  Greg Lindsey is the President of Westway Enterprises, a pioneering security company transforming security services to the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense contractors and commercial companies. Westway advances the national security mission by providing cost-effective solutions for multi-use secure facilities delivering SCIF as a Service, a cost-effective alternative to industry of building and managing their own. This scalable model provides government and industry partners with rapid access to multi-use, accredited spaces while significantly reducing capital and operational expenditures. Greg joined Westway as Director of Operations for the Northern Virginia region and has been instrumental in the company’s strategic growth for over five years. He brings to the role a deep operational acumen, shaped by a distinguished military career and executive leadership roles across corporate America. A culturally attuned and globally experienced leader, Greg is a former U.S. Army officer who commanded and led units in both combat and peacetime environments. His military service spans major global operations—from combat operations in Panama in 1989 to Afghanistan—and includes extensive work in operational planning, training, and peace enforcement. He has served with distinction in joint and interagency environments, including assignments with U.S. Special Operations Command, and working with the Intelligence Community, U.S. State Department, and international organizations such as the United Nations, NATO, OSCE, and the International Red Cross. A U.S. Army Ranger and Master Parachutist, Greg brings unmatched discipline and mission- focused leadership to the private sector, effectively bridging the gap between government security requirements and commercial innovation. Greg’s educational background includes a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tampa and a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. Leo University. He was elected to the AFCEA International Board of Directors and is on the Board of Advisors for The American Land Forces Institute.

  Scott King

  Scott King has over 3 decades of experience leading commercial, collateral, and special security programs and presently serves as the Chief Security Officer for Invictus International Consulting headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, he has direct oversight managing all facets of Security, Emergency Planning, Crisis Management, Safety, and Facilities operations. Mr. King began his career as a Special Security Officer with Westinghouse Electric Corporation – Defense near BWI where he was quickly promoted to Technical Security Specialist. In this role, he gained significant physical and operational security experience based on interactions with numerous government organizations and agencies of both the DoD and INTEL communities. Some of his more unique accomplishments during this period included establishing SCIFs in a parking lot, a commercial aircraft hangar, and a 737 aircraft. After being acquired by Northrop Grumman, Mr. King rotated to serve as the FSO in Huntsville, Alabama. Upon his return to the BWI facility, he was named the Crisis Management Coordinator for the entire Sector – where he supervised actions in response to the September 11 th attacks. Mr. King next joined Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Senior Security Manager/FSO/CSSO to manage their Hanover, Maryland facility and expansion due to a significant contract win. While with CSC, Mr. King was one of the founding members of the Industrial Security Awareness Council of Central Maryland (ISAC- MD) and served as an elected member of the Board of Directors in the role of President for 3 years. An opportunity to relocate, move into a more operational role, and oversee the opening of a new CSC site came in 2014 when Mr. King was named Principal Delivery Specialist near Shreveport, Louisiana becoming employee number 1 on the ground. After contributing to the capture of a $167M IC client opportunity with then CSRA, he returned to the DC area to serve as a Security Administrator/FSO with CACI in Chantilly before beginning his current role at Invictus. In 2022, Mr. King was selected to serve as the DIA Focus Chair for the ISWG organization. Over this 37-year period, Mr. King has conservatively managed the security design and oversaw budgeting for security enhancements of over 1.8 M ft 2 of new area construction and 3.1 M ft 2 of modifications including SCIFs, Closed Areas, SAPFs, and unique environmental testing chambers. He continually strives to mentor our next generation security practitioners based on the support he had early in his career. Scott likes to say that he didn’t just attend LSU in the 80s, but actual graduated and is part of that passionate Tiger fan base. When he is not tailgating or tending over his smoker, Scott and his wife Lisa of over 30 years love travelling on family adventures with their 3 children.

  Dean joined the family business in 2015 following independent engagements in both the Chicago and Denver commercial real estate markets where he focused on strategic planning, lease negotiations and real estate pro-formas. At Koelbel, Dean is primarily focused on the RiNo (River North) district, where he oversees the leasing of Koelbel’s downtown office portfolio, including Catalyst and Watershed and curating new development opportunities for the company.   Sean Ferguson leads Partnerships at Nooks, forging public and private-sector collaborations that deliver mission-ready, ICD-705 space for defense and national-security programs. At Nooks, Sean translates customer requirements into deployable real-estate solutions by connecting industry and government customers with a suite of classified infrastructure services – including flexible access to ICD 705 compliant space, mobile SCIFs, and security support services on accelerated timelines. Sean leads site selection, federal, state, and local engagements, and strategic partnership efforts across the business. Sean’s perspective is shaped by 18 years in the defense ecosystem, first at Raytheon in strategy and finance, followed by founding Firetiger, an advisory firm that assists emerging defense and dual-use technology companies in scaling their operations. Sean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Originally from Southern California, he now lives in Alameda, CA and is an avid traveler, snowboarder, and motorsports enthusiast.

  Eric Enriquez is currently a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Project Development Services Group in the West. He leads the Aerospace and Secure Environments Group. His primary responsibility is managing secure base building and tenant improvement design and construction related activities of projects throughout the Western United States. Eric is responsible for coordinating and directing all aspects of the secure design and construction process, thoroughly reviewing all major design progress deliverables, supervising all phases of construction contract administration, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, reviewing, and negotiating change orders, enforcing contract requirements, and facilitating project close-out requirements.   Becky joined Astroscale U.S. in June 2020 as SVP of Finance and Business Operations. She brings over 25 years of finance, operations, and business management expertise to the Astroscale team. Before joining Astroscale, Becky held the position of Director of Operations, Orbital Technologies at General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS). She was responsible for the development and management of operational plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure business and financial objectives were met. Previously, Becky was the chief executive officer of Surrey Satellite Technology US LLC, the U.S. subsidiary of world-leading small satellite manufacturer Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL) in the United Kingdom. As CEO, she led the company in the cultivation of the rapidly growing U.S. market for cost-effective small satellite systems, applications, and services. As CEO, Becky directed the company’s strategic development and operational activities. In a dual role, Becky continued to serve as the Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial management. She successfully led the sale of the company to General Atomics in November 2017. Prior to joining Surrey in 2008 as its first U.S. employee, Becky worked as a consultant CFO across several different industries. She also worked for six years at Arthur Andersen LLP. Becky earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University in Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant.
