He is responsible for building Intel’s data science platform through graph analytics, machine learning and cognitive computing to accelerate transformation of data into a strategic asset for Public Sector and commercial enterprises. His systems and software engineering experience has resulted in patented inventions in Cloud Computing, Synthetic Biology and IoT Bio-sensors for edge analytics. He functions as a principal investigator in advanced research studies, including Nanotechnology, Additive Manufacturing and Gamification. He significantly advances the body of knowledge in basic research and critical, highly advanced engineering and scientific disciplines. Mr. Greer is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and U.S. National Academy of Science, Engineering and Medicine, GUIRR. Melvin Greer has been appointed Fellow of the National Cybersecurity Institute where he assists government, industry, military, and academic sectors meet the challenges in cyber security policy, technology and education. Melvin is Professor, Master of Science in Data Science program at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and Adjunct Faculty, Advanced Academic Program at Johns Hopkins University, where he teaches the Masters of Science course “Practical Applications of Artificial Intelligence”.

Dave Williams has worked for over 30 years in IT Management. He has extensive experience designing and implementing voice and data networks, covering security infrastructure, network architecture and data center design, as well as disaster recovery methods and strategies. Dave is certified in risk and project management best practices with applied experience. He designed a disaster recovery strategy for the Morgan Stanley retail division (formerly Dean Witter) that was put into effect on 9/11 when his division’s primary data center — located on the 68th floor of Two World Trade Center — was destroyed. Dave serves currently as Senior VP of Information Technology at OceanFirst Bank in Toms River, New Jersey.

Mr. Early has over 35 years of solid industry experience. He’s spent 24 of those years honing his skill in Electrical Design. His design experience has earned him the title of Subject Matter Expert in data centers, business continuity, generator installation, power distribution, and UPS. Adam has successfully managed multiple projects spanning the platforms of Facilities Operations and Real Estate Development. Adam has held multiple positions through his 12 year career at Goldman Sachs. Adam held positions as Project Manager, Critical Systems Manager, Co-head of Americas Facility Management and now heads up America’s Infrastructure Planning and Engineering. Under his current role he formulates the Firms Design Standards and provides critical systems subject matter expertise to the Firms real estate development and facilities management teams. Adam holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer, licensed Electrical Contractor and a Refrigerant Certification card holder. Jonathan Levine joined Intermedia in 2015, bringing with him 25+ years of experience in information technology, cloud operations, data analytics, software development and corporate strategy. Levine is responsible for the company’s technology strategy, ensuring that Intermedia continues to deliver the security, availability, and value that customers and partners depend on. Prior to Intermedia, Levine served in a wide variety of senior leadership roles at Japanese leading e-commerce and internet service company, Rakuten. Most recently, he was the Vice Managing Director of Rakuten Group’s Development Unit, where he was responsible for global technology and corporate infrastructure and established Rakuten’s Next Generation Data Center, Private Cloud, Backbone Network and Global Development and Operation Center. Levine was also a board member of Fusion Communications, Rakuten’s telecommunications carrier, ISP and public cloud subsidiary. Previously, he served as Board Director, Chief Operating Officer, co-President and CTO of Rakuten’s Online Advertising Subsidiary LinkShare. During his tenure, Rakuten expanded from fewer than 50 employees to more than 10,000. Prior to his long career at Rakuten, Levine was co-founder and VP of Engineering at ePhysician. Levine has also held management positions at PointCast, IBM, and Lotus Development. He has five online marketing and database technology patents and is the co-author of two books on e-commerce and Java technology.

