  Cappy is responsible for maximizing value within TDC’s real estate portfolio. She serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TDC, she had 20 years of experience in investment sales and leasing of commercial real estate. Most recently, Cappy was the Managing Director in charge of the Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly Spaulding & Slye) Boston Capital Markets Group. During her tenure there, she and her team completed over $7 billion in investment sales and advisory assignments. Prior to this, Cappy was a leasing broker for eight years. Cappy is a member of the GBREB, PREA, NAIOP, NEWIRE and ULI. In 2010 and 2011, she was Co-Chair of the NAIOP Programming Committee and served on the NAIOP Executive Committee. In 2008 and 2009, Cappy was a Co-Chair of the United Way of Boston’s Real Estate Fundraising Campaign. Other board experience includes REFA Board Member from 2003 to 2006 and NEWIRE Steering Committee member from 1997 to 2000. Cappy has received numerous awards including Boston’s “Top 10” Real Estate Professionals by Women’s Business Boston in 2009; CoStar’s Power Broker Award in 2007; Boston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” Award in 2003; Boston Magazine’s list of Greater Boston’s “100 Most Influential Women” in 2003; repeat recipient of GBREB’s “Top 5” Investment Sales Person Award and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Award; Forum’s Real Estate Power Broker Award in 2006 and 2008; and Banker & Tradesman’s “Women of FIRE” Award in 2012.   Marci Griffith Loeber

  As Managing Principal of Griffith Properties, Marci oversees all of the firm’s activities including fundraising, investments and executing the strategies for Griffith Properties Funds. She brings 32 years of experience in principal investing, disposition, valuation and brokerage involving over 525 transactions representing $26 billion of assets. Since 2010, Marci has been operating Griffith Properties as a Women-owned enterprise. From 1993 to 2009 Marci was an investment sales broker, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield and formerly with Fallon Hines & O’Connor/Trammell Crow Company. In the course of her 18-year Brokerage career Marci closed over 500 investment sales transactions totaling in excess of $25.0 billion and was named by Real Estate Forum as one of the country’s “Superstar” investment sales brokers in three consecutive years. While a Principal at TCC, Marci was ranked among the Top 3 Producers nationwide from 1998 through 2000. She was member of the team recognized by the GBREB’s Commercial Leasing and Investment Committee for closing “The Investment Sales Deal of the Year” multiple times: 1994 (for the $64.6 million Latham Farms Power Center sale in Albany, NY); 1995 (for the $163 million sale of Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham, MA); 1996 (for the $91 million Druker 1031 Exchange in Boston); 1999 (for the $403 million MGI New England Portfolios) and 2006 (for the $600 million Technology Square transaction).   Mike Eardley is Director of Energy & Sustainability at EBI Consulting, managing EBI’s nationwide engineering team. He has 20 years of experience in energy consulting, building commissioning, and high performance facilities. His contributions to the industry have included serving as President of the Northeast Chapter of the Building Commissioning Association, President of the Building Commissioning Certification Board, Board Officer of the U.S. Green Building Council’s New Hampshire Chapter, and Program’s Chair for a national technical committee of ASHRAE. Aside from work, Mike enjoys the challenges of coaching the baseball and football teams for his two sons.

  Torin Taylor

  Torin Taylor joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2015 and serves as an executive managing director in the Boston office, where he specializes in the representation of both landlords and tenants in strategic real estate decisions. Mr. Taylor focuses on sale and lease transactions involving suburban office and industrial properties. He also represents tenants with the leasing of suburban Boston properties and assists them with their national and global real estate needs. Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Taylor worked in the Boston office of Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as an executive director. One of the firm's Top 20 Industrial Brokers Worldwide, he served as an adviser to Boston-area companies, real estate investors and owners on all aspects of commercial real estate. He previously worked as a director of leasing at Insignia/ESG (now a part of CBRE) and Grubb & Ellis (now a part of Newmark Knight Frank). Mr. Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College's Olin School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and economics from Colby College.   Land use planning, commercial real estate law, and environmental law are the focus of Bob’s practice. He is recognized for his experience in developing comprehensive zoning initiatives for mixed-use development projects and his expertise in environmental issues, including wetlands and Brownfield sites. His work on several projects has been cited by Massachusetts officials as examples of creative and responsive zoning. Bob’s projects have been featured in local and national publications, including The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, and The Wall Street Journal.   Lauren Jezienicki is responsible for identifying development opportunities and overseeing the company’s New England development pipeline of nearly two million square feet. Prior to joining Bozzuto, Lauren worked at The JBG Companies in Chevy Chase, Maryland, where she served as a Vice President of Development and was responsible for the underwriting, design, entitlement, construction, and delivery of nearly one million square feet of urban multifamily projects. Prior to working at The JBG Companies, Lauren was an Assistant Development Manager at The Shooshan Company in Arlington, Virginia on the Liberty Center project, a one million square foot mixed-use project in the Ballston neighborhood. Lauren graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s in business administration and Columbia University with a master’s in business administration. She is an active member of NAIOP Massachusetts and the Urban Land Institute. Lauren also serves on as an Executive Committee Board Member of the Design Museum Foundation.

  Dave Walker is Keolis Commuter Services’ Director of Revenue and Marketing, building the MBTA commuter rail networks first comprehensive marketing program from the ground up. The commuter rail network is one of only a few transit networks in the United States that can boast increasing ridership. Dave was previously Head of Revenue and Ticketing at Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) where he led the push to expand the ability of the stored-value “Oyster Card” for use at Gatwick airport, the second busiest airport by passenger volume in the UK. Prior to this, Dave lead an initiative to make significant changes to timetables for Southern Railway, helping to increase capacity on peak times by 14 percent.

  William Lyons

  Bill Lyons founded the Fort Hill Companies LLC in 2008. Prior to 2008, he was the President and a founding partner of Traffic Solutions LLC, where he was the transportation lead for the Westwood Station project. He has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and is a highly respected executive, entrepreneur, and thought leader. As a planner, engineer, and attorney, his experience includes infrastructure projects with a national and international perspective, having served clients globally and throughout the United States. He has served in a professional capacity with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and as the Traffic Director for the City of Somerville. Recently, Bill has focused on incorporating shared, electric, and autonomous mobility strategies into land development projects. Applying demographic trends in urban and suburban markets, he has developed creative mobility strategies for residential and commercial developments. Bill holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, a Master of Strategic Studies from the Army War College, a Master of Transportation and Urban Systems from North Dakota State University, a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University. He is professional engineer, a licensed attorney, and a licensed real estate broker. He is also a certified transportation planner and an Envision Sustainability Professional.
