  Jason is responsible for overseeing ZOM’s multifamily development activities in the Southwest region. During his career, he has been involved in the investment and development of over 10,000 residential units and over one million square feet of commercial space. Prior to joining ZOM, Jason developed affordable housing projects for a large LIHTC developer and, earlier in his career, developed shopping centers for one of the largest privately held shopping center owners in the country.   Andreea Udrea, PhD, AICP serves as Deputy Director of Planning and Zoning within the Planning and Development Department of the City of Dallas.   Payton Mayes is a proven leader with extensive experience originating and managing real estate asset-level and operating company investments across domestic and international markets. Payton is the Chief Executive Officer, part-owner and Board Member of JPI, a national developer, builder and investment manager of Class A multifamily assets across the U.S. and among the most active privately held real estate companies in the country. Payton oversees and leads all components of JPI’s operation. As a member of the JPI Executive Leadership Team, Payton provides strategic direction and guidance on initiatives, including leadership and culture. Prior to this, Payton was the Chief Investment Officer for DHIC Communities, a D.R. Horton Company, where he was recruited to grow platforms outside of core homebuilding operations and expand D.R. Horton’s expertise in distressed offerings. Before serving at DHIC, Payton cofounded Cephas Partners, where he co-invested side by side with The Blackstone Group to acquire a portfolio from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, funded with over $500 million of equity and with a total enterprise value of underlying assets exceeding $4 billion, with assets located throughout the U.S., South America, and Europe. Payton also previously served as Managing Director, Merrill Lynch Global Real Estate Principal Investments (GREPI) and served as Co-Head of GREPI Americas and Europe (2009-2012) and head of GREPI Latin America (2006-2008) in New York.   Alex Horn is the Managing Partner and Founder of BridgeInvest, where he leads portfolio management, investment strategy, and the firm’s long-term growth initiatives.   Amber Rao

  Amber Rao is an experienced multifamily lender with two decades of debt financing experience. As a loan officer with PGIM Real Estate based in Dallas, Texas. Amber is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to PGIM’s proprietary capital sources, bridge loan capabilities, and equity investments. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Amber was a senior mortgage banker with KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Dallas, Texas, where she primarily focused on capital markets lending. Earlier in her career, she also had exposure to debt syndications, institutional portfolio management, and balance sheet lending. Amber is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She has held several leadership positions across various industry organizations, including Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Inaugural MPact Board and Chair of the MBA’s DE&I Council. For 2026, Amber is a member of Urban Land Institute DFW Multifamily Product Council and is also Co- Chair of Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Careers Program.   Mr. Huberty has over 10 years of real estate investment and finance experience. He joined George Smith Partners in 2024 and focuses on Debt, Joint Venture, Ground Lease, LP Equity and co-GP Equity for commercial real estate investors, developers, operators, and financial institutions. From 2019 to early 2024, he worked as Vice President of acquisitions at Montgomery Street Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on co-GP equity investments. There, he orchestrated or assisted with the closing of over $2B in transactions through a variety of structures. He worked across product types with a focus on multifamily, build to rent, student housing, ground lease, manufactured housing, seniors housing, industrial, and single-family assets across the US. From 2014 to 2019, he worked at JP Morgan as an acquisitions Analyst and Associate in the Real Estate Americas Group. He focused on office, industrial and multifamily investments across the Northeast and Southeast. Mr. Huberty graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance and with a MS degree in Finance.

From selling real estate for to business development roles at prominent local and national title insurance companies, Zach has been active in the in the real estate market since 2005. Prior to the title industry, Zach attended The Golf Academy of America in San Diego, then spent two years playing professional golf on various mini tours in Southern California.