Andrew is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking team in the Americas. Andrew invests a significant amount of time in the data center sector, where he is focused on strategic advisory and capital markets client coverage for the firm’s clients. Andrew joined Deutsche Bank in 2006, where he spent four years in London before moving to New York in 2010.​

Rahul Chandiok is a Vice President at GI Partners. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Chandiok was responsible for managing real estate transactions at Norges Bank Investment Management, manager of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chandiok worked in Doha, Qatar with The First Investor and Barwa Real Estate Group, a subsidiary of Qatar Investment Authority. ​

Chris Flynn brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and well over $25 billion in overall real estate transaction experience to Strategic Data Center Fund Manager, LLC. As Chief Investment Officer, Chris provides the strategic vision to turn business goals into actionable plans with appropriate risk management. In this role, he is responsible for acquisitions, leasing and management strategy. Prior to Strategic Data Center Fund Manager, LLC, Chris was President at Lightstone Data Fund where he served as the company’s leader in the investment of digital infrastructure assets. In this capacity, he had overall responsibility for the strategic planning, capital raising, financing, acquisitions, development, operation and leasing. Prior to joining Lightstone, Chris was a Vice President of Global Real Estate at EdgeConneX, a wholesale data center owner and developer, where he was responsible for all aspects of real estate including the acquisition and development of 40 data centers in the U.S., Canada, Europe and South America. The EdgeConneX portfolio consisted of over 3 million square feet, in excess of 350 megawatts of critical power and over $6 billion worth of data center transactions which helped EdgeConneX to grow from one data center in 2013 to a global presence in the edge and hyperscale market. He was formerly the Director of Real Estate at XO Communications, a telecommunications company owned by Verizon Communications which provides managed and converged internet protocol network services for small and medium-sized enterprises. During his time at XO, Chris led a real estate team responsible for over $10 billion in acquisitions, renewals and dispositions and managed over 50,000 telecom license agreements. Chris serves on the board of directors for The First Tee of Washington, D.C. and volunteers at Stone Ridge School and Mater Dei School.

Robert Covington is a Partner of RedBird Capital Partners, where he is responsible for RedBird’s Business & Financial Services, Communications Infrastructure and Technology related investment activity out of its Dallas office. Mr. Covington led RedBird’s investments in Lifeline Capital Management, an asset manager specializing in purchasing of whole-life insurance policies; N3, an outsourced sales and marketing company focused on cloud services; Majority Strategies, a political advertising and marketing business driving constituent influence via direct mail, mobile marketing and other forms of media; and Compass Datacenters, a leading wholesale data center developer, specializing in customized build-to-order solutions for enterprise, cloud computing and service provider customers. Mr. Covington has over 15 years of experience assisting entrepreneurs and families build their business with a specific focus in the Southern U.S. region. Prior to joining RedBird, Mr. Covington spent six years as a Managing Director of The Stephens Group, LLC, a private equity firm investing the capital of the Stephens family, one of America’s longest tenured private equity investors whose business activities began in 1933. Prior to joining The Stephens Group, Mr. Covington was a General Partner at SSM Partners, a private equity firm focused on expansion stage technology, business services and consumer services companies. Prior to SSM, Mr. Covington was the Founder and CEO of Firstdoor, now part of Infor, where he built and directed a seventy-person organization that was one of the earliest “Software as a Service” business models. Mr. Covington holds a B.S. in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Washington and Lee University and received his MPH from Yale University.

Brett Owen is Vice President, Private Equity & Real Estate at Safanad, based in New York. He was previously on the investment banking team at Citibank in Australia, working on a variety of M&A transactions, predominantly in the natural resources and industrial sectors. Earlier in his career, he was a Manager on the M&A team at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia working in the energy and industrials sectors. Mr. Owen holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAA).

Peter Feldman has 30+ years of data center development, operations, management and design experience, with a focus on implementing energy-efficient technology. He has held CEO, CTO, president and founding roles at several successful startups including the Telx group, a national leader in data center colocation services. Peter has additional expertise in optical and wireless network engineering, IT infrastructure management and cogeneration. Prior to founding DataGryd, he served as the technical and business development interface with United Technologies Power for their hydrogen and natural gas fuel cell technology and CCHP micro-turbines, and worked with AMSC (formerly American Superconductor), a developer of superconducting cable, SMES and transformer technology for data centers. Peter holds several industry-related patents and is an active member of a number of professional trade organizations, including the IEEE, Open-IX, iMasons, AFCOM, the Green Building Council and the Cloud Computing Council. He’s given presentations at many industry events, including Interop New York, Green Data Center Conference & Exhibition, 7×24 Exchange, and IMN’s Financing, Investing & Real Estate Development for Data Centers Conference, PTC in Hawaii and for Data Center Dynamics conferences.

