  As senior vice president of development, Pat focuses on leading execution of Ambrose’s growth strategy, including establishment of operations, land pipeline and speculative development in the mountain states and southeast regions of the country. He manages the company’s speculative development team for all markets. With over two decades of industry experience, Pat spent 15 years at Duke Realty, where he led a team of construction and development professionals in 10 major industrial markets in the central and west regions, including Chicago, Dallas and Southern California. Prior to his time at Duke, he worked at Graycor and C.P. Morgan. Pat earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.

  Keiffer Garton is the Vice President, Market Officer in the Denver market. He is responsible for all operational aspects of the Denver portfolio including leasing, asset and property management, and providing leadership that includes developing strategic direction as well as the operational execution to generate and maintain maximum profitability. He previously worked as a Leasing Associate in both the Denver and Seattle markets. Prior to joining Prologis full-time, Keiffer was an MBA Intern at Prologis’ corporate headquarters with a focus on value-add projects. Before returning to graduate school, Keiffer worked as a Management Consultant in both the Healthcare and Hospitality industries. Keiffer is a member of NAIOP. Keiffer received an MBA from Vanderbilt University focused in Real Estate and Finance and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

  Megan Kranichfeld joined TCC in the Fall of 2023 to lead the industrial development efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region. Bringing extensive development experience to the team, Megan started her career as a Development Associate, where she supported a broad range of projects including office, industrial, senior housing and retail. She quickly focused her efforts on the Colorado industrial market, where she helped grow a significant speculative development pipeline by sourcing opportunities, deal underwriting, successfully navigating challenging entitlements, facilitating capital and lender relationships, overseeing lease-up and managing asset dispositions. Prior to joining TCC, Megan was Vice President of Industrial Development at Prime West. She has extensive acquisition and development experience including direct involvement in over 1 million square feet of speculative industrial product while at United Properties, where she started her commercial development career.

  Dan Green

  Dan Green is the third-generation leader of JAG and seasoned developer with over 30 years of ground up development experience. During his tenure at JAG, Dan has personally directed the ground up development, construction and management of numerous retail, office and industrial properties in six U.S. cities. He began training for his career with JAG at age 15, when he spent the summer working as an apprentice to an electrical contractor. Every subsequent summer Dan worked with a different contractor, learning the basics of each trade and what it takes to build a high-quality building. Dan received his Bachelor of Science at Babson College with a concentration in Entrepreneurship in 1992. While at Babson, Dan played on the varsity tennis team. Dan was promoted to President of JAG in 2000 and continues in that role today. Dan lives in Denver, CO with his wife and three children.

  Jennifer is an Architect registered in Colorado and Washington State and Principal Architect at Quintessence Design Group. As a founding partner Jennifer focuses on leading the firm’s primary projects through client collaboration, project design and oversight. Quintessence focuses on architectural and development projects in the hospitality, industrial, residential, commercial, life-science and entertainment submarkets in the inter-mountain west. Previously Jennifer worked as Design Director at Steelwave LLC Denver Regional Office. Steelwave is a national commercial developer with over $11 Billion of projects under development, design and management across the United States within the commercial, multifamily, industrial, and life science market sectors. Jennifer brings 18 years of project experience working with clients in multiple sectors and projects of all scales from residential renovation projects to massive campus expansion projects.

  Prior to founding OCC, Megan was the Vice President of Industrial Development at McWhinney, overseeing and developing 650,000 square feet of industrial development throughout Colorado. Previously Megan worked as the Director of Project Development at Kiernan-West where she led land acquisitions, due diligence, debt sourcing, design, entitlements, investor relations and property management. Megan gained invaluable experience from the founder of Kiernan-West, acquiring foundational knowledge about real-estate development and engaging her entrepreneurial strengths. Prior to joining Kiernan-West, Megan launched her career in commercial real estate lending as a Financial Analyst at the National Bank of Arizona underwriting and managing a $200 million loan portfolio. She has successfully developed over 2.5 million square feet of logistics real estate in over 30 unique markets throughout her career, partnering with some of the largest national credit tenants such as FedEx, Amazon, and Bimbo Bakeries USA. With over 10 years of industrial development knowledge, Megan brings significant experience overseeing projects from site selection to disposition, advising investment teams, and fostering active relationships with target market participants. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Finance.

  Brandon Jenkins serves as the Regional Partner, Colorado for St. John Properties, Inc., a national commercial real estate development and investment firm. Jenkins leads a team responsible for over 1 million square feet of flex and office space across the Denver metro area. In his role, Jenkins manages all aspects of St. John Properties’ Colorado office and portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and profitability. He is responsible for hiring and supervising a multidisciplinary team of professionals in acquisitions, development, architectural design, construction, leasing, property management, and maintenance.   Courtney Schneider

  Courtney is responsible for the industrial development and acquisitions for Hines in Colorado and Arizona. In these two markets she is charged with the sourcing, development, financing, leasing and disposition of developments and acquisitions of industrial and logistics projects. Since joining Hines in 2019, Courtney has grown the industrial presence in Colorado from zero to 1.5M square feet of industrial space across 8 buildings with future phases of land totaling more than 170 acres either owned or under exclusivity. Courtney is also responsible for signing the firms largest single-building industrial development in Arizona totaling more than 1.25M square feet. Prior to joining Hines, Courtney was a Development Manager at United Properties in their Denver office. Courtney facilitated projects of all product types in her time at United Properties – industrial, office, retail, and senior housing – concluding with ground up development of more than 2.5M sq. ft. of office and industrial product, acquisitions and dispositions exceeding $150M, and assisting the financing team in closing on loans totaling nearly $220M. Courtney is an active member of NAIOP Colorado, currently serving on its Board of Directors.   Bryant Mazzetti, AIA, has 15 years of architectural experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bryant has managed millions of square feet with projects that include everything from tenant improvements, speculative housing and office developments, to large scale logistical and manufacturing parks, including one of the largest industrial facilities in the rocky mountain region.   As Vice President of Engagement, Megan Baker is responsible for development and implementation of GBI’s global marketing and communications strategies. She joined GBI in 2017 and held roles in client services, business development, and education before rising to her current role in 2023. Megan is a passionate advocate for increasing accessibility of sustainable, healthy, and resilient buildings through education and assessment. She creates strategic partnerships, identifies recognition opportunities, and opens markets to increase the visibility of GBI’s flagship offering: Green Globes certification. Her outreach efforts helped GBI reach 500 million certified square feet in 2022 and more than quadruple membership in three years. Megan serves on ASAE’s Marketing Professionals Advisory Committee and was a subcommittee chair in 2022. She also held the position of Membership Chair for the SAME Pikes Peak Post in Colorado in 2022-2022. Megan serves as an Ambassador for Nomad Futurist, to promote access and opportunities for workforce development in the digital infrastructure industry and is a recipient of the 2024 IM100 Award. Megan has significant experience in content creation, event management, public speaking, stakeholder relations, and strategic planning, and has worked in luxury hospitality and environmental consulting. She holds an MBA from Regis University with a specialty in Operations Management and a BA in Geography from the University of Mary Washington. She resides in Colorado with her family and two dogs.
