Lily Berrios has 30+ years of award-winning architectural planning and design experience. As a principal, she leads the higher education and campus planning practice at Sizemore Group. Lily uses a team approach to design and management that yields excellent results in creating a sense of pride, Ownership that inspires clients to pursue full implementation of their plans. She has worked with over 30 college campuses nationally and internationally on their programming, campus planning, design and implementation of projects. Her professional affiliations include the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), where she represents the southern region, and the American Institute for Architecture (AIA).

Jason R. Shepard is the CEO and Director of Multifamily Housing for Dwell Design Studio, an award-winning architecture firm with offices in Atlanta, Dallas, DC, Orlando, and Salt Lake City. He received his Bachelor's in Architecture from Kansas State University and is a registered architect in the states of Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Multi-Housing Council, International Code Council, and is a LEED-certified professional. Mr. Shepard has spent the last 23 years establishing himself as an expert and leader in the Multifamily industry and has been involved with low, mid, and high-density residential, multifamily projects throughout the United States. His experience includes Student Housing, Garden Apartments, Affordable Housing, Middensity Urban Infill, High-density Highrise, Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality, and Retail projects.

By nurturing quality relationships with employees, clients, and contractors, Lamar’s emphasis on people permeates every aspect of the firm’s business. He channels his expertise and vast architectural implementation experience into a successfully executed project. Lamar has led several successful projects in the Atlanta metro region, including Avalon, Atlantic Station, Interlock and Halcyon. His expertise in creating vibrant mixed-use developments that trigger further growth around sports venues, such as The Battery, is unprecedented.

Betty Sullivan’s story started as a hopeful artist to project management and corporate leadership for Benneton and food chains. Building hundreds of stores from selecting spaces to opening day. After a stint in patent licensing protecting the rights of American inventors in smart car and communications technology, Betty joined Architectural Ceramics in 2001 to scale it. Through core values, team alignment, and designing tiles to fit specific needs the company blossomed. She became the majority owner in 2019 and is now women owned certified.
