Quintain is the developer behind the transformation of Wembley Park, which it acquired in 2002. The 85-acre site is London’s globally renowned entertainment district, now transformed into a 365-day neighbourhood that includes The SSE Arena Wembley, London Designer Outlet, the Hilton Hotel, Premier Inn, Boxpark Wembley, Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, Amazon Fresh, independent shops, exceptional office space, acres of pedestrianised public realm and over 4,700 homes.

When completed, Wembley Park will be home to the largest single site of Build to Rent in the UK with over 6,000 homes managed by leading BtR operator Quintain Living by 2027. With studios to four-bed apartments currently across nine developments, Quintain Living’s pet-friendly homes offer unique, lifestyle-led amenity spaces including cinema rooms, roof-top gardens, libraries, work-from-home sheds, a private club house and climbing wall plus 24-hour resident support.

Parking Information:

PARKING

Parking is available at the Wembley Gold Car Park, next to the venue, just past the loading bay. This has a height of 2m and up to 24 hour continuous parking is available at the discounted daily rate of £15. Tickets will need to be validated at reception upon exit for the discounted rate.

 

For larger vehicles, there is Pink Car Park available near the hotel at HA9 0HX. For vehicles over 2.1m in height there is parking on the ground level.
