addition to his responsibilities with Lincoln, Seth currently serves on the board for Opportunity Austin 4.0, in conjunction with the Austin Chamber of Commerce. He is also currently serving on the board of The First Tee of Greater Austin. He has served on the board for CASA of Travis County and is a founding member of Community for CASA. Seth is currently a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, Urban Land Institute, CBA of Austin, ICSC, and the T Association for the University of Texas. Seth is also a proud husband to Emily and father to his three sons, Wyatt, Beau and Jack.

  Rob Shands

  Rob Shands is a Partner with RedLeaf, where he is primarily focused on capital markets, financing activities, acquisitions, vertical development, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Shands held the following positions: Partner and Director of Investment for Live Oak-Gottesman, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Austin. Shands was responsible for operations and execution of investment activities. He served as a member of the management team and investment committee. While at Live Oak, Shands established and executed a thesis based acquisition strategy focused on class B office properties in San Antonio. He played an integral role in the development and acquisition of over 650,000 SF of office and retail product in Austin and San Antonio. Acting through a strategic partnership, Shands helped start a standalone self-storage development platform, which successfully developed a portfolio of class A storage projects in Central Texas. Shands began his career at Frost Bank in the Real Estate group where he managed a loan portfolio consisting of retail, office, industrial, multi-family, land and self-storage.

  Shawna Eiland

  Endeavor Vice President Shawna Eiland is responsible for implementing the company’s property management services for a portion of the suburban portfolio. In this role, Shawna oversees and coordinates management resources for property owners, asset managers and investors. She is responsible for the successful operation of Endeavor’s property management services in suburban Austin commercial spaces and vertical mixed-use, providing oversight and coordination of management resources for property owners, asset managers and investors. She identifies issues and problems that are counter to the building’s brand or that take away from the tenant experience and spearheads programs to address problems and define solutions. Shawna also incorporates technology and social media to build community, brand and experience. Prior to joining Endeavor Real Estate Group in May 2011, Shawna served as a General Manager for Stream Realty Partners and a Senior Property Manager for CB Richard Ellis where she was responsible for the property operations and management of several suburban office projects. In addition, Shawna served as the President of HPI Real Estate Management where she oversaw a portfolio of approximately 12 million SF of office, industrial and retail projects located in Austin, Waco and San Antonio with a team of approximately 35 employees.   Victor Young Is a Principal at CREA where he is responsible for the office development and acquisition platform. Prior to joining CREA, Victor owned and operated Greenbelt Commercial from 2013 to 2019, where he focused on acquiring and developing office projects in the city’s urban core. Prior to founding Greenbelt Commercial, Victor led the investment advisory group at Aquila Commercial and was responsible for both principal and third-party investment services. Victor received his undergraduate degree from Rice University in 1999 and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law in 2005.   Helen Jobes, CCIM, specializes in the sale and leasing of office, retail, and industrial property as well as investment sales in Central Texas, San Antonio, Houston and the Rio Grande Valley. During her 38-year career, Jobes has leased over 800,000 square feet of office space and sold more than 4.419 million square feet of commercial real estate, including office, office/warehouse projects, apartments, retail centers and land. Though skilled in all property types, Jobes focuses primarily on office investments and leasing. Jobes served as the investment sales broker at Trammell Crow (now CBRE) and was principal and founder of Gold Eagle Investments for ten years. She served as the Regional Director of Marketing and Investment Sales for Kennedy Wilson three years and is currently a partner with Capella Commercial LLC. Jobes served on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Council of Austin for eleven years, which is a 2,200 member organization comprised of business and real estate professionals. She is currently a member and has also served on the Board and as past president of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society, and is a member of the Central Texas Commercial Brokers Association, ULI and NAIOP of Austin.
