Rod successfully conceived, planned, financed and managed the construction of the $20.9 million apartment community, The Pad on Harvard, next to the College Park, GA, MARTA Station as the Managing Partner of Air Realty, LLC. The Pad opened for residents in December 2017 and is now at 96% occupancy. He has recently completed construction on Phase I of Temple Square, a $5 million townhouse community in College Park Rod has engaged actively with the College Park community by initiating the Rose Stevens Mullice Academic Achievement Awards at College Park Elementary School, named for his mother. He serves on the City of Atlanta’s Office of Buildings Technical Advisory Committee; the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance Board of Directors; the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Board of Directors, who’s Mentoring Committee he chairs, and a member of its Million Dollar Club, the Urban Land Institute Committee.   Lisa R. Hurd serves as Executive Vice President at Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm The RADCO Companies. As the co-head of the RADCO Investment division, Lisa oversees Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Dispositions for the firm. Lisa’s team structures and raises private equity capital, sources creative and accretive debt, manages investment performance, debt, and investor relations for all assets under management, and oversees dispositions activity within RADCO’s multifamily, JV equity, and hotel portfolio. Lisa has spent her entire career at RADCO and has held multiple roles within the firm during its unprecedented growth following The Great Recession. Beginning her career as an Asset Manager, Lisa oversaw the operations, renovation, repositioning, and ultimate disposition of 5,000 apartment units in multiple markets. She also has worked in both Capital Markets and Acquisitions Analytics, where she underwrote hundreds of potential investment opportunities to expand RADCO’s multifamily portfolio. In her most recent role as Vice President of Capital Markets, Lisa raised more than $800 million in private equity capital and sourced over $3 billion in debt to finance RADCO’s investments while providing best in class investor relations management for RADCO’s network of over 1,000 high net worth investors. In addition to Lisa’s role at RADCO, she works with several organizations focusing on female empowerment and social equity. In 2016, Ms. Hurd co-founded Real Estate Network Empowering Women, Inc. (RENEW), an initiative to inspire, empower, and advance women in commercial real estate finance. After several years as Co-President, she still serves on the board of directors in an advisory capacity. She is also a board member and serves as Chairwoman of Resource Development for Cool Girls, Inc, a non-profit organization seeking to end the cycle of poverty, low self-esteem, and teen pregnancy for Atlanta girls. Lisa also is an active board member of Open Doors, an initiative led by the Atlanta real estate community with a mission to eradicate homelessness.   Over the past two decades, Malloy has worked in a variety of capacities within the development industry, including development planning and execution, marketing and branding, leasing, and public relations. Today, Malloy is a senior leader within Selig Development Company, a subsidiary of Selig Enterprises. Malloy is focused on the development of Selig’s mixed-use developments including: The Works at Chattahoochee, 1105 West Peachtree, City Springs, and 1200 Spring Street.   Matt Bronfman is a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Jamestown. Mr. Bronfman joined the company in 1998 as General Counsel and in 2002 was named Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. He became CEO in 2012, and is responsible for managing Jamestown’s global operations and overseeing corporate strategy and execution. Under Matt’s leadership, Jamestown has grown its portfolio of assets in the U.S. and expanded into Latin America and Europe. Mr. Bronfman has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has led the acquisition, redevelopment and oversight for over $20 billion in projects, including Chelsea Market in New York City, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Industry City in Brooklyn, the Innovation and Design Building in Boston, and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco.   Vikram Mehra

  Mr. Mehra is a senior managing director and is currently responsible for growing the Hines Southeast region platform in Nashville, TN and Charleston, SC. He oversaw development of 222 2nd Avenue South, a 390,000-square-foot office/retail mixed-use project in downtown Nashville and is leading the development of boutique retail projects at the Ravinia office complex in Atlanta, GA. Prior Hines experience includes development-related activity for 1180 Peachtree, @1377, Deerfield Park and Perimeter Summit.   Jeffrey Graham

  Jeffrey Graham entered the Property Tax Consulting industry with The Stallings Group in 2008 as a Consultant. He aided in the growth of The Stallings Group’s residential property tax appeal portfolio, and worked closely with the Stallings Group team to build his knowledge base in the commercial property side of the industry. Commercial property tax appeals became the focus, and Jeffrey Graham managed accounts for reputable clients such as Hines, Cbre, and Colliers. In 2012 The Stallings Group was sold to Paradigm Tax Group, at which point Jeffrey Graham was offered a position specializing in Commercial property tax appeals around the Southeast. After two years received a promotion to the level of Managing Consultant, which focused on the larger accounts with national portfolios of property.   Ryan Howard is responsible for leading CP Group’s construction capability for projects lead by the firm’s Atlanta office. Ryan and his team provide valuable insight to acquisition diligence and leading redevelopment and project execution. In his first three years with CP Group, Howard provided valuable leadership to a construction pipeline exceeding $500 million.   As Managing Director, Herbert Ames is responsible for the strategic direction and priorities of EDENS’ Southeast Region and sits on the company’s Investment Committee.   Franz Prinsloo

  A Senior Associate Principal with over 18 years of experience, Franz has contributed to KPF’s portfolio of iconic projects, from Beijing’s tallest tower to the final plot at New York’s World Trade Center. His programming specialty spans residential, office, mixed-use, and supertall buildings. Franz’s work emphasizes each project’s context, taking into consideration the impact of the new development on its locale and vice versa. In Atlanta, Franz’s work on 1020 Spring Street delivered a hospitality-forward office building with lively collaboration spaces and flourishing greenery. Located just north of Tech Square, the city’s center for Georgia Tech-spawned businesses, the project brings Class AA office space to the city’s innovation district. Ahead of its completion in 2024, 1020 Spring Street was identified as a key driver of the city’s tech boom by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Franz’s other projects include 5 World Trade Center in New York, a mixed-use tower that mediates between the historic texture of the neighborhood and the modern character of the World Trade Center. Further west, Franz serves as Project Manager for Waterline in Austin, soon be the tallest tower in Texas, which incorporates office, residential, and hotel program while embracing its natural surroundings with a set-back form.   Lee Kolber is a commercial real estate attorney and business advisor with almost two decades of experience executing capital investments and leading complex business transactions. In addition to his transactional practice, Lee advises private developers, business owners and senior corporate leaders on investment strategies, asset repositioning, real estate management and corporate operations. Lee started his practice at the law firm Troutman Peppers representing publicly-traded developers and major consumer brands in real estate activities and since then has served in inhouse roles with InterContinental Hotels Group and later led the legal team of a private-equity backed real estate investment fund.
