  Michele Wheeler

  Ms. Wheeler serves in leadership roles for a number of national professional organizations. In 2018 she will serve as president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals. She is also a National Product Council Chair for the Urban Land Institute. She serves on the Advisory Boards of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and TREC Foundation. Ms. Wheeler was the 2009 chair of TREC, the first woman to hold that designation. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Real Estate Financial Executives Association. She serves on the boards of the Jackson-Shaw Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas and Circle of Support. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Marketing and Management, she has pursued graduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2015 Ms. Wheeler was named both Consumer Credit Counseling Financial Literacy Champion and Dallas Business Journal Outstanding Director for a nonprofit. In 2012 she received the Individual Award for Career Advancement for Women from CREW Dallas. In 2009 the Dallas Business Journal named her CFO of the Year, and in 2006 she received the Outstanding Achievement Award from CREW Dallas.

  Rob Huthnance is responsible for leading the company’s overall East Coast business development as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of CT’s development initiatives in the East. Formerly, Mr. Huthnance served as a senior officer at Prologis where he had overall market and capital development responsibilities throughout the state of Texas and border markets in Mexico. Mr. Huthnance was president of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas. A Dallas native, Mr. Huthnance earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas. He resides in Dallas with his family.

  Tom Fishman

  In this role, Tom leads the team charged with acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties in target markets across the United States and Canada. He plays a vital role at Hillwood by working closely with Hillwood’s CEO and President to make strategic financing decisions. Before joining Hillwood, Tom was a Partner at Cobalt Capital Partners, which was acquired by Colony Capital in 2013. At Cobalt, he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for the private equity firm specializing in industrial real estate. Tom started his real estate career at Trammell Crow Company. Throughout his 25-year real estate career, Tom has executed $14B of industrial acquisitions and dispositions totaling 177M SF in the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, Tom has led the financing efforts of $4B, involving major life insurance companies and banks. His real estate expertise also includes asset management and accounting. Tom has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Ole Miss (University of Mississippi), and he is an active Texas real estate broker. Tom served in the U.S. Army National Guard for six years.

  Jack Fraker, based in Dallas, Texas, is Newmark’s President and Global Head of Industrial and Logistics, Capital Markets. Fraker is responsible for driving all segments of industrial business, specializing in investment property sales and tenant representation. Throughout his 35-year career, Fraker has been a consistent top national producer in industrial investment sales, representing some of the country’s largest corporations, global investors, pension fund advisors and REITs. Not including his participation in a larger team, Fraker has personally completed industrial capital markets transactions totaling 1.5 billion square feet and $85 billion in more than 60 U.S. cities, Mexico, Europe, Japan and South America, as well as approximately 12,000 acres of development site transactions. Before joining Newmark, Dallas-based Fraker worked at CBRE for nearly two decades—most recently as Vice Chairman, Managing Director and head of Global Industrial and Logistics. Fraker also previously served as an Executive Vice President in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets practice and held a position on the board of directors.

  Al Sorrels joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2005 as Vice President, Director of Development and is responsible for identifying and pursuing land acquisitions, development opportunities and leasing in the Texas marketplace. Al has worked in the Dallas industrial market for more than 20 years, including affiliations with Panattoni Development and Trammell Crow Company. During that time, he has been instrumental in the development and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of property.   Jacob Milligan, senior vice president, head of operations for the Central Region, is responsible for the strategic planning, overseeing all leasing and operating metrics, coordinating the region’s disposition strategy, and managing the region’s operations team of approximately 160 employees. The Central Region is comprised of 275 million square feet including Austin, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville and San Antonio. Previously, Mr. Milligan was senior vice president, market officer in Dallas. In this capacity, he oversaw all operational activities for the Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio including strategy, leasing and property management. Since joining Prologis in 2008, he has been located and responsible for the marketing of Prologis assets in multiple markets, including Dallas, Memphis, and Houston.   Kyle Waldrep is the Founder and CEO of Dottid, a commercial real estate (CRE) SAAS technology platform that provides a single location for brokers, landlords and tenants to share information, work seamlessly throughout the leasing process and ultimately, close deals faster and with greater efficiency.   Paul Little

  Paul D. Little serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alston Construction Company and is a leader in the construction management field. With more than 40 years of industry knowledge, Paul has hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Business Development and Project Executive. Throughout his career, Paul has successfully managed the construction of several building types. Some of the more notable projects include the 75 Story Chase Bank Tower in Houston, the Winship Cancer Research Center in Atlanta and The Lodge at Sea Island, GA. In 2007, Paul assumed the leadership of Alston Construction and started the process of growing Alston into a more diversified construction company, by broadening its client base and expanding the national footprint. Through his leadership, Alston has learned to embrace change and developed enhanced use of technology and improved its overall systems and processes. Perhaps more importantly, he has set a tone for a culture that has helped Alston attract and retain outstanding staff resources that deliver a level of service that is second to none. Paul holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout his career, he has always found time for family and community service.   Lathram Pou

