  Wendy Gettleman

  Wendy Gettleman is currently employed at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts as Vice President of Facilities Management and Real Estate. In this role, Wendy has oversight of Facilities Operations; Planning, Design and Construction; Real Estate & Energy Management; General Services including Parking & Transportation; Telecom, Conference Services and Food Services. Wendy guides the Facilities agenda including major capital construction and renovations (FY19: $450M in active projects), continuity of plant operations for all DFCI sites (2.7M square feet) and master facility space planning efforts. In her prior position as Senior Director of Planning, Design & Construction, Wendy directed design and construction of 25-35 annual capital projects with combined capital budgets of over $130 Million with a team focused on lean design principles, safe construction and fiscal responsibility. Wendy joined Dana-Farber in 2005 as Senior Project Manager then as Director of Project Management for the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care. In those roles, Wendy led the project team from design through construction and occupancy in January 2011, bringing in the $330Million project under budget and ahead of schedule. In this position, she has become a leading expert in facilitating patient and family input into design, presenting this topic at the 3rd International Conference on Patient- and Family-Centered Care. In addition, the Yawkey Center Project earned gold LEED status and has received numerous project management awards. Wendy began her major construction project management career at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2001 as Senior Project Manager with a $136 Million hospital expansion project, again achieving project completion on schedule and on budget. Prior to that, Wendy was employed for 10 years with Sodexo’s Healthcare Division in operations management and division leadership positions.

  With over 35 years of experience in construction management, architecture and real estate development, Shawn Seaman brings an impressive scale of knowledge for the healthcare construction market in the Greater Boston area. As Wise’s Chief Operating Officer, he is in charge of developing project teams and enhancing operational processes through his hands-on management style, demonstrated leadership abilities, and advocacy of strong team collaboration. Before joining the Wise team, Shawn served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Fallon Company, LLC, where he was responsible for daily operations and management of over $1.5 billion of development projects. In addition to leading teams of senior construction executives across the east coast, he focused on corporate growth strategy and led initiatives to enhance operational processes and infrastructure. Prior to Fallon, Shawn served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Suffolk Construction’s Healthcare and Science & Technology Divisions. The construction firm’s Healthcare and Science & Technology sectors expanded greatly during his 18-year tenure. Over the course of his career, Shawn has overseen more than seven million square feet of construction for top industry clients such as Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, UMass Medical School, Boston Medical Center, Tufts Medical Center, BioMed Realty and Broad Institute. Shawn received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and is a licensed architect.

  Michael Greeley is a Managing Director with Newmark's Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston, overseeing the team’s medical office building sales platform. Focused on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and Medical-Academic clusters, Mike specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant representation, agency leasing and acquisition/disposition services on both a local and national level.   Charlie Zanazzi joined HarborOne in 2016 and currently is RVP responsible for Boston Commercial lending and Specialty Lending in New England. The team is now comprised of 10 professionals coordinating all bank and commercial needs of the client through one channel. Charlie joined BayBank (a predecessor bank to Bank of America) in 1986 after initially working for Deloitte, where he became a Team Leader for Healthcare, Education and Non-for-profit lending. He later worked at Sovereign Bank as an SVP in the Professionals Lending and 7 years as Professionals Services Lender at TD Wealth Management in Boston. A Babson MBA and graduate of College of the Holy Cross. Charlie currently resides in Andover with his wife, they have three children who all reside in the New England area.   Kristi has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry. She has diverse project experience in the master planning and project management of mixed-use and residential developments, retail and entertainment facilities, academic buildings, and healthcare facilities for private and public sector clients. These diverse projects have included new construction, renovation, and historic rehabilitation.   Josh is a project executive and Northeast leader for the Healthcare Core Market at DPR Construction, one of the top technical builders and the #2 ranked healthcare builder in the U.S. (Modern Healthcare 2021). With 22 years of industry experience, Josh has built ground-up healthcare facilities and complex occupied hospital renovations for industry leaders such as Baystate Medical Center, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Elliot Hospital, and Newport Hospital. Currently, he serves as project executive on DPR’s largest healthcare project in the Boston area. Josh’s leadership improves efficiency, quality, and safety on every project through methods such as integrated project delivery (IPD), prefabrication, pull planning, virtual design and construction (VDC), and target value design (TVD). This forward-thinking has led to the successful execution of over $800M and $1.7 Million SF of healthcare projects on occupied medical campuses throughout New England. Josh is a member of NEHES and has collaborated with the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) for over 10 years in addition to helping form the Southern New England LCI Community of Practice. He volunteers at Northeastern University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and UMass giving lectures to students in the construction, architecture, and civil engineering programs. He holds a Masters in Finance and Real Estate Investment from Bentley University and a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.