In 2013, David co-founded Next Tier HD, a boutique real estate private equity firm. Next Tier HD operates an investment, development and advisory platform with a mission critical, data center focus. Mr. Spiewak spends his time on Next Tier’s Investment business and its global Data Center consulting and brokerage arm (DJS Group). NextTier HD has developed and acquired over 3,000,000 sf of data centers and mixed-use assets since its 2013 inception, and over 6,000,000 sf of assets across the United States, since its founding partners started working together in 2000. Currently Next Tier HD has ownership in assets in North Carolina, Minnesota, Pittsburgh, and Virginia and is a partner and developer of Databank’s Georgia Tech HPCC facility in Atlanta, GA. David has specialized in the Mission Critical arena since 1997 having spent his career on both the IT and real estate sides of the house. Prior to Next Tier HD, David was a Principal and Executive Vice President of a global IT consulting firm, was a partner and Senior Vice President of T-Rex Capital, where he co-headed the acquisitions and leasing activities of the company. Prior to T-Rex, Mr. Spiewak was a Vice President of Tishman Real Estate, a founder of Plymouth Partners and a broker at Grubb & Ellis.

Jason joined Element Critical With 15+ years of hands-on and management experience in the technology and data center industries. He has worked with, and for, all sizes of companies. From startups to Fortune 500’s, Jason relates data center infrastructure to comprehensive IT and business solutions. Prior to joining Ken Parent to launch Element Critical in 2016, Jason successfully built business and mission-critical teams in solutions engineering, managed services, engineering, operations, construction, security, and corporate strategy for multiple private and provider-based data centers globally. Jason co-founded Vantage Data Centers in Santa Clara, creating and running engineering, operations, construction, solutions engineering, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He assisted organizations in leading the delivery of four net-new Tier 3+ facilities and 50MW+ of customer solutions in 24 months. Subsequent to Vantage, Jason served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at both Sentinel Data Centers and Gexpro (Rexel USA) before co-founding a boutique data center, IT, and energy consultation firm performing over $10BN of data center acquisition assessment in 2016. Prior to Vantage, Jason ran managed services and solutions engineering for FusionStorm, directed solutions engineering for RagingWire Enterprise Data Center Solutions, and ran global IT operations and disaster recovery for Gap Inc.

Arthur’s expertise extends to engineering and construction management roles within Bell Atlantic. Mr. Valhuerdi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College, an M.S. in Information Systems from Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Eli D. Scher is the founder of New Continuum Holdings Corporation, and serves as its Chairman and CEO. Mr. Scher is also the co-founder of United Internet Exchange, LLC and serves as its CEO. He is an entrepreneur with a broad array of investing and operating experience. Prior to New Continuum, he worked as an analyst at prominent New York hedge funds where he analyzed corporate securities. Previously, Mr. Scher co-founded and served as CEO of GSME Capital Partners, a private, early stage investment partnership, and GSME Acquisition Partners I, a publicly traded acquisition vehicle. Additionally, he was Chief Financial Officer and director of MCG Group a Shanghai-based LED-advertising company, and was the co-founder, President and CFO of Fundamental Films. He currently serves as on the board of directors of HMMI, a specialized manufacturer of extremely large and complex steel components. Eli serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Open-IX Association and previously served as the Chairman of the Data Center Committee. Mr. Scher received his AB from Princeton University.

Joshua Bonaventura-Sparagna, PE is an experienced construction design engineering professional specializing in datacenter capital projects development. In his current role, he acts as a Design Manager for the Design and Construction team at Equinix, guiding the execution of construction projects throughout the Americas. With a demonstrated history in the AEC industry, he has been able to leverage his knowledge of not only engineering but also real estate and operations to guide his clients through decisions taking into account these complex interactions. Using this experience, he has assisted his clients in the development of their critical facilities from initial design conception through successful construction completion. Prior to joining Equinix, Josh spent time at several consulting engineering firms (most recently as an Associate Partner at Syska Hennessy) specializing in datacenter design where he acted as a project manager and technical leader on projects for major enterprises and cloud service providers. Josh holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University as well as a Masters of Real Estate from NYU. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.

