President Jordan Warshaw is a 25-year industry veteran. He began his career as a real estate and zoning attorney and spent the next 15 years working at Boston real estate firms The Druker Company and The Davis Companies prior to founding Noannet in 2011. Mr. Warshaw is a current or past board member of The Winsor School, Boston Center for the Arts, Stop Handgun Violence, Topf Center for Dance Education, Voice of Reason and Westwood Girls’ Softball, is the Chair of Winsor’s Facilities Committee, a member of the Roxbury Latin Alumni Leadership Giving Council, and has coached more youth soccer, softball and baseball teams than he can count. He is a member of various real estate-related professional organizations, and has been a speaker on multiple occasions for NAIOP, REFA and Bisnow. Mr. Warshaw is a graduate of The Roxbury Latin School, Yale University, and the University of Virginia School of Law. While not in the office, he can usually be found either on the sidelines of one of his three children’s games, mountain biking through Noannet Woodlands with his faithful golden retriever Lollipop, hiking around Noannet Pond with his wife Nicole, or banging away on his drum kit.

Julie P. Livingstone is a Senior Development Manager at The HYM Investment Group, LLC, a real estate and development company based in downtown Boston. She is responsible for overseeing more than $500M of development work in the city. Julie is committed to creating dynamic places where people can thrive in their communities, build meaningful careers, and raise healthy families. Since 2013, Julie has worked on Bulfinch Crossing, a complete transformation of the Government Center Garage, which at full build out will include 2.9 million SF of development including six new buildings. She currently manages development of The Sudbury, the first tower at Bulfinch Crossing, which consists of 368 luxury apartment units and 55 sophisticated for-sale condominium units. Julie has a B.S. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from M.I.T. and a Master’s in Public Policy and Urban Planning from the Harvard Kennedy School. Julie was recognized by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as the 2019 Emerging Executive Pinnacle Award Recipient and currently sits on the Chamber’s Women’s Network Advisory Board. She is a member, and former Advisory Board member, of the Eli J. and Phyllis N. Segal Citizen Leadership Program, serves on the Board of the Commonwealth Children’s Center, and previously served as a Board member of the Massachusetts Service Alliance. Julie, her husband, and two sons live in Boston.

Jonathan co-founded Cain International in 2014 and has since built it into a privately held real estate investment firm with $5.8 billion of debt and equity transactions in Europe and the United States. Under his leadership, Cain International was named Property Week’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017. Prior to Cain International, Jonathan was Head of European Real Estate and Direct Investments at Guggenheim Partners, the global investment and advisory firm. He previously served for seven years as Deputy Chief Executive of Heron International, where he led substantial real estate transactions in the UK and Europe and played a central role in Rontec’s 2011 acquisition of 500 Total petrol stations and the majority of its downstream business in the UK. Prior to Heron, Jonathan worked at Olswang LLP, an award-winning international law firm. He became a partner at age 28 and one of the youngest ever chief executive of a city law firm at age 32. Under his stewardship, the firm’s turnover grew significantly and it was awarded ‘Law Firm of the Year’ on multiple occasions. During that time, the firm also expanded operations into Belgium and Germany and entered into a global alliance with Greenberg Traurig. Jonathan currently serves as the Chair of the Jewish Leadership Council, the umbrella organisation of the UK Jewish community. He is also the Chair of the Trust of the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth, a trustee of The Gerald & Gail Ronson Family Foundation and an Honorary President of Camp Simcha. He previously served as the Chair of Partnerships for Jewish Schools (PaJeS), the Vice-Chair of Jewish Care and Chair of Governors of Kerem School in Hampstead Garden Suburb. Jonathan holds a law degree from the University of Manchester and qualified as a solicitor in 1988.

Mr. Weissman has been selling homes for more than 20-years and oversees Advisors Living – the largest brokerage agency of new home construction in Massachusetts, with new project sales at approximately $1.8 Billion (pre-covid). Alongside Janice Dumont, CEO of Advisors Living, Jason Weissman exclusively represents new developments from Fall River to Newburyport and into the Boston’s core including – The Mark in East Boston; 100 Shawmut in South Boston – both for the Davis Companies; Pier4 on the Waterfront for Tishman Speyer; and 88 Wareham in SoWa for Cresset Development – just to name a few.
