  Phil Mays

  Phil Mays is a principal of RocaPoint Partners. Mr. Mays has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development, land use and zoning. Prior to RocaPoint, Mr. Mays was the Director and Chief Legal Officer for EverBank's commercial special servicing division. Mr. Mays formed and managed EverBank's Commercial Special Assets Department containing more than $1.3 billion in underperforming CRE-backed debt. Prior to EverBank, Mr. Mays acquired and developed real estate in Florida and metro Atlanta for more than a decade. Mr. Mays was Corporate Counsel in charge of real estate for Racetrac Petroleum from 1994-1996 and an associate at McCalla, Raymer et al in Atlanta from 1992-1994. Mr. Mays received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida and a Leadership in Financial Organizations certification from Harvard Business School. Further, Mr. Mays served as gubernatorial appointment to the St. Johns County, Florida Board of County Commissioners from 2008-2010.

  John Gagnier

  John Gagnier is Chief Operating Officer of the GID Development Group. Mr. Gagnier leads development activities for GID’s New York office and other select markets nationwide. Mr. Gagnier has over 30 years of experience in real estate, covering all facets of development, including acquisition, planning, design, entitlements, financing, construction, marketing, sales, leasing, and operations. Mr. Gagnier has consistently focused on complex, high-profile mixed-use developments including multifamily, residential condominiums, retail, hotel and resorts, restaurants, and infrastructure. Prior to joining GID, Mr. Gagnier was a development executive at Silverstein Properties, Related Companies, and Thomas J Klutzkick Company where he worked on several notable properties including Time Warner Center in New York City and The Peninsula Chicago in Chicago. Mr. Gagnier has been involved in projects totaling more than 14 million square feet upon full buildout and an estimated development value of $7.5 billion. Mr. Gagnier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

  Current Responsibilities Mr. Viente leads the Atlanta Region for JLL Office Agency Brokerage. As a top producer and leader, Mr. Viente brings 20 years of leasing and project marketing experience in Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry. He has successfully directed the lease up on over 20 million square feet of office assets in Atlanta. His focus is on office lease transactions, project marketing, business development and client relationship management, while directing a highly experienced team to create long-term value for office investor clients through a focus on client investment objectives, key market drivers, macroeconomic trends and capital market opportunities. Experience and Accomplishments Over his career Mr. Viente has become a market leader in repositioning and leasing up Class A and B assets as well as leading the marketing and leasing for new developments. A large portion of Mr. Viente’s agency leasing experience has come in trophy urban assets that include 3344, 3348 and 3350 Peachtree, Buckhead Tower, One Alliance Center, Midtown Union and Promenade II. Mr. Viente started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999 as a Market Research/ Financial Analyst and was responsible for all local market research in Atlanta. As such, he has extensive experience gathering market intelligence and can provide clients a more in-depth insight into trends and forecasts. Education and Affiliations Mr. Viente earned an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.   Robert Fransen

  Mr. Fransen serves as Coro’s President. In this capacity, he is responsible for Coro's acquisitions, dispositions and financing activities, as well as overseeing its strategy and investment management. From 2010 to 2017, Mr. Fransen served as Coro’s Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Coro in 2010, Mr. Fransen was President, North American Operations of the Slokker Group, headquartered in Washington, DC. There he oversaw commercial, residential and specialty properties in 13 U.S states and Canadian provinces. Mr. Fransen previously served as legal counsel at Baker Botts LLP and Battle Fowler LLP. Mr. Fransen received a B.A. from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Fransen is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Midtown Alliance, a director of the Buckhead Coalition, and board member of Central Atlanta Progress.

  Sherry Okun-Rudnak leads BAE’s Atlanta practice, as well as projects across BAE offices. She specializes in providing practical real estate development advisory services, economic development support, housing studies, market studies, financial feasibility analyses, and economic impacts analyses to BAE’s clients. She is currently leading BAE’s assignments in providing development advisory services to Fulton County to support the disposition and redevelopment of five former hotels located within the Fulton Industrial Boulevard Corridor. She is also providing market and feasibility services to the City of Sandy Springs in support of the North Springs MARTA Station TOD & Peachtree Dunwoody Road Corridor Study. Sherry has lectured on real estate market analysis for the ULI Real Estate School, and is an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Policy Studies.

  Marlo is a Program Manager in the P3 Division of the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). She is experienced with alternative delivery methods, including Design-Build, Design-Build-Finance, Public-Private Partnerships, and CM/GC. Marlo serves as the project Principal for Transform 285/400 which is rebuilding the interchange of I-285 and SR 400 in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Marlo has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a Georgia registered Professional Engineer, a certified Design-Build Professional, and a Project Management Professional. Marlo is a native of Atlanta and resides in Fairburn, Georgia.

