  Chip Walters

  Chip Walters joined Keystone in 2014 as Chief Investment Officer. In his role, he oversees the firm’s acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management activities. Prior to joining Keystone, Chip was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Portfolio Management for Grosvenor Fund Management in the United States. His earlier experience includes 20 years at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), where he was Head of Northeast Transactions, Head of PREI’s Single Client Group and responsible for a variety of other asset management and portfolio management activities. He has been involved with more than $6.5 billion of real estate during his career. Chip is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Philadelphia Real Estate Council and the Urban Land Institute. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. Chip is a graduate of Columbia University, where he earned his MBA, and earned his undergraduate degree from Drexel University.

  Bradley Korman

  Mr. Korman is Co-CEO of Korman Communities, Inc. The Company is one of the largest owners and managers of multi-family properties in the region with a portfolio of 24 properties, and total market capitalization in excess of $2 Billion. The Company operates throughout major markets in the United States, and is based outside of Philadelphia, PA. The Company was the innovator of short-term furnished apartments in the United States over 50 years ago, and Mr. Korman is a member of the fourth generation to lead this company. The Company operates three brands, including its ARK and AVE properties which feature full service multifamily operations at prime, infill locations. The Company introduced its AKA brand in 2004, an upscale, urban high-rise concept with properties located in New York City, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, D.C., Beverly Hills, CA, and London. Mr. Korman has lead the acquisition, development and financing program of all new properties by the Company, including the entrance into new markets such as New York City, Beverly Hills and London. This growth has allowed Korman Communities to establish relationships with some of the largest and most respected financial and lending institutions in the country. Mr. Korman oversees all new business development, including debt and equity relationships, throughout the Company. Mr. Korman serves on the Board of Trustees of The Philadelphia Police Foundation, Germantown Academy and the Duke University Library Advisory Board. He is also a member of the JFRE Executive Committee, President’s Leadership Council at Jefferson, Zell/Laurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Korman received his B.A from Duke University in 1987, and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.

  Donald Tracy II

  Donald Tracy joined partner David Della Porta in 2016 to form CornerstoneTracy, LLC, a platform real estate company active in Class A apartment development and focused primarily on institutional quality, multifamily development and operating opportunities located in the greater Philadelphia area. Formerly Cornerstone Communities, CornerstoneTracy is building upon a 20-year history of the highest quality development with unparalleled local market knowledge and class leading design. Prior to forming CornerstoneTracy, Mr. Tracy was Vice President of LCOR, Inc. where he led the Philadelphia area regional development office and was responsible for pursuit and implementation of new development opportunities throughout the area. Most notably, Mr. Tracy led the development of 1919 Market Street, a mixed-use high-rise project in Center City Philadelphia. Previously he was Vice President of Bozzuto Development Company where he led the firm’s strategic growth of investment and development opportunities in Greater Philadelphia along with select projects in Maryland. Earlier in his career he held positions in construction operations, preconstruction and property management. Mr. Tracy is a leader in property planning, finance, construction and operations. He has a substantial track record of production within a wide range of asset types including multifamily and mixed-use developments totaling over 3,000 residential units completed, under-construction or in-development, with a total cost in excess of $700,000,000. Mr. Tracy is a graduate of The Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP and the Penn State Alumni Association.

  Jose Cruz

  Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career, he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land sales. Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

  Bill is a Senior Banking Executive with extensive experience leading Real Estate Finance, Corporate Banking, and Specialized Banking Teams in The Greater Delaware Valley. Currently, Bill provides leadership to BB&T’s Commercial Real Estate Team focused on offering value added financial services to the commercial real estate community headquartered or doing business in Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey. Bill is an active member of The Union League of Philadelphia where he previously served on the Board of Directors.   Scott Whittle

  Scott is responsible for working with lending institutions and similar capital providers, procuring new debt at both the property and fund level and managing debt across the portfolio in each fund. Scott joined Rubenstein Partners in July 2015. Prior to joining Rubenstein Partners, Scott worked at KTR Capital Partners, where he was responsible for debt originations, debt portfolio management and cash management of the funds; the debt portfolio reached over $3.0 billion in total commitments and included portfolio financings, subscription facilities, fund level unsecured debt, build-to-suit and other construction loans as well as CMBS loan assumptions. From 2006 to 2011, he worked at LBC Credit Partners, a private equity firm focused on lending to middle market companies across the United States. In 2004, Scott began his career at Duff & Phelps, where he was focused on business valuation financial advisory. Scott graduated from University of Maryland in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science.

  Ian is a Vice President at PGIM Real Estate. He is a member of the US transactions team and responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities in several of the northeast markets. Ian works with operating partners and PGIM’s various investment funds to negotiate, structure and close new transactions. From 2010-2012, Ian worked in Abu Dhabi, UAE as part of a three person team responsible for establishing the Middle Eastern real estate investment management platform for PGIM. In this position, he identified target markets, assisted with new fund formation, sourced, underwrote and structured new investments. Prior to relocating to the Middle East, Ian was responsible for asset management in the Northeast U.S. markets for the PRISA portfolio, PGIM’s core fund. Ian has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University.

  Justin Levitt

  Justin Levitt is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and head of the Northeast region for U.S. Debt. Based in New York City, Justin leads a team that is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products in the core, core plus and agency spaces. His team works with clients based in the Northeast and finances assets across the U.S. Justin also serves as a regional portfolio manager for the Northeastern U.S. markets for PGIM Real Estate’s core strategies where he has credit authority. Since joining the company in 2006, Justin has originated loans on all property types and through all capital sources. Previously, Justin worked in the legal group of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was primarily responsible for negotiating commercial leases and assisting in the preparation of SEC Filings. Justin received a bachelor’s degree in finance and business law from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and earned a juris doctor degree, with concentrations in corporate and real estate transactions from the University of Miami School of Law. Justin is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a past chair of the Finance Committee. He is also active in the Urban Land Institute where he sits on one of the Small Scale Development Councils. As President of SIOR New Jersey, he led the Chapter to a National Award for a Community Outreach Program related to Hurricane Sandy. Ian is currently on the Board of Directors for CCIM New York and on the CCIM Institute National Marketing committee.   Mr. Ade is a Managing Director of the Philadelphia office of HFF with more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible is for placing debt and equity for owners of retail, multi-housing, industrial and office properties. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Ade has completed more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Ade joined the firm in April 2014. Prior to HFF, he was a Managing Director of Loan Originations at Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Banking since 2009. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Wachovia/Maher Partners and an Analyst/Production Manager at First Union/Maher Partners.
