  Mr. Hertz is responsible for AIG Global Real Estate’s equity investment activities in the U.S. He oversees the acquisition or development of all product types, including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hotel, and senior/student housing, and the oversight of various real estate teams that source, underwrite and close new investment opportunities. Prior to joining AIG Global Real Estate in 2009, Mr. Hertz was a Managing Director at Amstar Global Advisors, a private equity fund, where he was responsible for real estate investments and dispositions, with assets in Russia, Turkey and India. Prior to Amstar, Mr. Hertz was a Managing Director at AIG Global Real Estate where he was responsible for U.S. retail property investments, managing a portfolio of approximately 7 million square feet of stabilized and under-development properties. Prior to AIG, Mr. Hertz was a Senior Vice President at Prime Retail, a Baltimore based REIT, where he was mainly involved in acquisitions and development, property dispositions, asset management and structuring lender and equity partner work-out strategies. Mr. Hertz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in real estate investment from Johns Hopkins University.

  Tony Fineman

  Mr. Fineman has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. At ACORE, Mr. Fineman is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and closing commercial real estate financing opportunities, and for managing originations for the Eastern Region. Prior to joining ACORE, Mr. Fineman was an Executive Vice President with Brickman and a principal at Hillcrest Finance, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and closing equity and debt investment opportunities, and financing new and existing equity investments. Prior to Brickman, Mr. Fineman held various positions in commercial real estate finance including a senior role with Wachovia Bank, where he managed, structured and closed more than $25 billion of complex commercial real estate finance transactions often involving multiple lenders and tranches of debt, and a role as a banker with Nomura Securities in the mid to late 1990s. In addition to his finance experience, Mr. Fineman has also spent a significant amount of time on the equity side of the commercial real estate business where he was involved in the development, ownership, management and operation of commercial real estate, including in senior roles with Centres Inc. and Terranova Corporation, and in his time with Brickman. Mr. Fineman began his career in commercial real estate as an attorney representing institutional and private clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and land use. After college and prior to law school, Mr. Fineman spent several years at IBM Corporation as a marketing representative. Mr. Fineman received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from the University of Florida. Mr. Fineman serves on the board of enCourage Kids Foundation. Mr. Fineman is married to Lori and they have two children, Mia and Rocky.

  Bryan Cullen

  Bryan Cullen is Managing Director with Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Based in Tyson’s Corner, VA, he is responsible for national loan originations for the Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, and FHA product lines. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he originated agency and FHA loans for American Property Financing (now Wells Fargo) beginning in 1994. Over his career he has originated more than $2.5 billion in Agency loans. He began his career servicing FHA loans at AMI Capital (now also Wells Fargo) and later became an underwriter for the fledgling Fannie Mae DUS product from 1991-1993. He has served on various boards for Catholic Charities including the Board of St. Martins Apartments, which oversaw the $50 million construction of 178 affordable apartments in Washington, DC, and for 12 years on the Board of the Annual Golf Classic, which has raised more than $2 million for local charities. Mr. Cullen graduated from James Madison University in 1987 and never needed a post-graduate degree due to nepotism and excellent timing.

  Stephanie Lynch

  Stephanie Lynch is a Senior Managing Director in the Structured Finance Group, responsible for sourcing and executing structured debt and equity capitalizations of ground-up development, acquisitions, and recapitalizations of multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hotel property types in single asset and portfolio/programmatic structures. Over her 14 year career, Ms. Lynch has structured and executed over $4 billion of debt and equity transactions on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial owners. She has also advised domestic and multinational bank holding companies and foreign sovereign wealth funds on $2.5 billion of U.S. loan sales, debt restructurings and fund investment decisions. Prior to joining Savills Studley in 2014, Ms. Lynch was Managing Director of PRC, LLC, and Co-founder and Managing Director of Ceres Capital Partners. Before that, Ms. Lynch served as Senior Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Real Estate Investment Banking division. Ms. Lynch started her career with Spaulding & Slye LLC, structuring and executing debt and equity in conjunction with the firm’s private investment development activities as well as for third party clients. ACTIVITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS: Ms. Lynch serves on the Advisory Board of Georgetown University’s Real Estate Finance Initiative. She also currently holds an Executive in Residence position at Georgetown University, counseling students in the innovative Real Estate Finance Clinic, an intensive experiential learning practicum underwriting and modeling $2 billion per year of institutional quality real estate acquisitions in partnership with top US investment companies. Ms. Lynch is a member of Urban Land Institute, (Urban Development Mixed-Use Council/Silver), and she currently serves on the Board of Trustees for New Hope Housing, a not-for profit organization which provides comprehensive shelter and services to Northern Virginia’s homeless individuals and families. EDUCATION: Ms. Lynch received her Bachelors of Arts from Colby College, and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