Jeff is recognized as a leader in the hosting, colocation and managed services industries. Prior to leading AGILE, Jeff served as EVP and CTO for Directlink, taking the company from startup to a successful data center services provider with responsibilities including managing operations, sales, marketing and overall organizational direction. He brings more than 20 years’ experience to his current role. Jeff held similar roles with Champion Solutions Group as an overlay sales and engineering resource for the IBM Channel for the eastern US, supporting IBM sales teams in qualifying and developing Hosting, Collocation and Managed Services solutions. Prior to that Jeff was a Director of Hosting and Managed Services at AT&T when the industry began to take shape. He was instrumental in developing the data center markets in Secaucus and Ashburn in the late 90’s/ early 2000’s for AT&T, winning large hosting and services contract for enterprise clients as well as Internet startups that have grown into what is eBay today.

Phillip Koblence is a strategic executive and thought leader in the data center and network space. He co-founded NYI (www.nyi.net) in 1996 and has successfully navigated through an ever-shifting infrastructure landscape, growing the company from a single data center in Lower Manhattan to a robust network with executional capabilities in key national and international markets. His leadership, focus on customer experience, and ability to cut through complexity and hype, has positioned NYI as an industry leader in high-touch infrastructure solutions. Phillip is also CEO of Critical Ventures, a consulting agency offering a range of services to help clients, owners and investors optimize the value of critical infrastructure assets. Phillip sits on the DE-CIX North America Advisory Board as well as on the Board of OIX (formerly Open-IX). Phillip is Co-Founder of the Nomad Futurist Foundation and Podcast, designed to demystify the world of critical infrastructure and inspire younger generations to join the industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been profiled by Data Center Knowledge, TheWHIR, MSPMentor, and NJ BIZ. He has an engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Arron Combs is an experienced Operations Manager with over 20 years of critical infrastructure management experience. With a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry, he is skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Emergency Management, Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance, Construction, and Team Building.

Josh Williams heads the sales engineering team at INAP, delivering application-driven, custom infrastructure and network solutions for clients that balance performance and efficiency. Known for getting in the trenches with all levels of client IT organizations, Williams has more than 16 years of experience architecting complex solutions in the enterprise. His deep IT management and consulting background, paired with INAP’s robust cloud, colocation and network portfolio, generate performant solutions tailored to the unique goals of clients. Williams holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems from Saint Ambrose University and multiple data center certifications from major technology providers such as VMware, Cisco, and EMC.

Ms. Pine is currently VP of Sales & Business Development at EdgeConneX, where they’ve created, defined and are innovating at the Edge, infrastructure solutions via her customers’ demands. At EdgeConnex, Ms. Pine provides her clients with purpose-built, edge-of-network facilities that enable the fastest delivery of bandwidth intensive, latency sensitive content and applications to the end user. Ms. Pine has over 20 years of experience that began in the wireless space, but has peaked in the datacenter industry for the better part of this time. While this space changed rapidly, her agility to adapt to many of these changes kept her front and center. She has been integral to some of the most complex projects, lead and mentored her teams to learn and succeed along with her during her career, which truly exhibits her passion for helping others achieve their goals. Ms. Pine has been invited to assist and lead conversations of how to solve customer problems, issues, and needs- but to also follow-through and get it done for them. Over the course of her career, Elsa has provided best-in-class consultative sales to the top Media and Cloud ecosystem customers.Prior to EdgeConneX, Elsa has built a professional network and lead teams at CoreSite, Equinix and AT&T to achieve outstanding results through her tenure. Grace Li, CFA, is a Vice President at Devonshire Investors, the private equity group for Fidelity Investments. The group oversees a multi-billion dollar portfolio of real estate, venture capital and wholly-owned operating companies. Grace is currently focused on the telecom investments at Devonshire Investors. The portfolio includes COLT Technology Services, a fiber-optic network provider throughout Europe and Asia and COLT Data Center Services, a carrier neutral data center operator throughout Europe and Asia, as well as other telecom-related investments. Earlier in her career, Grace worked in private equity focusing on hotel investments with Thayer Lodging Group, part of Brookfield Properties and in real estate debt financing with GMAC Capital Corp.

