Ms. Ryan is an astute and experienced developer having managed development projects totaling over $400mm in housing, medical offices, schools and theaters over the course of her career. She was previously Director of the Northwest Division of Jonathan Rose Companies, directing the firm’s acquisition, development and consulting activities on the west coast, and managing their west coast portfolio. Kristin has provided development advisory services to many non-profit and governmental agencies seeking to use multi-layered financing approaches to implement their projects. She specializes in implementing complex projects that serve communities with great places to live and work.

  Walsh Construction Co. is a leader in affordable multifamily construction throughout the Pacific Northwest, having constructed over 57,000 affordable homes in our 63-year history. Elizabeth is General Manager of Walsh’s Washington region, overseeing over 100 employees and the operations of the Seattle and Tacoma offices. She has worked at Walsh for over 19 years, coming up through the ranks after starting as a project engineer and project manager, before stepping into the general manager role in 2018. Elizabeth has overseen numerous affordable housing projects throughout the Puget Sound for over 20 nonprofit clients, with steady, thoughtful, collaborative leadership. She is also a Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Housing Development Consortium, where she works with owners, designers, funders and policy makers to advocate for more resources to support increased production of housing in King County. She holds a BS in Urban Planning and Environmental Design from Ball State University and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington.

  Kaitlin is involved in all facets of development with a focus on entitlement, feasibility, financial analysis, design, and the overall management of the development process from site acquisition through completion. She directs the project team, coordinates with lenders and city officials, reports to investors, and works closely with the construction team as the owner’s representative.   As President, Daniel oversees Nitze-Stagen’s integrated real estate investment and portfolio management activities, with a particular emphasis on deal sourcing, investment analysis and development oversight. Previous to Nitze-Stagen, Daniel worked as an early stage technology investor at Voyager Capital and as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and two young children.   Chris is the Senior VP, Development Sourcing at The Wolff Company. He is responsible for site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design and development of multifamily and senior housing assets in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. With more than 10 years experience in the multi-family industry, Chris has been involved in the development of more than $1 Billion of multi-family assets. He received his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Washington, where he also completed the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, NMHC and is a past board member of the Seattle Architecture Foundation.

  Mr. Guincher is the president of Continental Properties LLC (“CP”), with over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry, and has directed the development of over 3,800 multifamily units over the past twenty-five years in the Puget Sound region. CP has developed the highest quality apartments and condominiums in the Seattle area, setting numerous price per unit and absorption records for the region.   Kim Etherton is a Vice President with Umpqua Bank. She joined Umpqua seven years ago after working twelve years at US Bank. As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Seattle Commercial Real Estate Office, Kim manages a portfolio of over $600 million in commitments on both construction and term loans.
