  Joe is the Managing Director of Duke McCaffrey and is an energetic, hands on, self-motivated professional Chartered M&E Quantity Surveyor with specific expertise in the cost management of mechanical and electrical services on technically challenging projects in Data Centre, Hotel and Leisure, large scale residential and office fit out projects across Ireland, UK and Europe with values of €500k to €300m+. He has a proven track record in team leadership, organisation, planning and management, through the implementation of effective strategy, maintaining budgets, excellent interpersonal skills, quickly developing top-level relationships while working within tight time constraints to achieve results.   Stephen Grant is a Director and leads Turner & Townsend’s Project Management team in Dublin. He has more than 15 years’ experience both as a consultant Project Manager and as a Client in the UK and Ireland.