Regina is a sales and marketing professional in the field of critical energy infrastructure and energy efficiency. In her current position as Business Development Manager with Con Edison of New York, Inc., she is responsible for helping C&I customers meet their sustainability and efficiency goals by discovering energy savings within their facilities. Regina is the lead contact for government entities and assists in the processing of Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC) and Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) for all federal agencies. Additionally, Regina brings her expertise to clients with critical energy needs in data centers, and in leased and multi-tenant spaces. A large focus of her work in data centers involves encouraging customers to consider increased use of cooling and containment systems, reduction in servers, efficient use of lighting and sensors as well as other improvements or replacements involving Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) systems that can garner greater efficiencies and large dollar incentives for the ongoing management and maintenance of their data centers. Regina has been with the Con Edison family of companies for nearly 20 years. She began as an Account Executive with Con Edison Solutions in 2001, and had successive positions within sales, operations and management. While at Con Edison Solutions, Regina was responsible for the sale of electricity and gas to commercial customers. She demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit overseeing the successful launch of the Small Commercial Business, a niche unit that grew quickly with impressive annual revenues. Since joining Con Edison in 2014, Regina has been driving her customers toward greater sustainability and responsible use of their energy. Regina holds a BBA in Business Economics and Public Policy from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. She is pursuing her MBA in Managerial Analytics and Marketing from Mercy College.

Jeff heads our Real Estate and Communications practices in New York and has significant experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s general real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. He also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology, and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, such as data center leases. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients. He is frequently invited to speak on real estate, data center, and telecom topics. He also writes for several industry publications, and he is regularly quoted in national media. Jeff was a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and led many of its major real estate and telecom transactions.

Sean Corcoran is a Regional Sales Manager for STULZ USA, a manufacturer that is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to mission critical environments. Sean joined STULZ in November 2015, managing our indirect rep organizations throughout the United States and actively promoting energy efficient solutions within our industries. As an 18+ year veteran in the Data Center industry, Sean has spent the past decade focusing primarily on mission critical containment and cooling applications. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration and Economics from the State University of New York and is a member of AFCOM and 7X24.

Chris leads e3i’s Data Center Services group, providing engineering solutions to optimize client data center physical infrastructure. His leadership helps e3i’s clients to mitigate business risk, improve technical and financial performance, and align data center portfolios with long-term demand.

James Henry has been actively involved in the internet and telecom industry for more than a decade. His extensive and multi-disciplined knowledge of the industry is the product of his roles as an equity research analyst following the telecom and internet services sectors, as a portfolio manager responsible for investing in the telecom and media sectors, and as an investment banker executing capital markets and strategic transactions. Mr. Henry co-founded Bank Street Holdings LLC and has been a driving force in the growth and development of the firm's investment banking practice. Prior to Bank Street, Mr. Henry was a Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he served as the senior research analyst responsible for following the telecommunications and internet service and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Henry led a team of 5 dedicated associates and he was named the youngest Senior Managing Director in the history of Bear Stearns in 1999. Mr. Henry's work and industry expertise has been broadly recognized. He was ranked 2nd by Institutional Investor Magazine's All American Research Team Survey in 1999 and 2000. Mr. Henry has spoken at major telecom industry conferences, testified before Congress on telecom industry matters, and been quoted in national publications such as Business Week and The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Henry has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Connecticut College.

Miles Loo Jr., CRE, FRICS, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2017 in the Downtown Los Angeles office, where he serves as Vice Chairman and the Global Lead for Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Data Centers & Life Science group. Miles is well recognized as the industry’s leading appraiser of data center properties. His experience includes advising private equity funds, institutional investors, large pension funds, Fortune 500 companies, cloud companies and Global IT conglomerates on investments in all types of data centers, including mission critical, disaster recovery data centers, colocation facilities, carrier hotels, internet gateways and life science properties. These assignments have involved data centers owned and/or operated by Fortune 500 companies across numerous industries as well as Uptime Institute Site Certified Tier III and Tier IV facilities; U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver buildings; and state and federal disaster recovery data centers. Miles has led valuations of large individual and portfolio valuations spanning multiple countries across six continents (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and African regions) and has consulted on a number of the world’s largest data centers.

