  Daniel is responsible for leading all capital market activities at CC&F. This includes securing capital for new and existing real estate projects and negotiating joint venture, operating, and loan agreements with investors and lenders. Additionally, Daniel helps identify, underwrite and close potential development and acquisition projects and provides on-going investment analysis for properties within the firm’s portfolio. In complement to these responsibilities, Daniel provides debt placement services through his affiliate AIP Investments, Inc. (www.aip-investments.com). Prior to CC&F, Daniel was a Founding Partner of Andean Investment Partners, a real estate firm focused on investments and developments in Lima, Peru. Prior to Andean, Daniel worked in acquisitions and asset management at Taurus Investment Holdings, an international private equity real estate firm headquartered in Boston. Daniel received a B.A. from Colgate University and is currently an M.B.A. candidate at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  Danielle Gonzalez

  Danielle Gonzalez concentrates on commercial real estate law. She represents national and local clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail centers, office buildings, industrial parks, multi-family residential properties, self-storage centers, parking facilities, and raw-land developments throughout the United States. Danielle possesses vast experience advising on commercial leasing, and represents both landlords and tenants on leases covering all real estate asset classes. She represents sellers and purchasers with the acquisition and disposition of numerous types of real property. She counsels borrowers in connection with secured financings, including acquisition loans, refinances and defeasances. Danielle also has experience counseling retail clients on the development of shopping center pads for brand-specific uses, including the negotiation of ground leases, CC&Rs, easements and design guidelines. She also has experience with acquiring, developing and financing self-storage centers. Finally, she counsels owners and managers in the negotiation of property management, as well as parking facility, agreements.

  President Jordan Warshaw is a 25-year industry veteran. He began his career as a real estate and zoning attorney and spent the next 15 years working at Boston real estate firms The Druker Company and The Davis Companies prior to founding Noannet in 2011. Mr. Warshaw is a current or past board member of The Winsor School, Boston Center for the Arts, Stop Handgun Violence, Topf Center for Dance Education, Voice of Reason and Westwood Girls’ Softball, is the Chair of Winsor’s Facilities Committee, a member of the Roxbury Latin Alumni Leadership Giving Council, and has coached more youth soccer, softball and baseball teams than he can count. He is a member of various real estate-related professional organizations, and has been a speaker on multiple occasions for NAIOP, REFA and Bisnow. Mr. Warshaw is a graduate of The Roxbury Latin School, Yale University, and the University of Virginia School of Law. While not in the office, he can usually be found either on the sidelines of one of his three children’s games, mountain biking through Noannet Woodlands with his faithful golden retriever Lollipop, hiking around Noannet Pond with his wife Nicole, or banging away on his drum kit.

  Ms. Silk is a Development Partner with more than 20 years of planning and real estate experience.  As a Development Partner for Jefferson Apartment Group, her responsibilities include sourcing, permitting and executing all residential development projects in the Boston market.  Most recently, she led the development team for the an assemblage of properties in Malden Center, currently under construction to be redeveloped into over 500,000 sf of mixed use retail, residential and office space. She previously acted as Director of Development for Federal Realty Investments Trust’s Assembly Row project in Somerville and has worked in multifamily development for JPI and Archstone and for Harbor Properties in Seattle. She also has experience in historic resource and recreational planning for the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (when it was known as the Department of Environmental Management).  To date, Ms. Silk has been directly involved in the development and construction of more than 1500 multifamily units in the Boston area including Archstone Boston Common and Archstone (now Avalon) North Point as well as Jefferson at Admiral’s Hill, Chelsea and Arlington 360 in Arlington.  She currently oversees more than 500 units in development and has experience with permitting and developing projects in multiple jurisdictions including Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and Malden. She earned a Masters in Urban Planning and a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Washington in Seattle and received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Public Policy from Boston University.

  Mr. Bigby joined Trinity Financial in 2001 and is the Managing Director of Development for the company. He has a wealth of experience in multi-family housing development. During Mr. Bigby’s tenure at Trinity he has overseen the development of more than 1,500 units of housing.   Eric Robinson, AIA, LEED AP is the Principal and Co-Founder of RODE Architects, a Boston-based architecture and design firm. He has more than two decades of experience designing projects that seek to strengthen communities while enhancing the built environment. Eric founded RODE Architects with Kevin Deabler in 2005, and he brings to the firm an integrated, design-oriented focus. Eric’s dynamic approach to design has enabled the firm to flex its capabilities in an array of project types including residential, institutional, industrial, urban planning, and hospitality. RODE’s residential portfolio is grounded in the tenet that well-designed housing should be available to everyone and includes many affordable housing projects in Boston and the surrounding areas. Eric is currently leading the design of two seminal affordable housing buildings. 3368 Washington Street, in collaboration with The Community Builders and Pine Street Inn, will include 140 support housing units dedicated to housing the formerly homeless population along with 62 low/mod income-restricted units. Additionally, he is leading the design process for 52 New Street, the first project to be approved under the City of Cambridge’s new Affordable Housing Overlay zoning. This project will blend affordability with sustainability, including 106 deeply affordable family-oriented units that will seek certification under the Passive House International standard.

  Dan has almost 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, first with Liberty Mutual and then Poulos Insurance. He spent his first four years with Poulos Insurance as a top producer and earned a partnership in the firm in 2011. He assisted in starting the first BNI Chapter in Chittenden County, where he spent 12 years in various leadership positions and was BNI Vermont’s Member of the Year in 2014. After NFP acquired Poulos in 2014, Dan took on more operational responsibilities and managed the sales team for the New England market. In May of 2019, he was promoted to his current role as senior vice president, where he manages the entire P&C Sales team for the Northeast Region, cultivating a productive and lively sales culture. Dan is also heavily involved in the insurance industry and his local community. He is a past president of the board of directors of the Vermont Insurance Agents Association, serving on the board since 2016, and he assisted in forming the first Young Agents Committee in 2014. Dan also serves on the Board of CSB Youth Hockey, Shelburne Little League and formerly the Vermont Builders and Remodelers Association. Dan enjoys spending time with his family doing almost anything outside and coaching his two sons in a variety of sports.
