  Brad Maples is the Market Leader and Managing Director for TCC's Austin office, which develops throughout Central Texas. Brad is responsible for the execution of all development and acquisition projects, the sourcing of new business pursuits, and oversees the finance and overall day-to-day operations of the office. Maples joined TCC in 2005 as a development manager, transitioned to a Senior Associate role in 2011, was promoted to Principal in 2017 and became Managing Director and Market Leader in 2020. Since 2011, Brad has been directly involved in every completed and in-process project in the Austin office, totaling 12 million square feet of developments valued at more than $5 billion. During his career, Brad has been responsible for every aspect of the development process on projects spanning multiple product types, including office, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use developments throughout Central Texas. Maples is a board member for The Trail Foundation and the Downtown Austin Alliance. He also serves as a member for the Real Estate Council of Austin and Urban Land Institute where he serves as a mentor to the Young Leaders Group. He earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University.

  David Blackbird

  David Blackbird serves as Executive Managing Director & Partner and is primarily focused on spearheading the firm’s growth and other strategic initiatives across its existing platform and markets identified for future expansion. David Blackbird and Derek Land founded the Austin office in 2006. Under their direction, the firm has grown to become one of Central Texas’ largest commercial real estate companies.   Mr. Oliver T. Carr, III has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Carr Properties Holdings LP since 2004. Mr. Carr co-founded Carr Capital Corporation in 1994 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until 2005. He was responsible for managing Carr Capital, and led managing major acquisitions and financial transactions at the firm. Mr. Carr served as a Director of WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. and its subsidiary WashingtonFirst Bank from December 2012 to May 17, 2013. He served as an Independent Director of Alliance Bankshares Corporation since July 2007.   Gordon Reger

  Gordon Reger is third generation CEO of the Reger Group of Companies, and has been involved in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of both residential and commercial properties for nearly 40 years. Through his leadership of the Reger Group of Companies, Gordon spearheaded numerous condominium conversions and new residential construction projects throughout Massachusetts, Maine Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Texas. In the 1990's, Gordon successfully redeveloped historical buildings in Boston's Back Bay Area by converting them into luxury residential units valued at approximately $150 million. In the early 2000’s, Gordon expanded his geographic reach into Portland, Maine and the Carolinas. In Portland, Gordon has to-date completed various condominium projects valued at over $300 million in aggregate with a $65 million project now under construction, and an additional $200+ million mixed-use project currently in the pipeline. In the Carolina’s, Gordon executed on a 12-year industrial value-add strategy with the acquisition of over 6 million square feet of space, on his way to becoming one of the largest industrial landlords in the State of South Carolina. These properties where subsequently sold in 2020 in what is known as the largest portfolio sale in South Carolina history. In South Carolina Gordon also completed the ground-up development of a 504-bed student housing project know as Reign Living at the Stadium, which was sold in 2021. In 2008, Gordon entered the Austin, Texas real estate market. He has since successfully completed numerous single-family lot development projects, selling the lots to national homebuilders such as DR Horton and KB Homes. Most recently he began construction of a 28-story luxury condo high-rise in downtown Austin (The Linden), as well as a 425-acre mixed-use planned community development known as EastVillage. He also currently has 50 acres in Cedar Park and 44 acres in Manor that are in various stages of the mixed-use entitlement process.

  Brooke Harlander is Regional Partner for St. John Properties, Inc., and oversees all development activities for the company’s Texas office. St. John Properties is one of the largest privately-held commercial real estate developers in the nation.   Colin Rosenbaum is a Senior Vice President, Investments for Regent Properties, a vertically-integrated real estate investment manager and developer with $2.5 billion in AUM. In his current role, Colin co-heads the Dallas office and leads the sourcing and execution of commercial real estate acquisitions & development throughout Texas and the Southeastern U.S. Since joining Regent in 2021, Colin has spearheaded the acquisition of $790 million of assets throughout Texas that include Regent’s first entry into the Austin market as well as the acquisition of Trammell Crow Center in Dallas. Prior to Regent, Colin was Managing Director of Investments at Parkway Properties, an institutional real estate owner and operator with 22 million square feet of assets across high-growth Sunbelt markets. Colin was an instrumental member of the team responsible for the successful repositioning of the Parkway REIT (NYSE: PKY) through an ambitious capital recycling strategy and a series of major transactions that included over $6.0 billion in acquisition and disposition activity, grew the company market capitalization from less than $250 million to over $2.0 billion and earned Parkway accolades as one of the top performing office REITs in the country. While at Parkway, Colin participated in over 25 million square feet of acquisition, disposition and development activity.   Matt Epple is Partner - Development and Brokerage for the Austin office of Weitzman. Epple identifies and executes development and acquisition opportunities for the for the company in Central Texas. He also oversees the Austin office’s brokerage team and works with its members to extend the firm's reach and presence with clients, prospects and the overall industry at large. Currently, the office’s brokerage team is responsible for leasing more than 10 million square feet of space in projects ranging from office buildings, small neighborhood strips to large regional-draw power and specialty retail destinations. Epple also directs the Corporate Services Division in Austin, which offers office tenant representation services, and specializes in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and project representation.   Stephen Coulston is a Principal with Perkins&Will in Austin, Texas, and is leader of the regional urban design and planning practice. Stephen also serves as the Chair of the District Council for the Urban Land Institute-Austin. An architect and urban designer with a passion for working within innovation environments, Coulston has spent his 25+ year career working at the intersection of the research, education, healthcare, government, and the private sectors with a focus on strategizing, planning, and designing the built and natural form.   As a Design Director, Andrew has contributed to varied, program-rich developments around the world that bring together multiple uses to create positive synergies between their overlapping functions. This work ranges from an almost four million square foot, mixed-use complex in Chengdu, China that includes a 2,221-foot tower with vertical gardens to a compact, sustainably designed K-12 school on New York’s Upper West Side. Andrew has been at the forefront of KPF’s growing presence in Texas. His work on Waterline, a multi-program project in Austin that is lifted above the ground, and Knox Promenade, a transformative mixed-use development in Dallas, is helping to shape the future of the Lone Star State. Andrew’s expertise encompasses both commercial and institutional, private, and public work, including a business and management center at Morgan State University, a public, historically black research university in Baltimore, and a science teaching and student services center at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis that includes state-of-the-art classrooms that support new pedagogies and approaches to education.   Glenn Hart handles Business Development and Marketing for Broaddus Construction, an Austin based general contractor focusing on multifamily, retail, industrial, aviation and healthcare construction around Texas. Glenn, or “LinkedGlenn” as many know him online as a glennfluencer, was born in Austin and has been involved in the design and construction world in a variety of roles since graduating from UT School of Architecture in 2001. Glenn’s self designated title Austin Aficionado and passion for the city has led to co-hosting duties on popular Austin-centric podcast BoomATX interviewing interesting Austinites doing interesting things.