  Debbie Frank

  Debbie Frank is the Director of Transit Oriented Development at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) in Atlanta, GA, managing the planning and implementation of the transit-oriented development program for the Authority. She is a real estate development and urban planning expert with over 25 years of success spearheading planning, development, and redevelopment initiatives for private for-profit and nonprofit organizations as well as the public sector in Alabama, Ohio, Tennessee, and Georgia. Prior to joining MARTA, Debbie served as managing partner of Urban Blueprint, a real estate development and consulting firm in Nashville, Tennessee with a primary focus on mixed-use development in emerging markets. Debbie also served as the executive director of the North Nashville Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization where she promoted the revitalization of the North Nashville community in partnership with Fisk University, Meharry Medical College, Tennessee State University, and the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. She credits the years as a nonprofit executive and city planner in Nashville as the ideal foundation for her career in real estate development. As a city planner, she developed land use policies and neighborhood redevelopment plans or Nashville-Davidson County. Debbie holds a Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science degree in urban planning from Alabama A&M University. She is a member of the ULI Atlanta. While in Nashville, Debbie served in various leadership capacities with the Regional Transportation Authority, the Metro Traffic and Parking Commission, the Housing Fund, the Land Trust for Tennessee, the Nashville Civic Design Center, the Rotary of Club of Nashville, among other civic and nonprofit organizations.

  Johann Weber

  Johann is Program Manager for Perimeter Connects, a transportation management association supporting transportation and economic mobility in the Central Perimeter submarket. He and his team work closely with many of the area’s most iconic employers to advise and assist them in getting people and from work, including their offices and the complexities of remote and hybrid work. Additionally, they provide services and resources for commuters across the district to reduce congestion, increase access and mobility, and drive the long-term competitiveness of the area, its employers, and its people. Johann has a PhD in public policy from Georgia Tech, and has been working in transportation across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors for just under ten years. But perhaps most importantly, he once designed and prototyped a transportation planning board game (and the teenagers who tested it enjoyed it!).

  Ann Hanlon

  As Executive Director for the Perimeter Community Improvement Districts (PCIDs), Ann Hanlon is in charge of the organization’s daily operations, as well as its investments in transportation infrastructure. The CIDs have an annual operating budget of over $8 million. Previously, Ann was the Executive Director of the North Fulton CID for 13 years, beginning when it was a start-up. Prior to entering the CID space, Ann served as a Senior Program Specialist at the Atlanta Regional Commission. She began her career in the private sector, as a Research and Development Analyst with Press Ganey & Associates, a healthcare consulting firm in South Bend, Indiana. A native of South Georgia, Ann received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters of Public Administration degree in Management and Finance from Georgia State University. Ann was honored as the “Woman of the Year” by the Women’s Transportation Seminar Atlanta Chapter in November 2016. In April 2015 and again in 2017, Governor Nathan Deal appointed Ann to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority where she serves on the Projects and Planning committees. Ann was named a “Notable Georgian” by Georgia Trend Magazine in 2017, one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Women Who Mean Business” in 2015 and as one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s “40 under 40” in 2012 and 2018. In 2021, she was included among a prestigious group of leaders in James Magazine’s Most Influential Georgians. In 2019, she served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Council for Quality Growth as the Council’s first female Chairman. Additionally, Ann serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s’ Transportation Seminar, Atlanta Chapter, the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody Perimeter Chambers of Commerce, and the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce. In 2020, Ann was appointed by CEO Michael Thurmond to the DeKalb County COVID-19 task force, and continues to serve in that capacity as a representative of large business interests in Perimeter during the pandemic. Ann is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Institute of the Atlanta Regional Commission (2010) and Leadership North Fulton (2006). Personally, Ann is a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Metro Atlanta, a member of All Saints Catholic Church and a sustainer with the Junior League of Atlanta. She lives in Dunwoody with her husband, Michael, and their two daughters.

  After winning the general runoff election on Dec. 4, 2023, Mayor John Park was sworn into office as Brookhaven’s fourth mayor on January 8, 2024, to serve a four-year term. Mayor Park previously served as Brookhaven’s District 2 Councilman beginning in November 2014 in a special election. In 2017 and 2021, then-Councilman Park was reelected for second and third terms. Born in South Korea, Mayor Park along with his family immigrated to the United States at the age of 6. Mayor Park grew up mostly in Decatur, Ga. Upon graduation, Mayor Park attended Emory University where he earned a bachelor's in business administration from the Goizueta Business School. After Emory, Mayor Park started his technology consulting career at IBM. Soon after the Sept.11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Mayor Park left consulting to work on bioterrorism preparation at the CDC. He married Morgan Harris in 2003. In 2007, they moved to Brookhaven and set down roots. Since moving to Brookhaven, Mayor Park has formed an amateur soccer club (Nuesoft FC in the ADASL), fostered dogs for animal rescue organizations, and is a technical consultant for surveillance of nationally notifiable diseases with the CDC and state departments of health.

  Jody Reichel is a Real Estate Investor with an established reputation as a community volunteer. A previous President of the North Springs High School PTO and Vice-President of the Davis Academy PTO, Councilwoman Reichel initiated the Holiday Gift Program at Jewish Family and Career Services 22 years ago and remains involved. She has volunteered with the Sandy Springs Education Force, Northside Hospital, Family Promise, Girls on the Run, Hands on Atlanta, Junior Achievement, Trees Atlanta, and the Winship Cancer Institute.
