Previously at Brookfield, Cutter oversaw the development of the 650,000 sq. ft. 415 Natoma Street office building at the 5M Project and the 1.8M sq. ft. of commercial office/ life sciences components at the Pier 70 Project. Prior to joining Brookfield, Cutter worked in commercial office leasing in San Francisco in which he helped negotiate over 2MM sq. ft. of office leases on behalf of institutional owners and notable technology tenants. He holds a master of real estate development from the University of Southern California and received a BA from the University of San Francisco.   Andrew Kawahara is co-founder and Principal of KASA Partners. KASA Partners is a full-service real estate development company focused on residential and office mixed-use projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Andrew’s experience in development, corporate real estate, architecture, and urban planning spans over 25 years. As a developer, Andrew has been involved in some of the most complex real estate projects and transactions in the Bay Area. His experience includes entitlements, community and stakeholder outreach, capital formation, design, construction management and stabilizing operations.   John Santry

  John Santry is the Senior Vice President, California and leads the Costa Mesa office within Ledcor Development LP. He has over 25 years of real estate investment experience and his depth of experience includes all facets of real estate development and acquisition including site selection, due diligence, market research analysis, contract negotiation, financial modeling and development analysis, as well as project entitlement, design consultant team management and project financing. His expertise also includes construction oversight, property management oversight, asset management, and property dispositions. Prior to joining Ledcor Development in February 2020, Mr. Santry served as an executive vice president for Shopoff Realty Investments from 2013 to 2020. Mr. Santry was a principal with Santry Development LLC, a company he founded in 2009, where he pursued acquisition and development opportunities, as well as assisted a variety of clients with real estate consulting needs and development project management. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Santry was vice president of the apartment division for Intracorp, where he created the apartment development and acquisition platform for Intracorp’s Southern California office. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Santry served as the regional partner for JLB Partners, establishing the Southern California office, which was one of seven regional offices. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Santry was a regional vice president and development partner with Legacy Partners. Before moving to Southern California in 2003, Mr. Santry resided in Dallas, Texas and was the regional development manager for JPI Development’s Texas region. Mr. Santry has participated at various professional levels in the acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, lease-up and disposition of approximately 19,000 residential units in Texas, Colorado, New Jersey, Bay Area, and Southern California. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Santry served four years on active duty as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps and achieved the rank of Captain.   Scott Heimes is the Chief Revenue Officer for NINE dot ARTS, a Denver-based art consulting and curation firm that helps real estate developers, architects, and designers create one-of-a-kind places by curating art from local and emerging artists. Heimes also sits on the Board of Directors for mPulse Mobile, a health engagement technology company based in Los Angeles. Heimes has been a 4-time CMO, helping create billions of dollars of enterprise value over his career. Previously, Heimes was the CMO at the business texting software and API provider Zipwhip, where he helped grow the company from $25M to $185M in ARR and was acquired by Twilio for $850M. Prior to that, Heimes was the CMO at the email API company SendGrid, where he helped grow the company from $20M to $145M and drive a successful IPO in 2019. SendGrid was acquired by Twilio in 2020 for $2B. Heimes was the CMO at ecommerce platform provider Digital River when it was sold to private equity firm Siris Capital for $840M in 2015, and prior to that he was CMO at digital health management company WebMD Health Services where he helped grow the company to over $100M in ARR. Prior to joining WebMD, Heimes was the SVP of Consumer Solutions for OptumHealth, a $5B health management and well-being services company that was one of six operating companies within UnitedHealth Group. Previously, Heimes was SVP of Marketing & E-commerce for the Enterprise Services Division of UnitedHealth Group (composed of OptumHealth, Ingenix and Prescription Solutions businesses) and Vice President of Marketing & E-commerce for Ingenix. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Heimes was Group Manager of Interactive Marketing for Target Corporation, where he oversaw the marketing planning and strategy for Target’s interactive marketing and innovation efforts, including Target.com and 35 other Target-branded web experiences.   A name partner of the firm, Anton N. Natsis is Chair of Allen Matkins’ Real Estate Department and is one of the top real estate attorneys in the United States. His practice focuses on development, leasing, purchase and sale, and portfolio investment sales transactions involving office, retail, and industrial projects, as well as arbitrating numerous fair market value disputes, CAM disputes and other significant landlord/tenant disputes.   With more than 15 years of real estate experience, William Lu serves as senior vice president and market officer for CA’s industrial division. In his role, William is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of the division’s growth across the West through deal pipeline generation and market strategy creation. Prior to joining CA, William served as senior vice president for CenterPoint Properties, where he was responsible the development department across the West including the Greater Los Angeles, Oakland and Seattle markets. There, William was responsible for setting strategic goals for the western United States region, recruiting and managing a regional team, ensuring execution of corporate goals, working with the investments team on acquiring stabilized assets, sourcing development sites and serving as the primary point of contact for brokers and tenant for development projects.   Delphine Prévost

  Delphine Prévost joined the Port of Oakland in 1997 as a project manager for the Port’s Environmental Division, managing the Port’s dredging program and the redevelopment of the 400-acre former Oakland Naval Supply Center. Ms. Prévost then went on to work in both the private and non-profit sectors on a variety of Bay-Delta resource and real estate development projects. In 2007, she returned to the Port of Oakland as a senior project manager in the Maritime Division of the Port, responsible for managing a number of infrastructure projects. Ms. Prévost is currently Manager of Administration and Finance Services for the Port’s Maritime Division. Her areas of responsibility include marine and rail terminal leasing, management of rates and charges, implementation of select infrastructure projects, and various programmatic initiatives.
