  Pam Boneham

  Ms. Boneham oversees Barings' Central Region equity investment and management activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, asset management and dispositions. Barings maintains a multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio of all major product types with over 50 investments in the Central Region. Ms. Boneham also serves as Portfolio Manager for one of Barings' Separate Accounts. Prior to joining Barings in 2013, Ms. Boneham spent 16 years as a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director for Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, formerly known as RREEF. In her time there, she was the lead Portfolio Manager for several public and corporate pension fund separate accounts, including the firm’s largest separate account with assets under management in excess of $1.5 billion. She also was President of RREEF America REIT, Inc., the company’s first private Real Estate Investment Trust, and other comingled funds during her tenure. Earlier in her career, she was at Equity Office Properties and Jones Lang LaSalle. Ms. Boneham earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She is active in a variety of professional and community associations, including Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, Economic Club of Chicago, Commercial Real Estate Women, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, and the Thoracic Oncology Council at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

  Bill Rogalla

  Bill Rogalla joined Zeller Realty Group in 2015. As President of Zeller Investment Corporation, he handles oversight of the acquisition and disposition activities of the firm. He leads a team of investment professionals in the identification of targeted markets for investment and all aspects of the transaction process. During his tenure, the firm has acquired approximately $375 million of office assets, which included expansion into Portland and Atlanta. He is a member of the firm’s Management and Investment Committees. With a career spanning twenty-five years, Bill brings a wealth of experience having been involved in excess of $8 billion in acquisitions, dispositions and development projects across the United States. Prior to joining Zeller Realty Group, he was a Partner with GlenStar Properties, a real estate investment firm in Chicago. He led the expansion of the firm’s investment platform outside of the Chicago area with the acquisition of portfolio investments in Texas and Ohio. Prior to GlenStar Properties, he was SVP - Head of Acquisitions/Dispositions, Central Region for KBS Realty Advisors. While with KBS, he directed the acquisition of nearly $3 billion and disposition of $900 million of assets in the Central United States. Notable acquisitions included 300 N La Salle (Chicago), Providence Towers (Dallas), Carlson Center (Minneapolis) and the Opus Multi-State Industrial Portfolio. Prior to opening the Central Region office for KBS, Bill was Director of U. S. Development/Investment for UK based SEGRO plc, where he led the development of $1.5 billion and acquisition of $600 million in projects concentrated in the Central and West Coast regions. He led the firm’s expansion into the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with multiple development projects in San Diego and the Bay Area including the 1.1 million square feet Torrey Pines Science Center, in La Jolla, subsequently sold to Pfizer. Bill received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from De Paul University. He is active as a member and speaker for real estate organizations including Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as several charitable and civic organizations.   Molly is a partner in the Chicago Office of Siegel Jennings, a national property tax law firm. As a litigator and trusted advisor, she collaborates with Owners, Asset Managers, Acquisition teams and Tax Departments to identify, create and execute property tax reduction strategies. She becomes a member of her clients’ management team. Her goal is to maximize and protect the full potential of real estate assets, minimize related tax liabilities, and resolve disputes with tax authorities and government entities.   Mr. Schwartz co-founded Waterton with Peter Vilim in 1995 and serves as CEO and Chairman. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for strategic decisions and leadership of the firm’s business activities and operations, and participates on the Management and Investment Committees. Prior to co-founding Waterton in 1995, Mr. Schwartz was a vice president of acquisitions for Equity Residential Properties Trust (EQR-NYSE) and from 1985 through 1989 was with AMLI Realty Co.