  David Kessler serves as Managing Partner of CohnReznick's Real Estate Industry practice. He has over 30 years of experience providing audit, tax, and management advisory services to the real estate and financial services industries, representing clients nationally. David represents developers, private equity funds, institutional investors such as life insurance companies and pension funds, lenders, asset management companies, property management companies, REITs, and loan funds. His clients operate and develop hotels, office, multifamily, industrial, retail, nursing and assisted living, land projects, military housing, and student housing units. David's services for commercial real estate clients involve audit and management advisory services including assisting new and existing private equity funds with structures, compliance, and asset or portfolio due diligence. He works with RIA’s, fund managers, and is proficient with real estate accounting and reporting as well as real estate operations. David frequently works with the Firm’s Advisory Practice.   Joe Carter

  Joe Carter is an executive vice president and division manager for Wells Fargo‘s Washington, D.C., Commercial Real Estate (CRE) o ce in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is responsible for the lending and overall banking relationships with clients covering Washington / Baltimore region through South Carolina. This includes team members located in Washington D.C, Charlotte, and Charleston. Joe is based in the group’s Washington, D.C o ce. As one of the nation’s leaders in the real estate industry, Wells Fargo provides a comprehensive platform of banking and fi nancing solutions to regional and national owners, operators and developers, real estate funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The CRE business line serves real estate clients nationwide as well as in Canada and the United Kingdom. Joe joined Wells Fargo in 2001 as the o ce manager and in 2009 was promoted to his current position. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Joe was with Wachovia Bank for 12 years and had various positions in the real estate and corporate lines of business in both Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Joe also is a board member of the Washington Airports Task Force as well as an Advisory Board Member of George Mason University’s Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship/Masters in Real Estate Development Program. Joe holds a B.S. degree in business from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C., and an M.B.A in real estate and corporate fi nance from the University of Georgia in Athens.   Mr. Marquez, Sr. EVP and President of Commercial Banking joined the Company in August 2011. Mr. Marquez has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining EagleBank, he established the real estate lending franchise for HSBC for the Washington, DC market. Earlier he was the head of Commercial Real Estate lending at Chevy Chase Bank from 1997 to 2005 and previously held various lending positions at The Riggs National Bank in Washington, DC after starting his career at the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

  Esko Korhonen

  Esko Korhonen has company responsibilities in commercial investment, capital markets and fund raising. He has more than 33 years of experience in real estate investment and development and serves on the Investment and Executive Committees for FCP. Prior to founding FCP, Mr. Korhonen was a Principal of The Carlyle Group where he served on the company’s real estate fund’s Investment Committee. Before joining Carlyle, Mr. Korhonen was Vice President of ING Group, where he was responsible for ING’s North American real estate portfolio. He began his real estate career with the Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Korhonen has served on the Board of Directors of Tower Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE-TOW), the Board of Trustees of The Maret School in Washington, DC, Founding Member and Advisor for Fair Chance Fund, and currently is Co-Chair of The Northwestern University Leadership Council, Washington, DC, Regional Board Member of the Northwestern University Campaign Committee and a Trustee of the MD-DC chapter of The Nature Conservancy. Mr. Korhonen is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, Urban Land Institute and District of Columbia Building Industry Association. He received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University and BA from Colgate University.

  Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Donhauser served as Principal of Sage Capital Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Over that time, he has provided capital market expertise in financing, joint venture, structured finance, and investment sales. Bob has worked his entire career in the Washington metropolitan area and has closed over $25 billion in transactions. His primary focus has been in financing and joint venture work in office, multi-family, and retail properties. Prior to forming Sage Capital Advisors, Bob was a Senior Managing Director at HFF for 12 years where he and his partner, Bill Asbill, lead the finance group and consistently ranked #1 in the Washington region. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College.

  Mr. Bieber joined Phillips Realty Capital in 2015 as Managing Director. Previously, Mr. Bieber was employed as a Vice President at a large, national mortgage banking company. He has also enjoyed stops at an agency lender and a prominent, DC multifamily developer and operator. Mr. Bieber earned his bachelor's degree at the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

  Tim Taylor

  Tim Taylor is head of Special Situations within the Commercial Division of Ten-X. Special Situations targets special servicers, CRE bankruptcy practitioners and impaired CMBS borrowers. Mr. Taylor’s client base also includes a select group on institutional CRE firms. Prior to joining Ten-X, Mr. Taylor was a Managing Director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE), the real estate finance arm of Cantor Fitzgerald in New York. Mr. Taylor led the high yield/mezzanine real estate pricing and placement effort for CCRE in addition to the placement of any non-securitized mortgage debt. In 2015, Mr. Taylor and team were responsible for more than $900 million in private placements. Mr. Taylor’s previous employers included Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending where he was responsible for the sale of more than $6 billion of high yield debt, Capital Trust, a New York mortgage REIT now owned by The Blackstone Group, and Banc of America Securities. Mr. Taylor receive his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina as well where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar, the oldest merit based scholarship program in the United States. Mr. Taylor is a member of the Board of Trustees of Explore Schools, a network of charter schools in central Brooklyn serving more than 1,800 students. His professional affiliations include the CREFC, ICSC, NAIOP and ULI.