Joe Suppers is the founder and president of NodeCom, Inc., a Princeton, NJ based company specializing in the data center industry helping clients with network deployments, site acquisitions, dispositions and identifying new market opportunities. NodeCom also works on special projects to reduce data center property taxes and assessments, sale-leaseback arrangements and integrating renewable energy into mission critical facilities. In addition, NodeCom assists Economic Development organizations to attract data centers to their cities and rolling out rural community broadband networks at the edge across the US. In 1995, Joe was a data center pioneer in founding NodeCom after holding corporate real estate positions where he was responsible for the real estate holdings for DuPont, General Electric Company, GE Capital and HSBC Bank. NodeCom's first projects were with Internet Service Providers, including AOL, Prodigy and CompuServe deploying communication "nodes" across the U.S. when dial-up was the only way to connect to the Internet and later data centers and switch sites for Inflow, Intermedia, Level3, MCI WorldCom, 360 Networks and others.

Patrick A. Wilcox’s passions lie at the intersection of technology and real estate. His 18-year career in both began in 2000 at Qwest Communications, working as a CLEC and web hosting roll-out representative tasked with taking market-share from Pacific Bell, Ameritech, SBC, BellSouth, and Verizon. In 2002, he returned to graduate school at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, where taught undergraduate students until 2006. While at Syracuse he attended law school and was also elected 4 times as President of the University’s graduate students (GSO), which made him an ex officio member of the school’s Board of Trustees. From that Board seat, he was introduced to the commercial real estate. In 2007 he entered the commercial real estate brokerage business as an Associate with Newmark Knight Frank, before joining Colliers International in New York and New Jersey in 2010, where he became an early member of the nascent Technology Solutions Group. Since 2010, Mr. Wilcox has advised corporate occupiers of data centers and users of their related services in North America. He and his team also provide similar counsel to office occupiers, distribution companies, retailers, developers, and investors in income properties. Throughout his career, he has concluded over $100m in transactions across all major markets the United States, such as Boston, New York, Northern New Jersey, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas. Mr. Wilcox works with publicly traded and private corporations to analyze their data center-related spending, helps them devise strategies to optimize services and reduce costs, and then execute on those strategies through the negotiation of new contracts, recasting of existing ones, and disposition of redundant assets. In his practice, he performs acquisition and sourcing services, portfolio management and transaction services for data center and IT contracts, and the disposition of surplus mission critical real estate. He is especially active within the cybersecurity and blockchain sectors and continues to stay close to his telecom roots. Ever passionate about sustainability, he encourages corporations to adopt the "triple bottom line" of people, place, and planet, in both their data centers, offices, warehouses, and retail stores. A member of the USGBC since 2010, he a LEED AP BD+C as well as a Data Center Certified Associate from Energy University by APC-Schneider Electric. He is the 2015 recipient of the “Creative Deal of the Year Award” from Tulfra Real Estate for an adaptive reuse project that redeveloped a pharmaceutical manufacturing brownfield site that sat vacant for 15 years. In 2017, he was initiated into the Everest Club at Colliers International. Mr. Wilcox divides his time between Manhattan, Northern New Jersey, and Central New York with his wife and dogs. He has never lost his love of learning and stays close to his alumni associations and Syracuse Basketball when not at work, or traveling to see Phish in concert, something he has done perennially for 25 years.

Lily Yusupova is a technology industry professional, having spent the last 16 years assisting her customers in the full range of the data center life cycle. Currently, she is a Strategic Account Executive at Schneider Electric and is responsible for bringing together the full suite of Schneider Electric solutions to provide right-sized, cost-effective, risk-based, innovative data center solutions for Cloud, Colo, Edge, and Telecommunication customers. She has taken a strong interest in what is the Edge, the solutions we need to support the Edge, and is currently part of the OIX committee defining the Edge. Lily prides herself on taking a consultative approach to understand her customer’s capabilities and challenges and offering innovative solutions.
