  Brad Wiblin

  Since joining BRIDGE in 1994, Mr. Wiblin has completed the development of over 2,000 units of affordable and market-rate housing in San Jose, Irvine, Carlsbad, San Marcos and San Diego. In 1998 he opened BRIDGE’s San Diego office, establishing a solid foundation for BRIDGE’s expanded presence in Southern California. Currently based in San Francisco, he leads the company’s Business Development Group, which sources and acts on development and acquisition opportunities and positions BRIDGE to enter new markets. Prior to BRIDGE, Mr. Wiblin was a land planner and urban designer primarily responsible for the design elements of residential and mixed-use communities. He is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Residential Real Estate Committee of the University of San Diego. He has a B.S. in Design from Arizona State University and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley.

  Guy joined Cahill in 1992 as a Project Engineer and now serves as Executive Vice President. Guy has more than 30 years of deep experience in both preconstruction and construction, which he lends to support all Cahill projects. Guy led the development and redevelopment of thousands of units of affordable, market rate, and senior housing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked with various developers, non-profit housing organizations, and private clients. Guy also brings knowledge and experience working on theaters, schools, commercial, and hospitality projects. Some of his more recent projects include the renovation and expansion of KQED Studios and Headquarters, construction of market rate and affordable housing at Transbay Blocks 6 & 7 (599 Units) and the first phase of the Hope SF Potrero Hill Redevelopment at Block X (72 units).

  Sean Rawson

  Sean Rawson is a recognized leader in the multifamily development and investment industry. An expert in affordable housing, Rawson has a deep understanding of tax credit financing and housing policy. Rawson is an expert in working with local governments to create a diversity of housing types to meet their public policy goals. Since forming Waterford with John Drachman in 2015, Rawson has acquired and developed nearly 6,000 residential units in California totaling approximately $3.5 billion. In 2021, Rawson led Waterford to be the largest owner and operator of Essential Housing units in the State of California with over 4,000 units. Prior to forming Waterford Property Company and its predecessor companies, Rawson was the Southern California President for St. Anton Partners, a leading privately-owned multifamily development company where he led the firm’s expansion into Southern California. Prior to his time working in the multifamily development industry, Rawson began his career with The Concord Group, a national economic market advisory firm, where he conducted market and financial feasibility analysis for homebuilders, developers, private equity groups and lenders. Rawson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont Mckenna College in Government, Economics and History where he graduated with honors. While at Claremont McKenna College, Rawson was a four-year letterman on the men’s varsity basketball team. He also earned an MBA from the University of California, Irvine Merage School of Business with a concentration in real estate finance where he has been a guest lecturer and is on the Board for the UCI Center for Real Estate. Mr. Rawson is an avid sports enthusiast, runner and summited Mt. Kilimanjaro. Mr. Rawson is a resident of Long Beach, CA with his wife and three children where he is very civically engaged.

  Chris Collins

  Chris Collins is the co-founder of Urban Pacific Development, LLC. Over the course of his 25-year professional career, Mr. Collins has contributed to the acquisition, design, development, construction, leasing, asset management, and sale of more than 150 projects. These projects represent more than 15 million square feet of real estate, which include mixed-use, office, industrial, residential, and retail properties. Highlights of his career include One Rincon Hill in San Francisco, where he was Project Director for the developer and owner, with responsibility for all aspects of the development. Prior to One Rincon Hill, Mr. Collins worked for the San Francisco real estate firm Ellis Partners, where he was involved in a variety of projects including the design, entitlement, and project management for the $350 million mixed-use development at Jack London Square in Oakland. Prior to Ellis Partners, Mr. Collins worked for Hines, one of the largest private real estate firms in the world, where he managed a variety of high-profile development projects including the $200 million JP Morgan Chase Tower in San Francisco and a 300,000-square-foot mixed-use component of Petco Park in San Diego. Mr. Collins was additionally responsible for design and construction activities at Hines-owned and managed assets in Northern California, which at the time represented more than 10 million square feet of office space. Mr. Collins is a graduate of Columbia University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.   Jack Sylvan is founder and principal of SDG, LLC, a San Francisco-based investment, development and advisory company delivering exceptional value to investors, partners and clients on complex and innovative mixed-use development opportunities. Jack has 25+ years of real estate investment and development experience on transformational, multi-phase, extremely complex mixed-use real estate projects in the San Francisco Bay Area leading acquisition, entitlement, negotiation of complex transactional and public-private partnership agreements and development activities. The projects represent more than 16 million square feet of mixed-use, commercial office, life science/biotech, multifamily, retail, historic rehabilitation, arts and community space, and hundreds of acres of parks, streets and infrastructure. Prior to forming SDG, Jack served as Senior Vice President of Development for Forest City Realty Trust and Brookfield Properties where he built and led the local development team responsible for all aspects of entitlement and development of three of San Francisco’s largest redevelopment projects -- Pier 70, 5M and Stonestown Galleria -- representing 8 million square feet of residential and commercial space. Prior to this, Jack spent 8 years in the San Francisco Mayor’s Office overseeing large public-private real estate development projects including leading the planning and negotiation process for the approximately 8 million-square-foot Treasure Island redevelopment project, where he successfully negotiated agreements with the private development partner, an affordable housing consortium, and the historic agreement with the U.S. Navy for the transfer of the property. Early in his career, he spent time with CB Richard Ellis/Sedway Group providing real estate consulting and financial analysis to private and public clients.

  Paul J. Niewiadomski is a Partner in Lubin Olson’s Real Estate and Finance Groups. He has represented clients in hundreds of multifamily acquisitions, dispositions and financings, as well as the formation of numerous joint ventures to acquire and develop multifamily/residential assets. He has experience with market, rent controlled, senior and affordable housing.   Mike Kim serves as Senior Managing Director of Mill Creek’s Northern California office, where he leads the development activities in the San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, and Silicon Valley metro regions. During his 24-year real estate career, he has been involved in the development and construction of multifamily mixed-use communities, and commercial developments with aggregate values in excess of $2.2 billion in the NCAL and PNW markets. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Kim served as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at SIMEON Properties where he led the firm’s multifamily and commercial development activities. He began his real estate career in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was involved in complex urban developments across various typologies including high-rise, horizontal and vertical mixed-use, master plans, and commercial developments. Prior to his career in real estate development, Mr. Kim served the nation for seven years as a Naval Officer leading maritime missions and expeditions in all major theaters of operation. Mr. Kim holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis.   A 20 year veteran of the solar energy industry, Sean Doak has overseen the development and integration of hundreds of megawatts of commercial and residential solar projects nationwide. He’s managed sales divisions for some of the industry’s most successful solar companies, including two Fortune 500 firms (Mitsui and Direct Energy), and now leads SunPower’s multifamily new construction division. In each of his roles, Sean has been an integral part of the senior leadership teams, and always brings a strong passion for building professional sales teams dedicated to the long-term growth of solar and energy infrastructure.
