Melvin Greer is Chief Data Scientist, Americas, Intel Corporation. He is responsible for building Intel’s data science platform through graph analytics, machine learning and cognitive computing to accelerate transformation of data into a strategic asset for Public Sector and commercial enterprises. His systems and software engineering experience has resulted in patented inventions in Cloud Computing, Synthetic Biology and IoT Bio-sensors for edge analytics. He functions as a principal investigator in advanced research studies, including Nanotechnology, Additive Manufacturing and Gamification. He significantly advances the body of knowledge in basic research and critical, highly advanced engineering and scientific disciplines. Mr. Greer is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and U.S. National Academy of Science, Engineering and Medicine, GUIRR. Melvin has been appointed to Senior Advisor and Fellow at the FBI IT and Data Division. Melvin is charged with acceleration of the FBI mission by supporting appropriate data collection, data analytics, discovery and visualization via advanced data science and AI techniques. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ileana worked for the Data Center Engineering team for LinkedIn, focusing primarily on energy efficiency and operational cost saving measures. Before that, Ileana worked for a sustainability consulting firm, and Amazon Web Services' Data Center teams. She has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Sustainable Design.

Hunter Newby is an American entrepreneur, investor, conservationist and the owner of Newby Ventures. His primary field of interest has been network infrastructure. As Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer and a Director of Telx, he pioneered the carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Room and the development of carrier hotels and data centers in the United States leading to massive value creation and economic development throughout the Country. Since the sale of Telx he has been and continues to be a founder, developer and investor in the creation of multiple network-neutral infrastructure businesses all across North America. Mr. Newby is a recognized authority in the network-neutral interconnection and data center industry. He has served on multiple company boards, is a published author, public speaker and has been quoted in several publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards including being named to the Global Telecoms Business Top 40 Under 40 in 2010. Mr. Newby earned a B.S. in Communications from Drexel University.

John directs activity for Sabey Data Centers’ three million square feet of mission critical space held in the current portfolio, as well as new development, acquisition and the creation of new service offerings. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Sabey Corporation, overseeing the commercial real estate portfolio comprising office and medical technology space. His business career started in Chicago with Prudential Real Estate Investors and he joined Sabey Corporation in 1995.

Jason C. Reed brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in complex global real estate transactions, law and management to Carter Validus. As Chief Acquisitions Officer and Senior Vice President, Data Center Investment Management, Mr. Reed provides the strategic vision to turn business goals into actionable plans with appropriate risk management. As acting Principal of Longview Real Estate Advisors, a full service advisory firm to the data center and telecommunications industry with a focus on mission critical real estate assets, he was responsible for the firm’s acquisitions, leasing and management strategy. Formerly the Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate at Equinix, Inc., Mr. Reed was accountable directly to the Chief Development Officer and Real Estate Committee of the Board of Directors for the allocation and investment of $2 billion annually across 22 countries and 44 metropolitan areas. Notably while at Equinix, Mr. Reed successfully implemented a global real estate administration program with coordination across several stakeholder groups including the regional Presidents, Tax, SEC accounting and Audit. Prior to Equinix, Mr. Reed served in various roles at Level 3 Communications, most recently as Vice President, Global Real Estate and Facilities, where he was responsible for the strategic planning, investment and management of 23 million square feet of global real estate consisting of over 10,000 properties across North America, EMEA, and Latin America. David Mace is a Managing Director of GI Partners. He has investment responsibilities for, and currently serves on the boards of Flexential and Far Niente Wine Estates. While at GI, Mr. Mace previously served on the boards of Duckhorn Wine Company, PC Helps, The Planet, The Telx Group, SoftLayer Technologies, and was a board advisor for ViaWest. John Sheputis is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Primary Digital Infrastructure, an independent data center investment platform. From 2019 through 2023, John was a Managing Director at GI Partners where he led the technology real estate acquisitions and headed the Essential Tech + Science Real Estate Fund. Prior to GI Partners, Mr. Sheputis was President of Infomart Data Centers. In 2018, the Dallas Infomart was acquired by Equinix and the remaining Infomart assets and operations were acquired by IPI Partners to be the initial properties for STACK Infrastructure. Prior to Infomart, Mr. Sheputis was Co-Founder and CEO of Fortune Data Centers. David Dunn is COO of H5 Data Centers. Mr. Dunn has nearly 15 years of experience managing significant growth and delivering outsized returns on investment in the Internet infrastructure space. Mr. Dunn most recently served as vice president at the Zayo Group where he was responsible for managing the wavelength and mobile infrastructure business units. Dan Stoll is senior vice president of Dark Fiber Solutions West Region at Zayo. Dan joined Zayo as part of the company’s Electric Lightwave acquisition in 2017. At Electric Lightwave Dan led the company with a focus on delivering network solutions to large enterprise, government, education and wholesale customers, while driving the company’s strategic fiber assets and differentiated support model. Dan joined Electric Lightwave in 2000 as a business manager with the company’s Utah operations and held a range of leadership roles including vice president of customer operations and senior vice president of strategy and development. Casey joined Infomart Data Centers in 2016 to build out Infomart’s solution design and implementation disciplines. He is an expert in understanding customer requirements and being able to identify a solution to meet their needs. Casey has a 20-year history in supporting, planning and managing information technology initiatives. Immediately before joining Infomart Casey spent 10-years with ViaWest where he was instrumental in building the Oregon market and was the lead solution engineer for the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. His experiences in managing IT Teams and corporate data center initiatives has given Casey the ability to address the real-world concerns of Infomart’s customers. Steven Lim is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product at RagingWire Data Centers, responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Product Management and Marketing teams. Over his career, Steven has led marketing teams to generate significant revenue growth and enterprise value. Michael Boyle is the Strategic Planning Director for the Westin Building Exchange located in Seattle Washington. He has held a variety of positions with the WBX since 2001. With over 19 years of experience in data center infrastructure, telecommunications, and information technology, Mr. Boyle has worked in virtually every aspect of data center design, development, and construction. This includes physical site planning, lease contract negotiation, bandwidth vendor selection, and hardware acquisition / installation. Miles is well recognized as the industry’s leading appraiser of data center properties. His experience includes advising private equity funds, institutional investors, large pension funds, Fortune 500 companies, cloud companies and Global IT conglomerates on investments in all types of data centers, including mission critical, disaster recovery data centers, colocation facilities, carrier hotels, internet gateways and life science properties.