  Lathram Pou is the Managing Partner at National Title Group in Dallas, Texas. He began his Title career with the parent company, The Settle Firm. Lathram trained at the Settle Firm's Preston Center office in Dallas and then quickly moved to his current office north of Downtown Dallas. He helped develop a team that now consists of approximately 70 employees across three offices. As Managing Partner, Lathram is responsible for the company's vision, development, and sustainability. His method has been to concentrate on his peers and their clients. With a strong team, Lathram believes, a company's true driver is happiness and motivation. Consequently, it results in excellent customer interaction and attention.   Daniel Goff is Head of Policy at Kodiak Robotics. Daniel joined Kodiak after spending almost four years as a Managing Director at Tusk Strategies, a boutique consulting firm that advises technology startups on media and policy issues. At Tusk, Daniel focused on the transportation and healthcare industries, and ran campaigns in over 15 states. Prior to joining Tusk, Daniel was Deputy Director of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO), responsible for the Office of Trade and Investment. Daniel earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.

  Michael Rader

  Mr. Rader has been involved in ownership and development of real estate for twenty-five years. Activities have included assemblage of property, creation of a number of investment partnerships, and development of property ranging from land infrastructure to building improvements. Mr. Rader performs general manager functions of the partnerships in addition to property management, development and marketing of the various assets. These activities have involved working closely with local governments, obtaining incentives for job creation, and development of property. Mr. Rader has been involved in Southern Dallas County since 1984 attempting to bring development to the Interstate 45 area. In 2004 Union Pacific Railroad agreed to locate a $100 million Intermodal facility on Interstate 45 in the cities of Hutchins and Wilmer completing a seven-year effort by Mr. Rader. Beginning in October 2005 Mr. Rader and partners have assembled 900 acres on Interstate 45 immediately east of the Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal. This project is named Sunridge Business Park and is projected to have 8 million square of industrial buildings and 60 acres of commercial/retail businesses when completed. In December 2011 Mr. Rader assembled investors and acquired 2,300 acres in the cities of Hutchins, Lancaster and Wilmer subsequently acquiring an additional 700 acres and began developing a 3,000-acre rail served industrial park, Prime Pointe, providing sites for manufacturing, distribution/warehouse, and technology. Prime Pointe is a premier rail served industrial park with a number of rail served sites available. This 20-year project is expected to create multibillion dollars of private investment in the Wilmer Hutchins Lancaster cities of Southern Dallas County. The Union Pacific Intermodal Terminal led to creation of 75,000-acre Dallas County Inland Port. Mr Rader initiated the Dallas County Inland Port Infrastructure Analysis completed in November 2012. This three-year study managed by North Central Texas Council of Governments with Dallas County and cities of Dallas, Lancaster, Hutchins and Wilmer participating identified existing infrastructure and what new infrastructure was needed for year 2035. This analysis has seen new roads, water, and wastewater improvements come to reality. Dallas County Inland Port includes cities of Dallas, Hutchins, Lancaster, Wilmer and Desoto and is now one of the fastest growing industrial areas in the United States.

  Aaron G Evans, Senior Director of Economic Development, joined Union Pacific in 1995 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Information Technology, Marketing/Sales and Workforce Resources. In his current position he is responsible for economic development for the 23 states that Union Pacific operates in. In addition to overseeing the administration staff for Union Pacific’s Network and Industrial Development team, which is responsible for locating new and existing customer in new locations on the Union Pacific network.   Guy Brown began working with the City of Hutchins in 1996. In addition to his economic development duties, Guy was Hutchins City Manager from 2014 – 2016. During his career, he has also served as Executive Director of the Sachse and Corinth Economic Development Corporations. Guy has been responsible for the location of over 14 Million Square Feet of industrial and commercial space and 3000 direct jobs in Hutchins including: Union Pacific Dallas Intermodal Terminal, FedEx Ground Distribution Center, American Standard, Hobby Lobby Distribution, Shippers Warehouse I & II, Biagi Beverage Distribution, Core5, Kateon Natie and Georgia Pacific.   Chris G. Teesdale, SIOR, is an executive vice president and is on the steering committee for Colliers Logistics and Transportation. He is a member of the Supply Chain Real Estate Advisors Team with Tom Pearson, SIOR in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. He is one of North Texas’s most accomplished industrial real estate specialists with more than 30 years’ experience in every area of industrial real estate.
