  As CEO and Managing Partner in fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547), Todd is involved with running the operations of the business as well as business development and firm strategy. Mr. Raymond has a reputation of successfully building enterprise value, taking companies from start up to executing an exit strategy. Prior to joining 1547, Mr. Raymond served as CEO, President, COO, General Counsel, Controller and a Director of The Telx Group, Inc. during which time he guided the company through multiple financings, acquisitions, SEC registration and two sales to private equity firms. Prior to joining Telx, Mr. Raymond was a founder of Stratus Services Group, Inc., an engineering and staffing services company, and served as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. During his tenure, he guided Stratus through multiple private capital raises, the acquisition of over a dozen businesses, and in April 2000, the Initial Public Offering of the company’s stock on NASDAQ. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Albany Law School of Union University and is completing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Finance Law from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Wine & Food Society of New York and the American Corporate Counsel Association as well as multiple bar and professional organizations.​

  Corey Welp is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty ("1547"). Mr. Welp is responsible for defining and implementing the firm's investment strategy, overseeing portfolio construction, financial modeling, risk assessment, asset acquisition, and property monetization. He is also actively engaged in securing debt and equity capital and maintaining investor relations. Under his leadership, 1547 has successfully completed sixteen data center acquisitions across eight U.S. states and Canada, deploying approximately $1.2 billion to acquire and develop assets comprising approximately 1.95 million square feet and 219 Megawatts of power. With his expertise, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication to excellence, Mr. Welp continues to lead his Dallas-based team in their commitment to building a portfolio of world-class data center assets, driving the continued growth and success of 1547. Prior to founding 1547, Mr. Welp established Oak Star Partners, a consulting firm that specialized in supporting alternative investment management firms in structuring their investment offerings and raising capital. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions in both boutique and major investment management firms, such as Henderson Global, AIM Investments, and Enterprise Capital Management, where he primarily worked in investment sales. Through his extensive network, he secured over $4 billion for investment opportunities across various asset classes, including technology and real estate. Mr. Welp graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.   Prior to founding Turning Rock Partners, Ms. Arvedlund was a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group where she spent eight years. Fortress Investment Group is a global investment firm. While at Fortress, Ms. Arvedlund was responsible for private equity and debt investments for the Fortress Partners Fund, a multi-strategy vehicle which invested across asset classes and capital structures. During her tenure at Fortress Partner Fund, Ms. Arvedlund served on the Investment Committee from 2010-2015 and allocated capital across the alternative landscape including hedged equity, private equity, real estate, distressed and other hard assets. Prior to joining Fortress, Ms. Arvedlund worked at Hall Capital Partners where she held roles in the portfolio management and research divisions. Hall Capital Partners is a privately held registered investment advisory firm. Prior to Hall Capital Partners, Ms. Arvedlund held a number of senior operating roles in several privately held businesses.   Jeff Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements.   Regina is a sales and marketing professional in the field of critical energy infrastructure and energy efficiency. In her current position as Business Development Manager with Con Edison of New York, Inc., she is responsible for helping C&I customers meet their sustainability and efficiency goals by discovering energy savings within their facilities. Regina is the lead contact for government entities and assists in the processing of Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC) and Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) for all federal agencies. Additionally, Regina brings her expertise to clients with critical energy needs in data centers, and in leased and multi-tenant spaces. A large focus of her work in data centers involves encouraging customers to consider increased use of cooling and containment systems, reduction in servers, efficient use of lighting and sensors as well as other improvements or replacements involving Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) systems that can garner greater efficiencies and large dollar incentives for the ongoing management and maintenance of their data centers. Regina has been with the Con Edison family of companies for nearly 20 years. She began as an Account Executive with Con Edison Solutions in 2001, and had successive positions within sales, operations and management. While at Con Edison Solutions, Regina was responsible for the sale of electricity and gas to commercial customers. She demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit overseeing the successful launch of the Small Commercial Business, a niche unit that grew quickly with impressive annual revenues. Since joining Con Edison in 2014, Regina has been driving her customers toward greater sustainability and responsible use of their energy.   As a certified Data Center Design Professional specializing in network design and construction, Frank McCann's current role as Senior Engineer focuses on Construction Power and Grounding for Verizon Wireless' Northeast and Great Lakes Markets. He oversees designs, request for proposals / quotes and company standards, as well as MOPs for the multiple regions from Delaware to Maine out through the Great Lakes. He recently transitioned from construction engineering for Verizon Wireless' nationwide network equipment centers. McCann's main area of responsibility was Verizon Wireless' Southlake Texas Network Equipment Center (aka Data Center), although he had projects in our other locations as well. After years of being the prime engineer for Verizon Wireless' corporate microwave network, his final task was to decommission it. The network, originally built for Transco, stretched from New York to Texas. McCann also lead Verizon Wireless' Disaster Recovery team. He has designed and built several Cell On Light Trucks (COLTs) for microwave communications, as well as disaster recovery nodes for Verizon Wireless' fiber network. Combined with other aspects of Verizon Wireless' Emergency Preparedness / Disaster Recovery efforts they could restore communications to anywhere within a 100-mile radius of a Mobile Switching Center. He also had the responsibility of overseeing Telco POP (Point Of Presence) rooms in several national network buildings.
