Jefferson Station, originally built in 1930, is a former clothing and canvas mill that was redeveloped into a loft office building in 2000 and has been home to office, medical, and retail tenants ever since. Jefferson Station is ~70,000 SF and is a part of the greater Adaptive Reuse development known as East Point Exchange (EPX).
EPX, situated adjacent to and across the MARTA tracks from downtown East Point, is home to High Character Loft Office and Retail Space, Proposed Multi-Family Development, a pedestrian bridge on site that leads to downtown East Point and East Point MARTA Station, and a Multi-Use PATH system connecting all of East Point.
Designed as a purpose-driven and experiential community in the heart of East Point, EPX is located just 10 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and a quick 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. EPX is uniquely positioned to offer the best of urban living without the hassles of traffic. Workers from all walks of life are demanding easy access to public transit — and we’ve got it. Our spaces are just two MARTA stops from Hartsfield-Jackson Int’l Airport and four from Midtown Atlanta.
