226 Causeway Street is the office component of the building owned by Invesco and managed by Colliers International New England, Inc. 234 Causeway Street is the residential component of the building owned under separate ownership and managed by third party residential manager. 226-234 Causeway Street consists of a 12-story “brick & beam” mixed use building located in Boston’s North Station neighborhood. The building was originally constructed in 1906 and was known as the Stop N’ Shop Bakery Building a.k.a the Sunshine Biscuit Company building. The building underwent a complete renovation in 2002 that converted the building into modern office space and luxury condominiums while preserving the historical character of an early 1900s vintage building. The redevelopment included the addition of six stories of residential space above the office/retail component. |
