  Mr. Pace is co-founder and Vice-Chairman of Pacific Urban Investors, a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap Companies. Prior to joining Related, Mr. Simsik served eight years as a United States Army Aviation Caption and Chinook helicopter pilot with multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Simsik holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
